I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

Fantastic Stay. Very clean, wonderful breakfast, great staff, beautiful view of the Black Sea from my balcony. The General Manager, Elena was outstanding. Nice walking path along the water in front of the hotel. Easy to access lounge chairs on the sand.

Relatively new, beautiful hotel. Nice, well organised rooms furnished with all necessary features. Very comfortable beds. The staff consists of well selected and trained profecionals and every boady is ready to assist you if you need something.

A nice hotel, looks as a 5 stars but it may be improved. Big, nice, confortable rooms. Outdoor pools could be heated because in 30 May and 6 September when we were nobody could swim there. Lucky that they have an indoor pool (small one) . I would have expected that sauna is included and does not have to pay extra for it. Breakfast and lunch are buffet. My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

Very interesting hotel. I really loved their food. As it is said; the hotel is on the beach. Anytime you need something from your room just go about 50 meters, take the elevator and you arrived. Also it is all-inclusive so we got food and beverages for free.

Very good value for the money we payed! We had a lovely time. Stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults, 2 kids. Good food (and varied), clean enough, lovely beach with enough sunbeds. They also have a swimming pool. The staff at reception is friendly and helpful (they also speak English, German and Russian, which helps...) Parking in Albena is tricky, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The best hotel. 14 days we are here, 2 adults + 2 Kids 4 years old in one room. We love the hotel + Albena. This hotel is the best choice for families. Food is very delicious, stuff is friendly. Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

I stayed in this hotel June 2024.The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around.Food a bit boring,not big choice.The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too. The biggest problem was dirty rooms AND ACTUALLY NO CLEANER FOR WHOLE WEEK.I had a big fight with the reception and they said they dont have cleaners to clean rooms.That spoilt my holiday...

There is not much to do here but the beach is beautiful and most of the staff were friendly. They make the alcohol really strong. 3 nights there, and I'm on the wagon. It's a three stars hotel, do not expect too much... It's a good place for a cheap holiday.

Good service, but you gave one set of towels and bed sheets and they won't change them even if you ask for.

Room cleaning was only done one time under a 5 day period and only by complaint. One guy at the front desk was helpful and could sufficient English. Both the pool side and spott by the ocean was very satisfying to us. If only the staff wasn't so rude and nonchalant i would give them 4 star's.

It is a good "no frills" deal. I would say best value - you get everything you need for moderate price. Not perfect, no luxury, but it is worth the money. Food is good and divers with Balcan accents. For a 3 star hotel the services were great. They offer all inclusive, and you get 3 free meals a day, pool access, beach lounger access, free bar and snacks, kids programs . The food was good and fruits fresh. The only downside is that you had to force them to clean the rooms, and you have to pay for loungers mattress.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

Hotel needs some updating, but clean overall and location is wonderful. We had hoped a room with seaview, but we were located on the other side. Next morning we had a chat with manager and we got a seaview! Exellent service! Breakfast on the other hotel is no problem, 20m.

Old and not well maintained but it has a kind of charm I guess, the price. I would go next time with a hotel that has the all inclusive option, as Albena lacks dicen restaurants, where to spend your money and time.

The all-inclusive is great - food is on the level of Turkish all-inclusive. The rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily, and renovated. The beach is huge and the hotel is right next to it.

Good kitchen and swimming pools. Good location first line sea side. But the look of the hotel from outside is not very luxory. Not as luxury as Silver Beach resort in Byala for example.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests. I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste. If you expect Sandals or Beaches resorts accommodations you would be afflicted. But if you want a good unexpansive vacation on the beach you will enjoy your stay at this hotel. Great animation, kids were very happy. The animators were friendly, kind and joyful (especially the girl with glasses). There was different shows and activities every day. We can't wait to come back here next summer.

Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I only had breakfast and dinner for almost a week. It was very quiet and relaxing ... it is not the season yet though. Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic. The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong. This holiday was awesome. I enjoyed it, clean beaches and nice pools. In the balcon the view is amazing. The food is good and the place for games is really fun. I stayed in the hallways to watch the beautiful girl at the reception who works mid-night time only. Never saw a more beautiful girl in my whole life.

Haa beach at 100m. Pretty isolated from other water parks thou. Also crowded during season. Raitsa water park is a better choice if you dont mind the distance from the beach.

the location is nice, but the staff was pretty rude. they gave us a really dirty room in the other building of the hotel, and it smelled awfully like mold, sewage, and cigarettes. we asked the manager to switch the room to a different one, since the one they gave us was very small and there was technically no space for our stuff, not to mention how bad it smelled. she replied to us EXTREMELY harshly...

Thr hotel is not quite close to the beach, but it's very close to the aqua park, which is most likely its best selling point. The free entrance to the aqua park makes it awesome. Excellent stay! Hotel is recently opened in June, everything is new and modern. Large room with a large bathroom and balcony, very good cleaning and comfortable bed. Room has everything you need, including good quality cosmetics from Fragonard. Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels...

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. Perfect service. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep. If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again.
