Where to stay in Lozenets

Very Poor Service. This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service. Instead the personnel was very unwelcoming (we've never heard "please"), they didn't know what the dishes contain, and used aggressive language. Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time. This only made it feel overpriced! Nonetheless the service was friendly. The food was nice and served properly however our tuna stake was a bit overcooked. The restaurant is fine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

All in all, we had a great time. Probably the cleanest pool I have ever seen, the service personnel was hospitable and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean. The terrace was a good size to chill on. As a suggestion, I would love it if next time housekeeping can offer us memory foam pillows by request and some bath salts for the bathtub. A wonderful gem on the Bulgarian coast. Beautifully decorated and truly top class We had a lovely room with terrace directly access into the wonderful pool, in which you can swim for 65m non-stop (longer than Olympic pool!). Pool is also shady from mid-afternoon. The spa area at -1, with sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym is top class. Breakfast was way beyond expectation and staff super friendly....

Great cuisine and service. The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs. The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old.

Beachfront, amazing views from the balcony.

The hotel is located in a unique place. You don't have to rush to the beach, which is an advantage when you are with a child. It was clean all the time even in the evening when everyone was coming back from the beach. The view from the room is amazing. It had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation with a toddler.

The hotel is súper basic, the beds are comfy. The bathroom is very bad , because does not have shower plate and the water floods the entire bathroom and flows into the room access to the hotel is by a dirt road

Great family hotel. 20 meters from the beach. It struck me that all the visitors were not there for the first time. There is a place to park. The prices are just great.
