Excellent location, just a minute away from the broadway with shops and restaurants and not far from the beach too! We will definitely go there again!

The only problem was that for 8 nights they do not change towels, in my opinion it is too long .... time ...

A very nice place to spend the summer holidays. A small but clean swimming pool. Good service and tasty food. We've been enjoying the last two years with our friends at this place.

The only hotel I ever stay in when visiting this beautiful area of the Bulgarian coast. Comfortable and clean rooms with great bathrooms, complete with spectacular views of the sea that’s just a few minutes away! The restaurant offers delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes, and you can enjoy some refreshing drinks by the pool. The staff is lovely and always assures the best stay!

Everything was amazing. The beach is very close and clean. We have a large apartment with sea view with all we need for ours vacation. It is a quiet place with a lot of kids and cute dogs. This place is pet friendly.

The food tastes great, prices are reasonable and is really cosy and well arranged. The best price performance in the neighbourhood.

I haven’t stayed in the hotel, but I went to the restaurant and it was pretty nice. The atmosphere was pleasant, the waitress was really kind and welcoming, the food came fast and it was well presented. Everything was delicious and I left full which was good because I finished my meal. Overall it’s a pretty good place to eat at!

Great restaurant to have all of your meals. It is a perfect place for families with kids since they have really nice and clean playground for kids to play and enjoy. You could not see a kid with a mobile phone in their hands - because all of them are playing - which is nice for a change. Very nice apartments with three pools, one for toddlers, one for playing and one for laps. It's close to a very private little beach and close to Oasis beach as well.

Incredible! Super beaches, bars and restaurants! You have a floor of a house for yourself and an amazing sea view. Ground floors profit from a private garden. Clean and tidy Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Swimming pools are perfect - one for swimming, another for fun and a kids pool.

Nice hotel, friendly staff on a communicative place

When we arrived we had no place to park the car, the parking issue is big. The view from the balcony is horrific, there is no kitchen. The food is really tho, and the pool is big and free with a children`s place and a lifeguard.

Lozenets, practically the southernmost city in Bulgaria, located on the border with Turkey. The Chaika Hotel is a small, cozy hotel designed for families and any private rest. The hotel is located on the second line, 200 meters from the sea. The beach is a little low and you will need to climb a hill.

Station from "Soca ...", for not so pretentious - it works! The promotional package with meals for 2016 was profitable! A big "+" is the proximity to the sea.

Note this is not exactly a hotel, but a low cost apparthotel. Cleaning of the rooms and changing towels, etc. is once per 3 days. In between these 3 days you cans till get additional toilet paper or getting garbage out only upon request. Didn't like they didn't even let you have a spare toilet paper roll unless you explecitely request it. Had some unpleasant bugs in the room, guess that was because...

Amazing little family hotel. It's location is literary 2 minutes from the center of the village and 5 from the main beach - slow walking. It has nice really clean pool where you can read a book, rest, swim and have a cocktail far from the sand and the people on the beach. Rooms are really clean and have cable TV(nice big TFT), wireless internet and air conditioning. All of the staff is really nice...

Great experience!!! Great for couples and families! This place is very well run and maintained. Family owned hotel and everybody was extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are clean, neat and well organized. We even had a problem with our car and the family that ownes were very helpful. Definitely will recommend.

We stayed in the studio with the sea view with a huge balcony. Kind and friendly service. Cleaning every day. Free parking.

I can assure future customers that this is an amazing place. The beach next to it is great for kids, and there is a display of different boats nearby!
