The quality of the breakfast was not as expected, except for the fresh juice,Fresh orange juice and grapefruit juice were very good it seems that the bar staff and the chef are not professional enough, but if beauty and cleanliness are your priority, do not hesitate to choose this place, I think it was opened this year

I am so excited to reveal what I think about a great hotel in Lozenets where I have recently stayed

Excellent stay, only the staff good improve on their customer service skills.

The beds were comfortable while the view of the sea from our balcony was stunning. The hotel has an excellent restaurant which served a rich and diverse breakfast buffet

One of our most beautiful holidays was spent here! And that's because we took the room with access to the pool, which is brilliant, spacious, beautiful decorated (like the whole hotel), clean, with quality products, and a perfect terrace for the pool

From the moment we arrived, the staff members welcomed us with smiling faces and warmth. The rooms were extremely clean, furnished stylishly and equipped with all amenities necessary to make our stay very comfortable

Prices are a bit high but the food is amazing. Best salad I have ever had in my life. Nice staff.

This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

Awesome place for parents with kids. Good service, clean and nite hotel

* The food is not like in 4 stars hotel. * Managers need to pay more attention to the staff - must be smiling a lot and making the guests feel good, not guilty to be rest in there. * The hygiene is not good at all

The boardwalk in the hotel is falling apart, I personally requested it to be fixed but they changed only half of the broken pieces, the elevators and bathrooms look centuries old

The stuff is friendly and always there to help. However the hotel itself is not well maintained. It requires fresh paint, new furniture and a lot of repairs

Nice, cosy and very close to the beach.

The bar didn't have a lot of stock (but it was early in the season) but the restaurant is closed and seemingly for sale (saw it advertised locally) so unlikely to be operational anytime soon but it's only a short walk to the main strip

We booked via Airbnb and while our apartment was nice it was very hot, the only ac unit was in the living room so it made sleeping a little uncomfortable, we were on the top floor so I imagine lower floors would be cooler

We arrived before 11 and we entered the room even though check-in is from 14h. Rooms are clean, food is ok and the location of the hotel is excellent

What we liked the most was the friendliness of the hotel staff, everyone is so kind and friendly. The daughter was not well and the manager immediately called the call center of our insurance and then the doctor

Very well situated at the beautiful beach of Atliman, the hotel is fully accessible for disabled guests. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. The staff are super welcoming and helpful

Manager was all the time absolutely fantastic and helpful. Whatever you need, you can contact them, they will help you. Definitely a hotel for every recommendation and we will come back again

I personally found it really worth the money. That's with emphasis on one very important detail! There are different owners and we used Dobi allure Apartments

The lady was very nice and helpful, and we had very easy communication. She even sent pics of the chosen apartment in advance and of the beach to see umbrellas etc. The place was spacious, newly equipped, clean

The hotel is new, nice and clean. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day

Can park underground or on the street - there are enough free slots. The beach itself is typical for the zone - gotta cross the dunes, however there is a normal path to it, not just wooden pieces falling apart

Working AC, hot water from a boiler, fridge, stove, plates and glasses, nets on the windows, balcony. The pool is also clean and I loved the big umbrellas. Swimming is allowed till 21 and water is warm

The beach bar and the restaurant are working, food was tasty, staff is really nice and friendly despite their youth and lack of experience. There is also a shop for alcohol and small snacks

Great hotel just off the beach which is one of the best on BG coastline, huge apartment, nice food and friendly staff. I would recommend it for families who are seeking quiet holiday. Will return next year

Very nice and spacious rooms with huge balcony. Cleaning everyday. Breakfast is good. The staff is very polite!

Room furniture is cheap but tolerable with the central room cooling system being my main complaint, also I'm not very sure if the thermostat is real and working, or if it's a plastic shell that controls nothing

I don't recommend staying here unless the other hotels are completely full. The hotel is an OK alternative for people with pets, like me. The restaurant is decent, with average food

The included breakfast is poor in variety but the food itself is decent as well. Indoor and outdoor pool are too cold for the average person to swim in comfortably

Upscale middle class hotel, staff friendly and food good, but unfortunately a little cold. Location Central to the state, and shopping but not excessively loud.

Good: Spaceous room and bathroom, clean, bright. Air conditioning system was quick and powerful. I liked the stereo system in the bathroom

Good: Clean, new, good size rooms, good selection of food, swimming pools not overcrowded. Very friendly staff, all our requests sorted very quickly to our full satisfaction. Good place for families with children

Not so good: Except reception, staff communication skills just terrible. Children animator just a joke, worst person for job ever

At night you can hear music from near by disco club, not terrible but could be an issue for somebody. Double bed having just two single mattresses. First floor rooms lobby not divided from reception area by the door

Two swimming pools and an area for children. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke

Two pools, very crowded, but clean and well maintained. Definitely not enough and too small umbrellas, and the chairs are hard to get after 10:00. The animation is as noisy as everywhere else and it's mostly in Chezh

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Hotel has a private beach with tents and umbrellas

And what else surprised us are your umbrellas on the beach that bear the name of your hotel Perla Luxori and are completely rusty and torn in a terrible condition, not to mention the dirt and mess that is located around your beach where you have set aside these umbrellas and sunbeds

I'll start - Every time you enter a restaurant, you could stop asking guests for their room number, because every single guest has a blue wristband on their arm, it's terribly annoying and I've never encountered this in any hotel

We will be happy to return to the Perla Beach Hotel next year and I believe that these mistakes will already be removed. Thank you and we look forward to next year already

Clean and large room, large terrace with a small table and a dry rack. The air conditioning works perfectly. The room is very quiet when the balcony door is closed despite a lunapark just in front of the hotel

Price compared with quality is great (again for a hotel of such rang - Small non luxury hotel) I recommend it and for sure will be my primary choice for next visit

It is not far away from the beach, either, nor the local theme park – which, however, does constitute as one of the downsides, as it is rather noisy at night, what with the majority of the rides being open from roughly 16:0...

We actually ended up at the hotel by pure chance, as the one we'd originally booked was full (whoever was staying in the room we'd chosen at the other hotel had prolonged their stay)

I have stayed at the Dara a couple times now and will definitely come back. The rooms are nice with great balconies, great location, very cold air conditioning, very clean! The best part is the amazing staff

We enjoyed our stay and will go again. In particular, the staff were all excellent and the standard of food was very good. You can park your car just down the side of the hotel. And just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Wi-Fi cannot be connected in the rooms, the mattress is in a disastrous condition (the spring was shooting into our ribs), insufficient care for the equipment of the individual rooms can be seen everywhere
