Thank you to the friendly staff and owner for making our stay at the Red House wonderful!
The room was very big, cozy and clean. The bed, the shower, everything was brand new. The breakfast had a great variety and quality. Special compliments to the staff who were extremely friendly.

Very cozy place. Clean and maintained. The lady who greeted us is very polite and responsive. Cleanliness is at a top level that many hotels cannot achieve. We arrived at 22:00 and were waiting for us according to the appointment. Breakfast was great too. We will be happy to return the whole family next summer.

The location is excellent, close to the main pedestrian promenade with many restaurants, to the main street with shops, within walking distance to the art gallery, the archeological museum, the Pirgova (Pirkova) tower, the bathroom, the old mosque and many others. At the same time in a quiet and peaceful place.
The lady who served us was extremely kind, kind and responsive!
We did not use the sauna or jacuzzi, as our stay was short.

Location very good, conditions in the house excellent, but ... A few but that leave bitterness. The house is advertised as a "guesthouse", i.e. as guests we expected that occupying all the places for the night there would be no staff around during "working hours", which inevitably bothered us the least (and what kind of work is there ?!). The so-called "spa treatments" turned out to be done in the presence of a staff member! And in "working hours", of course. Separately, these same procedures are not marked as exact prices on the site and we explain this by phone. One thing is either there or it isn't - you could say that from the beginning - yes, this - no, not half-heartedly. Given the means of building the house, the site also does not offer intuitiveness and transparency in the presentation of the "extras" that we were forced not to use.
There is potential, but you have to learn from the piles of guest houses that know how to do it and how to bring us back to them.
