It’s nasty. There are old footprints and little chunks missing out the carpet. The bathroom had a super loud and old toilet, the tiles looked dirty and the towel rack kept falling. The food didn’t have many options and most of it was disgusting. The service is bad. No one is ever at the reception desk. It’s a waste of money I don’t recommend especially not with kids, the lobby is filled with people smoking and vaping.

Terrible dirty rooms, the all-inclusive is laughable. You pay for food that you won't eat because its disgusting, the coffee is inka, the milk is half water, the butter is margarine. The rooms were renovated last before 1990. The staff is not very friendly. Don't waste your money here.

Old communist era hotel with no improvement of the interior. Old furniture, dirty, no service, no hot water in the apartment, no air conditioner. Most of the personnel is not trained in hotel business. Like the staff the manager has no clue of the hotel business either. Worst place ever. Typical illustration of the privatization in Bulgaria.

Delicious food,clean ,close to the beach...and good things come to an end-the old base(the renovation includes painted walls and ceilings and in some rooms the Wallpaper),very old furniture and bathroom....,but the hotel still 2 stars...!

Old base, earth-combined. time.Food for good price. Disco by the beach starts at 11.30 and Aziz and other chalga stars make You company until 5.00 PM.It is VERY nice. Raspivat on the beach.After returning from vacation, loaded .........

The horror of where these photos were taken! Never Tula estate! Nightmare hotel!was in 2014! This misery never seen before!

Old soviet hotel, but with big garden/yared and trees. Large playgrounds and places in it for a night chill out.
Has a parking.
Prices are cheap if you come with a group of people.
Overall Kitten is a small Village on the coast of the Black Sea.
There are some discos and bars but overall calm place to spend a vacation on the seaside.
The North Beach is in a bay area the hotel is like 400m away from it.

Worst experience ever. For a few years we used to visit this hotel with family friends and everything was great. As we understood it has a new management and everything is upside down. The food is extremely terrible and most of us had diarrhea for several days. For a week we didn't notice the restaurant table coverings to be changed, cleaning of the rooms, lobby tables and furniture. We also had very unpleasant rashes. There is no sleep at night as the whole place is surrounded by folk music restaurants.

Real deal has nothing to do with the Review photos. The staff had no idea were they were. Prices were high. We got a 20% fee for booking only 2 nights. No AC in the rooms, no entertainment, no pool, no kids playground. Parking spaces were awful and you could see people's clothes hanging around the parking. Didn't even bother to fix the room after...
