The staff was great, they were real professionals. Food was good, drinks were great. Unfortunately the sauna was not working. The "gym"/fitness had 4 equipments and half of them were broken.

Nice place with lots of apartments and pool.

This is a max 1.5 stars resort. We were booked for 2 weeks ; we escaped after 3 days. We spent the first day cleaning the apartment. Things were not working (dishwasher broken, no internet; shower did not have the doors anymore and was replaced with dirty curtains 10 inches too long....)
Everything was old and dirty.
There was a 32 inch tv that did not work right.
The worst was the unreliable water. Get in the shower and stay soaped there till water is getting up to the 3rd floor again. Not fun.
Need to mention that we paid extra for the highest level 1 bd apt that was available on booking.
Still, the front desk was good with helping out with fixing some of the issues, and they deserve appreciation for that.

There is also an apartment part of the resort where there is no hotel service and you are entirely on your own. Which can be perfect if that's what you want.

We have a property in this place it's located in a very quiet place on a hill. The only downside is that it is far from other attractions in varna.

Best place for a family Holiday. The only thing I would change are the restaurant Prices. It is very overpriced for the Produkt and Services they are offering. Again overpriced is a bit harsh since there are people and people. For me the prices are the same as in Albena Resort which is overpriced :).

Lovely quite setting with a nice view of pool and small vine yards beyond. Bar, pool and grounds very clean and well kept. I would definitely go back and recommend the complex.
