It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. The food was the minus and the level of English of the staff, doing their best to communicate but clearly lacking even the basic knowledge. And not to forget..please find a supply for water melons, there was NO WAY...

I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. After our short conversation I received exactly as I wanted as a room and amenities. +++ for this trip, i can recommend it more!!! The service, the restaurant, the views, the beach!!!! My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

I was so surprised about the service level in this hotel - probably one of the best experiences I ever had with hotels. A lot of attention to details and staff is super nice. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside . Garden was nice to sit in. Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge...

I made a reservation for this hotel for 2 nights when it first got open. It still is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. We will be back sometime this year, and see if they kept their high standards.

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room. Parking ok - even if it's full, personal will help you with that. Pools are fine (one for adults and one for kids) - big enough and clean. Playing ground for kids - pretty messy and dirty / when it's raining there's a lot of water...

We stayed at the Belle View hotel as a couple in a double room with balcony located on the 4th floor overlooking the garden and pool. The room was spacious, with twin comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. It's a clean place with kind people. There are two problems: parking place for person with disability, and a very bad sounds insulation between the rooms. That why we give it only 3 stars for room.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Very spatious and comfy. Clean pool. Good breakfast. 5 min walk from beach. Underground parking so your car is safe and far from heat. Restaurant food not so great but friendly stuff! Only problem may occur with the noise due to thin walls.

We are coming back every year at Hotel Belle View and we are always having a great time. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are spacious and there are homemade sweets at breakfast. It is 10 minutes away from beach and 5 minutes away from the restaurant area.

Everything was ok, as in the pictures, there are small problems that you can overlook (weak wifi in the rooms, smell of drain in the bathroom (a common problem in Kranevo). All in all, it's good. I recommend for the decent prices and the fact that it is a new hotel.

A very clean and quiet place. Friendly staff who takes care of your needs. Hot water all the time. The room was cleaned daily. The sheets and towels were changed on day four. Pet friendly. If we visit Kranevo again, we are going to stay there. There is a cosy outdoor restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Randevu.

5 stars for the restaurant at this hotel. The family that runs the restaurant are extremely hospitable and friendly, the cook is very knowledgeable and skilled with many dishes and provides delicious food that has a home-cooked feeling to it. I would return to this restaurant every day if I could.

Family Hotel Pancho is not just an ordinary hotel, it brings with it its unique spirit and beauty.
