My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

Algara is a very cozy, family friendly resort. It's the third year that we comeback for the view, personal and atmosphere. We really recommend it.

One of the best summer holidays. Great all-inclusive hotel just steps from the beach. Large, clean pool, beautiful garden with plenty of trees, fresh air, and peaceful open spaces. Tasty food, good drinks, and friendly, professional staff. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The resort offers plenty of ok services, amenities and activities but doesn't really excel at anything. The only exceptions to this are the entertainment team(s) and the evening shows which are pretty great. Rooms are fine, decently clean. Hotel staff was super helpful! Beach and gardens were quite nice. Food was very poor. It's evident they're only getting the cheapest ingredients. Overall it could be fine, if you are not a picky eater, but it's not worth the price.

Amazing place - nice staff and clean rooms. The sea view is stunning in the morning at sunrise. There is direct access to the beach from the hotel. I'm glad we stayed here, we had an amazing holiday!

It's been 3 days since a hotel employee has been mowing the grass with a moto scythe every day. The noise is terrible. I recommend they use an electric scythe so we don't feel like we're on a construction site. Smoke and noise

We are a family of 6 with 2 teenagers and elderly parents and had an absolutely wonderful stay at Therma Palace! The all-inclusive package made everything so easy and enjoyable with a great variety. The swimming pools were clean, relaxing and perfect for both kids and adults. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside . Garden was nice to sit in. Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge...

Great hotel, very clean and well organised. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We are very impressed by their hospitality. We went for a weekend and we will definitely come back. The breakfast was delicious and it was served on the terrace.

I was so surprised about the service level in this hotel - probably one of the best experiences I ever had with hotels. A lot of attention to details and staff is super nice. A very nice hotel, very close to the beach (I don't think it's 50 meters to the beach) with very friendly and smiling staff! Very clean rooms and varied food! Spa area (sauna, jacuzzi, massage) I will definitely recommend your services!

I don't understand how people can say that the staff is unfriendly.I have never seen more smiling and friendly people. Whenever we went to the beach, we managed to find places. The hotel is wonderful, the service, the food are at a very high level, I was also quite impressed by the diligence and effort they put into making our stay, as well as my personal holiday unforgettable. I stayed in this hotel June 2024.The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around.Food a bit boring,not big choice.The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too. The biggest problem was dirty rooms AND ACTUALLY NO CLEANER FOR WHOLE WEEK.I had a big fight with the reception and they said they dont have cleaners to clean rooms.That spoilt my holiday...

We were fortunate to have been guests here! We went all inclusive and had a great time. The accommodation was clean with all mod cons, food was delicious, beach front bar, geat entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, reasonably priced and fantastic WIFI

There is not much to do here but the beach is beautiful and most of the staff were friendly. They make the alcohol really strong. 3 nights there, and I'm on the wagon. Food choices were poor, but it's September, and the holiday season is ending. Rooms are simple and clean. 4 star hotel in Albena, very kind personnel, very well administration. Good food and grill in restaurant, but very hot, AC never working. Small pool, but the sea is 30m distance. I recommend for families.

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room. Parking ok - even if it's full, personal will help you with that. Pools are fine (one for adults and one for kids) - big enough and clean. Playing ground for kids - pretty messy and dirty / when it's raining there's a lot of water...

Anyways, we went there for a festival full of class, there anyways BUT it was fun! Anyways we are there waffles crumbled, and I indulged in the evening there cockroaches on the ceiling 2. And the ants running around! But I normally would that was a long time ago when I was in grade 3, now 8.

Very nice hotel! We rested as much as 15 people! The staff is nice. The Director of the hotel with a sense of humor is a plus! :) The bartender Dimitri sociable person and speaks good Russian! Fine place for summer holidays

Fantastic location, literally on the beach. The swimming pool is also very useful. You'll get some sunbeds included in the room price and that's great. The food is nice if not slightly repetitive. But there was always plenty to choose from and good quality. Their cocktails are a bit funny, but they do the trick. The hotel seems to be really a new one. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. Clean and warm pool. Food was fine. The bath was very cozy. They changed the towels each day. It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest.There is all inclusive.Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be.

We stayed at the Belle View hotel as a couple in a double room with balcony located on the 4th floor overlooking the garden and pool. The room was spacious, with twin comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The location was convenient, not more than 5-7 minutes’ walk to a beautiful beach with all sorts of sunbeds and umbrellas, with rates from 18 to 30 leva/set, consisting of 2 sunbeds and one umbrella...

It's a clean place with kind people. There are two problems: parking place for person with disability, and a very bad sounds insulation between the rooms. That why we give it only 3 stars for room.

We are coming back every year at Hotel Belle View and we are always having a great time. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are spacious and there are homemade sweets at breakfast. It is 10 minutes away from beach and 5 minutes away from the restaurant area.

The hotel is fair priced and nothing special in terms of luxury, but it was close to the beach and clean. We got a double room with big balcony and there was a mini fridge and a TV inside. Everything was ok, as in the pictures, there are small problems that you can overlook (weak wifi in the rooms, smell of drain in the bathroom (a common problem in Kranevo). All in all, it's good. I recommend for the decent prices and the fact that it is a new hotel.

For the ones who love rustic locations, gardens, flowers and silence, i wholeheartedely recommend this place! The food was simply outstanding, fresh salad grilled meat on a sizzling plate. Very nice food and a very cozy restaurant. It is like an old nobility 's house, with an interior terrace where you can have a quiet and delicious meal. Most of the waiters are speaking Romanian as well, due to very frequent Romanian visitors. Usually a quick service and tasty food. There is a slight problem with the parking lots, but it is not a reason not to visit Izvora!

I came to Kranevo for the first time with my family, the villa is located in a pacefull area, it has a 1, 40 m pool and a little one for kids. There is a barbeque that you can use, the kitchen has tools for cooking, you have everything that you need.

We enjoyed 3 wonderful nights at vila Valentina. The apartment was very clean and spatious with everything that we needed. Kitchen, big dining table in the open space, big bedroom upstairs with double bed and bunk beds. The pool is magneficient and the garden also is very enjoyable. The sea it's 10 min walking distance. It was perfect vacation for us.

I don't have any complaints with the resort, it's actually quite chilling. There is no furniture on the balcony upstairs. You have to drag things there if you wish to enjoy it. The apartments are for 2 couples. I disliked the sheets they offered.

It's a nice and quite place to spend time with family. Everything is clean and accurate. There is no restaurant or bar, but they have kitchens in the apartments so you can cook by yourself. Also they have a small playground for kids, a very small one🙂

The place is great. Houses are comfortable, clean and they are furnished with everything that you may need during your vacation. The swimming pool is clean as well
