Old soviet hotel, but with big garden/yared and trees. Large playgrounds and places in it for a night chill out. Has a parking. Prices are cheap if you come with a group of people. Overall Kitten is a small Village on the coast of the Black Sea. There are some discos and bars but overall calm place to spend a vacation on the seaside. Delicious food,clean ,close to the beach...and good things come to an end-the old base(the renovation includes painted walls and ceilings and in some rooms the Wallpaper),very old furniture and bathroom....,but the hotel still 2 stars...!

Depends on your expectations, but the hotel is nothing special - the rooms outside of the ones for 6 are just beds and bathroom (with a TV, AC and fridge). The food was standard quality - nothing special except the BBQ section - there you could find some quite nice things outside the normal dishes. First, the hotel is 2 stars - not 3, so this needs to be properly reflected in Google Maps. We had booked 2 rooms for the same money and one of them was way bigger than the other. That’s something you need to be aware of. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners that were included in the packages were truthfully awful 70% of the time. The food in restorant is delicious, homemade from the chef. The rooms are decent and clean. For the this price Hotel Eos is highly recommended from us.

We did not stay in the hotel however we visited the restaurant several times during our stay. Food is high quality, tasty an fresh. Not the typical balkantourist kitchen. Prices are relatively low. Staff is calm and friendly.

We were actually in the restaurant and the service was excellent! We were greeted warmly and kindly, the staff was very tentative and the overall attitude was just great. The food, my God, the food! All seafood we tried was just sublime! Very well cooked and worth the wait. The pizza was crunchy and tasty with the right amount of dough! I mean, this was a perfect place to sit down and have dinner!...

Nice small hotel - the rooms are not very big, but they are quite cosy, well maintained and clean. There are a few parking lots on the street that you can use and a few in the back. We were with included breakfast and it was generic block table stuff, so nothing too special, but by any means not bad. There is an option for diner but we didn’t use it. A nice hotel with friendly staff and pleasant family atmosphere. Food was always delicious and we did not have to wait for it to be delivered even though the staff was busy. Our room also met our expectations as it was bright and clean. We were not really missing anything while we were staying at this hotel.

Very nice place - the rooms are clean and new. The bed is very comfortable and big.Both beaches are near. There is a restaurant at the hotel which I can recommend. The food is delicious and portions are big.

A wonderful hotel! We were with a 6 m baby, they had provided us with a crib, I had considered which room we should be in, so that we would be comfortable. Cleanliness is at a very high level. And for the kind hosts and staff, I am speechless. The breakfast they offer is currently made, there is no reheating of pancakes and soft drinks, for example. In a word, I recommend with both hands. Recommend. Cosy rooms, nice staff, aircons everywhere. Cleaning rooms every day. Location is spot on, 2 mins from both main streets, also quiet. 5 mins maximum from both south and north beaches. Parking spot also included. The internet was excellent . Routers with strong signal all around and speeds are superb.

The Hotel Lotos is on the beach. It’s friendly owner, Mina, collected us from Burgas airport and made us very welcome. Our room has a balcony overlooking the sea and has very effective air conditioning.

The place is quiet even though the room was facing the street. The double-room was of a good size, the furniture, the sheets and the whole equipment were basic but clean. Good price-quality ratio. The rooms are kind of small but enough for a couple without children. Lots of restaurant and shops near by. 10 to 15 minutes from the two main beaches. Parking in Kiten can be very difficult so the owner can arrange a paid parking spot near by. The breakfast is good with some homemade things every morning.

Good place for someone who is looking for nice and good-price hotel. Rooms with aircondition (extra paid). Its owner is a nice guy who can help you even if he doesn't understand English :) The most difficult thing is a problem with parking place however hotel owner can help you find where you can leave your car. Close to the hotel you can find small shop where you can buy almost everything to eat....

We had 4 nights with breakfast included. The hotel is absolutely adorable! The room was extremely clean, the food was fantastic (really nice price list), the location of the hotel is good (around 500 meters of Atleman beach and the center of Kiten), the attitude of the staff is very friendly, calm and helpful! Definitely will visit the hotel again!

Super location, very clean, responsive staff!!! In front of the hotel, the same owners offer extremely delicious food in a fast food restaurant, which you can eat in the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard of the hotel!

A very good option for a budget vacation. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the hotel has good internet and parking. The breakfast is varied, in front of the hotel there is a showcase for all-day dining, you can use it if you wish. Very nice welcome from the owners.

The hotel is located about 700 m from Atliman Beach and about 300 m from the southern beach, which is accessible by stairs. The room corresponds to what is seen in the pictures, I did not like that there were box springs on the mattresses so that you could not feel the springs from the mattresses. All 16 rooms are cleaned by only one woman who sometimes can't and your room can be left for cleaning...

Great place for family. The people that own the hotel are very kind ,sweet and loving, especially kids and babies. It is not luxury, but have more than everything, it is quite normal price. Only the noise from the street sometimes is too much.

Overall good, make sure to ask for WiFi password when you check in, since it's not written anywhere in the room.

Very nice apartments, kindly people, everytime clean towels and bed sheets, cleaning service every day, ATM and restorants/shops are very close (10m), I had parking place near hotel for free. We had very pleasant holiday last year and going to have holiday also this year (2 weeks). Advantage is breakfast in price of accomodation.
