The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

This is a max 1.5 stars resort. We were booked for 2 weeks ; we escaped after 3 days. We spent the first day cleaning the apartment. Things were not working (dishwasher broken, no internet; shower did not have the doors anymore and was replaced with dirty curtains 10 inches too long....) Everything was old and dirty. There was a 32 inch tv that did not work right. The worst was the unreliable water...

There is also an apartment part of the resort where there is no hotel service and you are entirely on your own. Which can be perfect if that's what you want.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. I have been to this location more then 12 times during the last 9 years. Sometimes twice a year. I traveled with my wife and kid and for the last 4 years I brought other friends with their families to experience what I thought was a very good overall experience. I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

Amazing animation team, sport activities and dance shows, the aqua park is very good the beach is clean.

A very clean and quiet place. Friendly staff who takes care of your needs. Hot water all the time. The room was cleaned daily. The sheets and towels were changed on day four. Pet friendly. If we visit Kranevo again, we are going to stay there. There is a cosy outdoor restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Randevu.

No breakfast. Neglected. If it is for one night, it can be experienced. The host is very nice and responsive! Just freshen up the rooms and the hotel will be perfect!

5 stars for the restaurant at this hotel. The family that runs the restaurant are extremely hospitable and friendly, the cook is very knowledgeable and skilled with many dishes and provides delicious food that has a home-cooked feeling to it. I would return to this restaurant every day if I could.

Small family hotel. Very friendly owners that took us with an animal with no issue. There is small and very delicious restaurant. The area is close to the main street but on a very calm and quite area. It is perfect for a rest. The ratio price quality absolutely fair. Deffently recommending. :)

Honestly, do not recommend as hotel, but recommend as cafe.(they have a cafe where breakfast is served).

There will be few words with which I can thank these wonderful people! The place is very nice, the housewives too. They were extremely kind, understanding and radiant! Maintained and clean! I would definitely repeat! ❤️

Fine place for summer holidays

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good experience in Bulgarian seaside. Plus: - good and variated food - clean rooms - very nice and relaxing pools with mineral water Minus: No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options. It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too. There were a few minor issues, like the mattresses not being the most comfortable...

We spent a nice family vacation. Very thankful to the hotel manager Mira and her team for their efforts to make the stay of the guests as pleasant as possible. Compliments for the young, creative and motivated animation team. We highly appreciated their services, including day kids and teens' programme as well as the evening shows.

Dear otelchik, for your money just fine. Of course, service seekers have nothing to do here. The rooms are clean, the trash is regularly carried out, although the equipment is old, but it is working, the pool is always clean. The breakfast is rather poor, but compared to Europe it is very decent.

Remote location (not beachfront), but convenient if on the road (quiet village off the main road). Rather small, but otherwise nice, clean (family) rooms. Welcoming staff/owners (especially the reception night shift). Swimming pool was great. Breakfast... not so much. Had a pleasant stay, overall.

It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

The house has nice and clean rooms with air conditioning. The landlady is always polite and kind. There is a kitchen with tables in the courtyard, which is also very well maintained.

Nice place for a budget vacation in Bulgaria. The apartments are clean and cosy. There is a mini-kitchen in the house. Sea distance - 900 m. The route is ok. Prices in Kranevo are very low in comparison to other resort sites. You won’t be disappointed with the sea and beach. They are marvelous. And people in Kranevo are very kind. I am glad I had my vacation there!

I received the room but without bracelets that provide access to the restaurant, they receive them around 14.30. The clean, decent and honest room could be slightly upgraded. As for food and drinks, I have nothing to reproach at all! Great variety of dishes, very good quality. Good local and imported beverages, Bulgarian beer (not extremely good), juices at the dispenser, frozen at discretion. What...

The restaurant is top! Very delicious meal!!! The hotel is located on a quiet street,clean rooms,the staff is friendly and helpful! I will be back!

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

The hotel is very cozy, calm location. The hotel area is beautifully decorated with various exotic plants and flowers. The owner of the hotel and her assistant are very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfasts. The sea was warm and clean, I was happy with my vacation.

Family Hotel Pancho is not just an ordinary hotel, it brings with it its unique spirit and beauty. Great place to relax because of the silence, cozy large rooms and terrace, friendly staff ..., they just make you feel at home. Great garden for relaxation. For a moment I am transported to the atmosphere of the Nymphaeum in Balchik - it has something in common in architecture :) I highly recommend it

It is a decent hotel if you are unpretentious and at a minimum. Pleasant in its prices, the minimum breakfast set with fruit, pastries, cheese / sausage and porridge. Billiards in the main lobby. At the reception desk they will always help. They understand Russian

The lovely owner, with whom we managed even without speaking English. The rooms correspond to the price (€20 for 2 people) and all the equipment was clean. The bathroom amused us a bit, because it was tiny and everything was connected together (see photo). Pleasant experience✨

Quite crippled furniture ... The rooms are only double, it is cheap (BGN 20 per person per night, BGN 40 per room). There are several remarks: The bathroom is very narrow. The sink in the bathroom is one of the smallest you can imagine. It is impossible to wash your face in the morning without getting your feet wet. For a double room there is no table with 2 chairs, but there is a student desk, there...

Is not very ok for the money i spent but you don't have nothing to choose at this price. The toilet are verry small, you can not wash your face or yout hand whithout splashing all over the place because the sink is very small and the water falls from to high above. The smell from the toilet is also annoying. But the room is clean, the beds are big enough for one big adult, have tv in the room butno...

In General, can be. Well. In detail: it can be more often. There is no Parking at the hotel, you need to look for a place in the area.

It is a good "no frills" deal. I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents. You can also get wine, beer and fresh fruits - kitchen is clearly well functioning comparing to other places. The only draw back for me was that the beach is a bit too far, but it took me no more than...

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

Poor cleaning of rooms, there is not enough space for garbage in the toilet and generally very narrow toilets, if you fold out a chair, then the room will not leave room at all. It would be very nice if the rooms had hair dryer. Problems with doors, if they are not closed, then constantly open, in our room the door to the bathroom is constantly wedged

Great apartments, a good holiday for the family, hospitable hostess Zinaida. It is clean and comfortable as a house. The swimming pool is clean, the area is in roses, which is very nice.
