Room okay- ish. Nothing modern or new. Bed /pillow awful for me, too soft I couldn't sleep at all.
The bathroom shower didn't work as it should. No workable tv. Good wi-fi.
Very nice location.
Excellent front desk / reception staff.
I stayed longer than expected, so they tried to accommodate my extension.

What a great friendly relatively central hotel. The food was perfectly prepared and presented along with being very tasty.
I can't praise individual staff members as each and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Nothing seemed to much trouble for them.
I am coming back in January 2025 and look forward to staying here afain

A little bit old fashioned rooms, but clean. Good service and restaurant. Great and rich breakfast. Near tram line and supermarket.

It was a clean hotel, a variety of products were served for breakfast. The staff can’t speak English well but the communication worked through gestures, they were helpful.
The hotel is not in the city center however it is easy with the subway and it is next to the Billa grocery store which was really nice.

Very convenient location. Great value for the service provided. Hotel staff-all are very polite and professional. The front desk / reception staff are top. Standard rooms located on floor 1 and 2 look tired and need refurbishment.

- There was some bad things happened. When I ask for transport they sad that there was no airplane that time and no room booked, so they coulden’t pick me up! They where wrong and they didn’t say I am sorry or something. They sad that I had taken Vodka from the minibar! Totaly wrong. I have used this hotel often for 12 years and they had been OK, but this time it was not so good.

Very dirty hotel. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, had yellow spots. The bathroom shower wasnt working!

Good hotel, neat room and good service. Breakfast is also good. Hotel is not too expensive and only 4 km from the centre of Sofia

A nice place to stay, clean and quiet and the staff is very friendly.

Good customer service. Food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing and yet very inexpensive. Quick and easy access to the city centre (Serdika) by public transport. Slight problem with shower which wasn't fully rectified during our stay... but it was bearable.
