This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There are no lamps in the rooms, and when you turn on the AC unit, you're hit with a strong smell of mold and cigarette smoke. Very disappointing experience.

I stayed here for one night. The receptionist was very pleasant, and the room was clean. However, the hotel's restaurant significantly lowered my overall rating. Dinner the night before was just okay, but breakfast was particularly disappointing. The English breakfast had only the egg and sausage served warm, with everything else drenched in excessive oil. The pancakes were as cold as Antarctica with no way to warm them up. Additionally, the coffee machine was broken, leaving instant coffee as the only option.

Great hotel, amazing service, the food was good, I think there's more to be done about the spa area though, the water in the pool was colder than what I'd expect but it was still nice experience. The halls are amazing for events, suited with lots of room for groups and nice bar area which you can utilize. If you look out the windows you can also see a huge cross atop the hill, which I found amazing! Definitely recommended for everyone who wants to have an amazing place to stay while exploring our beautiful nature!

They handled us all with care.
Food was delicious. Services were on point. Rooms are tidy and clean. They could slightly improve in furniture, tho.

This hotel is arguably the best in the city and proved to be an excellent choice for our stay after exploring the Rila Mountains. The price we paid felt quite reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided.
Our room was perfect, equipped with everything we needed, and impeccably clean. The reception staff were fluent in English and extremely helpful. Although we didn't have time to explore the spa area, it's worth mentioning that it's available for guests.
The hotel also houses a fantastic restaurant, and I highly recommend dining there at least once. Personally, I found the pasta and pizza to be outstanding, although the fish didn't quite meet my expectations.
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, within a 5-minute walk, you can find everything you need – from supermarkets and pharmacies to shopping opportunities and more.

Friendly staff. Nice hotel, great en suite. Local area is not full of tourists, local bars are close and food is delicious. True Bulgarian experience!

I really liked the hotel. it's right in the center of the city, the rooms are clean and big, the service is great. I have no complaints about the food either.

Very good experience there. The staff is polite and very kind. The breakfast was OK. The location is great in the city center next to the town square. This time I have no time to visit the relax zone, but previous time was OK. The best value for the money ratio.The only thing that I didn't like is that the curtains were non-darkening enough.
