Nice place with lots of apartments and pool.

The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

This is a max 1.5 stars resort. We were booked for 2 weeks ; we escaped after 3 days. We spent the first day cleaning the apartment. Things were not working (dishwasher broken, no internet; shower did not have the doors anymore and was replaced with dirty curtains 10 inches too long....) Everything was old and dirty. There was a 32 inch tv that did not work right. The worst was the unreliable water...

There is also an apartment part of the resort where there is no hotel service and you are entirely on your own. Which can be perfect if that's what you want.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

It was perfect, we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We stayed by the pool all the time, the view of the sea from every corner is amazing and the people that manage the property are very, very nice.

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

the location is nice, but the staff was pretty rude. they gave us a really dirty room in the other building of the hotel, and it smelled awfully like mold, sewage, and cigarettes. we asked the manager to switch the room to a different one, since the one they gave us was very small and there was technically no space for our stuff, not to mention how bad it smelled. she replied to us EXTREMELY harshly...

Staff was kind, even though some could improve a bit on their english. The rooms were clean. Thr hotel is not quite close to the beach, but it's very close to the aqua park, which is most likely its best selling point. The free entrance to the aqua park makes it awesome. Every year we hold a children's camp in this location. Everything is great.

Place is well maintained - new furniture, windows and doors, however the 2 store houses have mold in the boiler cabinet and the first floor literally smell like mold. Location is good - short walk to the beach and has own beach area. There's no internet in the houses or TV. It's good for short stays, mainly where prices are fair. What's good is there are no mosquitoes. Staff is mainly Russian speaking...

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Good balance price - quality

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room which is a great option for family with kids, or if you are a group of more than 2 adults and want to be in an apartment. Big hotel with not so big restaurant for so many people. Everytime are people in a row for food and drink. The food is could, not tasty, without spice. Coffee is very bad. Ice cream not very tasty. The staff is very friendly, pools at the hotel are very good. The TV set has very poor signal. Air condition is out of order in some rooms. Next time I will find a better place in Albena.

Quiet and peaceful place for those who just want to relax and enjoy the rest. Friendly staff. "All inclusive". The beach is close. The food in the restaurant is unique. On the terraces you can sit quietly and enjoy a cigarette or cadence :) Not giving five stars because this place is not obnovovani years.

Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. Generally the place was good but the food and some of the staff were horrible. About the food I think the chicken meat was perished and everything was not good cooked. The receptionist lacked communication as well as the bartender. The only welcoming were the animators and the safeguard.
