A great place for a relaxing holiday.

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, cleaned every day. The beach is 2 minutes away on foot. Extremely many shops and restaurants approx. In the courtyard there is an equipped kitchen and tables where you can prepare absolutely everything for dinner. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend! We will be back again!

Very clean, modern, there is a parking lot, the two beaches are close, the owners are very kind and responsive. Guests want to feel good. The maid maintains very clean rooms and common areas. If we come to Primorsko again, we will sit here.

Lozenets, practically the southernmost city in Bulgaria, located on the border with Turkey. The Chaika Hotel is a small, cozy hotel designed for families and any private rest. The hotel is located on the second line, 200 meters from the sea. The beach is a little low and you will need to climb a hill.

Station from "Soca ...", for not so pretentious - it works! The promotional package with meals for 2016 was profitable! A big "+" is the proximity to the sea.

Note this is not exactly a hotel, but a low cost apparthotel. Cleaning of the rooms and changing towels, etc. is once per 3 days. In between these 3 days you cans till get additional toilet paper or getting garbage out only upon request. Didn't like they didn't even let you have a spare toilet paper roll unless you explecitely request it. Had some unpleasant bugs in the room, guess that was because...

Very good hotel! Close to the south beach and the center, but at the same time in a quiet place. It is separated from the sea only by the sea garden. The view from the terrace is good - green park and sea / we were accommodated on the fifth, top floor /. The apartment has full kitchen equipment and is air conditioned. We are fascinated!

We are satisfied. 2 + 2 people Top location, right next to the center, relatively quiet and uncrowded street. The apartments are furnished with everything you need, preserved (2016 construction), nice windows, clean and neatly arranged: 1. Living room + kitchen + sofa / bed - large refrigerator, washing machine, stove, hob, sink, utensils, screen, quiet inverter air conditioner, comfortable sleeping...

Perfect location the beach near by is very good for kids, the apartment is amazing, every thing is new and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Great place! Owners are really nice and helpful. Daily maintenance of cleanness. Location is very good - near the center and the beach. Pharmacy is about a 5-minute walk. The room is comfortable and bright, but without being intrusive.

A great family hotel 🔝🔝🔝, located in the center of Primorsko and close to the beach🏖🏖🏖. The hotel is run by a very kind family who do everything possible to make you feel good during your stay there. The rooms are spacious and clean. In the yard there is a barbecue with an equipped kitchen, where you can prepare a delicious lunch or dinner. I sincerely recommend 🔝🔝🔝

The hotel is located near the center of Primorsko and just in front of the sea, overlooking a water-side promenade and there is an easily accessible beach nearby. The service was very good and the staff extremely friendly. At the restaurant we only had the included breakfast, which had four fixed options and was very good. There is also a cozy terrace available at the restaurant, overlooking the sea...

This place is good. Liked the location and the restaurant here (very delicious fish soup). Also there is a public (free) parking just a few minutes away, which was very convenient. What I didn't like was the room, which was clean but small. Bathroom was also very small with little space to shower comfortably. Rooms were not made daily and we had to ask for an additional roll of paper for the bathroom...

Everything is wonderful if you are looking for a stay somewhere on the first line in Primorsko. The restaurant attached to the hotel has an amazing view, as well as an even more indispensable staff. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need for a memorable vacation. The menu has a lunch menu and breakfast as well as a main which has the basics but served in a tasty and enjoyable...

Super nice location! Most quit and very beautiful place at the coast with very friendly host. We had a good time there. Absolutely recommeded!! The Food is very delicious and you have to try the meatball with whitewine sauce and the mussels We had a wonderful holiday.

Nice hotel, but subpar as accommodations and food.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, varied, and always fresh, making every meal enjoyable. The alcoholic beverages in the all-inclusive package were also of good quality, which certainly added to the experience. Overall, the hotel offered a great atmosphere, and relaxation was guaranteed. Highly recommend!

Hotel with old and strangely behaving elevators. It has its glory days behind it, but it is in a good location near the south beach. An additional attraction is the river that separates the hotel from the beach and which must be crossed either by a bridge in the near distance or by a raft right next to the hotel. I was kinda worried to went here, because of the few negative reviews here, but i must say we enjoyed it and everything went well! Positives: polite Staff - everybody was really nice great place - near nature, near sea, near city very clean room different good food every day People might say its not that nice, but for bulgaria and the price i think it was better than most. Very good hotel. Probably, lovers of star hotels will have many problems, but if you come to relax and unwind, I think that's good. Very helpful staff, everyone is smiling, the rooms are cleaned every day. The pool is very deep. From the middle below, you practically do not stand. The beach is nearby (10 minutes walk). It is a nice family hotel. Rooms are spacious. Two swimming pools and an area for children. Located near the beach. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke.

Average! No parking, you must park in a forest and cross the road to get to Hotel.

Good: Spaceous room and bathroom, clean, bright. Breakfast was diverse. Air conditioning system was quick and powerful. I liked the stereo system in the bathroom. Bad: There was nothing to hang your wet clothes/towels/bathing suits even though there was a terrace - and this is rather important at beach resort. There was also no water heater and coffee/tea left, which you'd expect for a room of this...

Nice new clean hotel. Solid 4 stars, 5 stars maybe. Good: Clean, new, good size rooms, good selection of food, swimming pools not overcrowded. Very friendly staff, all our requests sorted very quickly to our full satisfaction. Good place for families with children. Very quite during the day. Not so good: Except reception, staff communication skills just terrible. Children animator just a joke, worst...

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and corridors were spotless and cleaned regularly. The food is good- it's prepared correctly, but it can benefit from better/ more expensive ingredients. Most of the rooms are with a sea view.

Very nice hotel, but beacuse it is close to the sea the humidity is a little bit higher. Great meals and the rooms are air conditioned. They also have little pool so you can rest there if the weather is not good enough for going to the beach.

Very nice and clean hotel, nice and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, very close to the beach and the city center. I can only recommend to everyone who goes to Primorsko. The bonus was that we booked a room with a view of the city, but we got a room with a sea view for free.
