Hotels with pool in Kiten

It's a nice hotel. The territory and room is very clean. The staff is friendly and atrentive. I would recomend it for thectourist who appreciate sea and Bulgarian cosy picteresque nice towns as Kiten is.

This is an advantage in the crouded village of Kiten. The parking will cost you 2 BGN per day extra. The price is about 97 BGN per night. We have payed 496 BGN for 5 nights plus parking

Some rooms have air conditioners. But we were lucky to be in a renovated room with air conditioner. They have a restaurant and if you pay you can get all inclusive service

If you have big expectations, you will be disappointed, but the hotel is still OK. The hotel is very close to the north beach

I had a fantastic stay with an excellent value for money. The all-inclusive package was great, offering delicious food options. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants and a local train stop nearby. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily towel changes, weekly sheet changes, and well-maintained hotel grounds

They were truly outstanding; they spoke English fluently and actively engaged guests around the pool, inviting everyone to join in activities like water polo, pétanque, darts, mini disco etc

Most of the staff were very friendly, although, unfortunately, two receptionists were unprofessional and unhelpful, with limited language skills to Bulgarian and little Russian, making communication difficult

Hotel for families with small children On the plus side, the rooms and the hotel looked exactly like the photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival

Noise was another issue, as the music from nearby clubs, particularly the bass, could be heard even with the windows closed, disturbing our sleep

There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes in the rooms, no towels provided at the pool, the ice cream should be served since lunchtime not with the afternoon snack and the pool bar closing time could be extended with one more hour to 23, of course all this is minor things that don't affect the whole experience

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly

Most of all we appreciated the delicious food, the friendly and professional restaurant staff and the perfect cleanliness everywhere. The ladies at the reception could be more pleasant. But overall the hotel is great!

Staff is great, outdoor pool and restaurant are beautiful. Food and drinks are great and cheap. Also features mini sauna and mini gym. Don't expect miracles, and this place will stay in your memories

We did not stay in the hotel however we visited the restaurant several times during our stay. Food is high quality, tasty an fresh. Not the typical balkantourist kitchen

The food in restorant is delicious, homemade from the chef. The rooms are decent and clean. For the this price Hotel Eos is highly recommended from us.

First, the hotel is 2 stars - not 3, so this needs to be properly reflected in Google Maps. We had booked 2 rooms for the same money and one of them was way bigger than the other. That’s something you need to be aware of

The hotel pool is green, it was solved by piling up chlorine tablets wherever possible. Although it was still green, it smelled even more of chlorine 😁

Almost no attractions on the beach. You can always find a place to lie down with a towel or under your own parasol. I recommend it for a quiet, undemanding holiday

Pool without fault, 2 beaches within a 10-minute walk (well - if Ančo wasn't Ančo, we wouldn't have to look for it and ask)

A pleasant place to relax, sandy beaches approx. 200-300m from here. The sea is clean, even in September with a temperature of 26 degrees.

The food was standard quality - nothing special except the BBQ section - there you could find some quite nice things outside the normal dishes. The drinks bar next to the pool was nice - has great lemonades for low price

The main plus of the hotel is it’s location - easy to find as it is in the beginning of the city and it is super close to one of the beaches - 3 minute walk. The second bigger beach is at about 10 min walk from the hotel

Depends on your expectations, but the hotel is nothing special - the rooms outside of the ones for 6 are just beds and bathroom (with a TV, AC and fridge)

If you are planning a shot vacation or a team building event it is really nice as it has a good enough capacity. The staff was nice and responsive

There are two parking lots - on small one next to the main entrance and on bigger at the back - total capacity maybe 30-40 cars

New hotel located about 50 meters from the beach "Atliman". The kitchen is at a very high level, the staff is positive and responsive, the prices are ideal. Kiten is a resort village where there can be no taverns

The hotel has a brilliant organization and good synchronization of the processes that accompany its maintenance and meeting the needs of guests. Hotel "Elitsa" is a place worth visiting more than once

The fact is that the chalga singers rather threaten Kiten's otherwise perfect appearance, but the noise stops at exactly 23:00, as is the rule

The holiday at the hotel was excellent!

The only drawback, for us, is the proximity to the tavern, where, every night, chalga singers hide their talentlessness, with a loud sound

My only remark is breakfast and dinner - not various choice, many times the Milk was gone and it took time to be replaced with a new dose. Beach is very near, and we had a nice view

Rooms are modest but okay, although the sofa we were sleeping on was extremly uncomfortable. Cleaning service is available daily

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Lecker! Die Bettwäsche und die Tücher wurden regelmässig gewechselt und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht

Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Hotel weiterempfehlen und es nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen

It was a real privilege to stay at Hotel Sigma. While it might not be the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, it definitely exudes a unique soul that's hard to find elsewhere

Great family hotel. Only a couple of meters away from the picturesque Atliman beach in Kiten. The prices are very reasonable. The food is incredibly delicious and homemade.

The Hotel Lotos is on the beach. It’s friendly owner, Mina, collected us from Burgas airport and made us very welcome. Our room has a balcony overlooking the sea and has very effective air conditioning.

This is the most beautiful place. The animators are just great, the food is very tasty and in general everything is insanely cool.

The waiters are rude, if you ask for a half-meal, they will throw it so that I don’t want to eat it. On the beach we were constantly driven, the last shift was not paid. Animators saved the whole situation

The staff on the suitcases, the queue in the dining room, every day was timed to some country, so there was Georgian buckwheat, both Italian and Greek

I liked to stay with my family because location on hotel was on very strategies place. Close to Atliman beach and city centre only few minutes walking around from hotel

I loved the shaded room, we didn’t even need to use the aircon. The property is close to all points of interest and 5 minutes away from the Alitman North beach

The pool is cleaned regularly but the water is quite chilly even in the hot summer days. The wifi speed is great and there is coverage everywhere in the hotel. Good for families with children

The hotel is in a top spot - close to the beach and the food street. All the people working in the hotel are very polite and answer all your needs

There are parking spots as well but make sure you reserve one on time as they are limited. I strongly recommend the place

Hello,there all decided to visit this hotel this summer was abit schocked because there was no reviews for this hotel which was really strange from the hotel we enter the hotel and the first words that she says is that the PARKING IS NOT FREE which is not true u have to pay for the parking 6lv per a day we got the key the rooms look the same on the pictures cleaners clean them everyday which is good...

Good location, good food and the water in the pool isn't cold.

Delicious homemade food: chicken with rice, chicken with potatoes, wine kebab, soups or tarator + 2 slices of bread. Negatives: Maybe too noisy children and companies at the pool

The pools don't look particularly clean, but that doesn't matter because you came for the sea after all. All in all, a nice hotel that doesn't belong in Kiten

I stayed at the hotel twice this summer with my friends and my son. The location is great, and having its own parking lot is a big plus. Friendly service and delicious food. I would stay there again.
