Where to stay in Rogachevo

The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

This is a max 1.5 stars resort. We were booked for 2 weeks ; we escaped after 3 days. We spent the first day cleaning the apartment. Things were not working (dishwasher broken, no internet; shower did not have the doors anymore and was replaced with dirty curtains 10 inches too long....) Everything was old and dirty. There was a 32 inch tv that did not work right. The worst was the unreliable water...

There is also an apartment part of the resort where there is no hotel service and you are entirely on your own. Which can be perfect if that's what you want.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

The pool was great, room it was clean with all you need. The administration was very good and I had all their support. Thank you.

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

Amazing animation team, sport activities and dance shows, the aqua park is very good the beach is clean.

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

We spent a nice family vacation. Very thankful to the hotel manager Mira and her team for their efforts to make the stay of the guests as pleasant as possible. the location is nice, but the staff was pretty rude. they gave us a really dirty room in the other building of the hotel, and it smelled awfully like mold, sewage, and cigarettes. we asked the manager to switch the room to a different one, since the one they gave us was very small and there was technically no space for our stuff, not to mention how bad it smelled. she replied to us EXTREMELY harshly...

Staff was kind, even though some could improve a bit on their english. The rooms were clean. Thr hotel is not quite close to the beach, but it's very close to the aqua park, which is most likely its best selling point. The free entrance to the aqua park makes it awesome. Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

Good food, clean room, sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge at the beach, easy access to the beach if you take the elevators, 3 pools, nice entertainment.

For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

I'm glad I was at the Hotel Kompass in Albena, Bulgaria. The service at the restaurant ,, all inclusive " and the staff, the accommodation, the place... it's very nice. Almost is great... I felt great!

We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room which is a great option for family with kids, or if you are a group of more than 2 adults and want to be in an apartment. Decent but a little dated rooms, nice staff. Luckily the poolarea at the adjacent Flamingo Grand is accessible if you stay here. Very easy to find sunbeds.

On my stay last month I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I wasn't there in the season, I got to experience Albena and Flamingo Grand to some extent. Big hotel with not so big restaurant for so many people. Everytime are people in a row for food and drink. The food is could, not tasty, without spice. Coffee is very bad. Ice cream not very tasty. The staff is very friendly, pools at the hotel are very good. The TV set has very poor signal. Air condition is out of order in some rooms. Next time I will find a better place in Albena.

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

Excellent location close to Albena entrance. Good and varied food. The only downside is that it is a little far from the beach, approx 800 meters. I understand that on the summer period they have a bus that takes you to the private hotel beach which has a bar on site also.. the indoor pool is very small

Quiet and peaceful place for those who just want to relax and enjoy the rest. Friendly staff. "All inclusive". The beach is close. The food in the restaurant is unique. Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels...

Third time to Hotel Amelia which hasn't changed since first time Very basic rooms which are okay for the price. A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.

In this year Hotel Malibu was a really good choice for my family. The room was good and clean, cleaned daily. The food was amazing and fresh. I can only recommend the services of Hotel Malibu. The management and crew was kind and very very helpful. We will return. Thank you.

Generally the place was good but the food and some of the staff were horrible. About the food I think the chicken meat was perished and everything was not good cooked. The receptionist lacked communication as well as the bartender. The only welcoming were the animators and the safeguard.

Rooms are a bit small, but ok. Furniture could use an upgrade as it feel like a nostalgic '00 hotel. The room had a funny chemical smell, maybe desinfectant or something, but it cleared in about a day. It is clean and staff is helpfull and friendly. The food is average. Albena is one of the rare Bulgarian Black sea resorts for families with kids - nice, clean, lots of animation for everyone (kids to grownups), food and drinks are various and taste good. It was a real vacation full of rest and fun for the whole family.

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side. Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m.

Old and not well maintained but it has a kind of charm I guess, the price. I would go next time with a hotel that has the all inclusive option, as Albena lacks dicen restaurants, where to spend your money and time.

It was a very nice and cozy stay, just watch out as the other hotels play "loud" music till about 23 or 11pm. Where everyone is supposed to stay quiet. Watch out if you order with breakfast, as it can be a little sloppy.
