Spa was totally worth it if you ignore the jacuzzis. Amazing heated loungers and a boiling hot pool. Sauna was great even if the steam room didn't seem to be working. Excellent location in the city center, just 5-10 minutes walk from the bus and train station. The owners are very nice people, they treated me like a family member, and they helped me with everything. The hotel has a beautiful rose garden and a perfect view on the main square, so I could enjoy the folklore dance competition from the terrace of the hotel. A memory, which I will never forget :)

Super hotel complex! We spent the New Year holidays here. Accommodation conditions are good. Clean room, warm and has hot water. The restaurant and service were also up to par. Delicious food. The staff is top. If possible, I would also visit during the summer season, there is a swimming pool and the place is nice.

The hotel was amortizer as base material and there is an urgent need for major repair. All the rest is even more than 5 stars.

I went there with my girlfriend to watch my rugby team (I was injured). The team was staying at the hotel and we didn't plan to stay for the night. Eventually we decided to stay and there was only one room left. The room was very spacious and warm, the bed was comfy. All and all it was a pleasant stay.

A very calm place for relaxation and a weekend family holiday. No air conditioning though, hence the missing star. By European standards it is very cheap.

The yard is unique, there are two large trampolines, hammocks, lounge chairs, swings, a slide, many different children's toys, etc. The staff is very good and responsive. This is a great hotel, it is mid priced by Bulgarian standards, by in the lower range for foreigners. The hotel is easily accessible and with fast exit from the city. The rooms are clean and well prepare for the guests. There is no noise coming from outside in the room at night. There is coffee and croissant for breakfast and the restaurant works up to 23:00(11 pm) at night.

The hotel is a secret gem in the Bulgarian mountains. Beautiful building, rooms, lobby and all facilities. There are several great restaurants within a 15 minute walk or a short drive. We spent our time in the pool, traveling around, coffee places and restaurants, and mainly relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant can be better...
