We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.

All good, but food is below expectations. My stomach was in pain every single day. There is no non-smoking section so no matter where you go outside either pool or the terrace, you will be treated with the cigarettes smoke.

I'd say it's perfect for it's price and I surely would visit it again. The rooms are corresponding to five stars - super spacious, brand new equipment, huge wardrobes with lots of storage space. The curtains are true blackout, there are nets on the balcony doors, the AC is central and not hitting in your back when you sleep. Last but not least, I'm absolutely in love with their mattresses! The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. I am very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff is extremely responsive and kind. We asked for a crib for the baby and it was put on. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious. At the end of last summer we stayed at the hotel. I have to admit that at the end of the season we didn't expect much, but we were really fascinated.
