Family I went with went here years ago and they remembered it was a much nicer place. Unfortunately our experience this summer wasn't the best. Definitely needs renovation, and it would be a great hotel.. it has beaches nearby, it seems like a generally good placement for a hotel. But the bed sheets and pillows had hairs on them, decorative blanket even had some weird reddish spots on it... cabinet...

The reception told us to park at Grand Hotel, 10 leva 24 hours, the staff are very nice, 2 pools, one for Kids and one very big, i didn't notice any things, good house keeping, ice cream available at near the pool time closing, but I recommend not getting a mix, because the ice cream is very, very frozen, and you are making a staff nervous, and possibly singing, 2 bars avalabile, one near the reception...

Clean and cheap, people at reception is nice, so is the bar staff and room cleaning lady, food is acording to price but it could be a lot better without changing any ingredients just try to make it better, one day soup was acceptable and the other was from leftovers with water, not even the effort to season it, not salt or pepper, staff at the restaurant seem to be working as a punishment not even...

It's a good place for all inclusive. Variety of food, drinks it's a place where family with kids comes. The room has two minuses: 1.there are very cheap sintetics towels that after when you dry the skin will remain lots of fabric, you can find another two smaller made from cotton, we used those. 2. The shower has a short courtain that the water goues out. And very small pillows. The place it's close...

-The wi-fi isn't the best,it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.I think it's an improvement since 2 years ago u couldn't even send a message with the wi-fi here. -The food is mediocre.It was very dissapointing they didn't serve pizza and french fries anymore :( . -The hotel itself is old but managed well,tho my bed broke twice while I was sleeping,and i don't think it's because of my weight,since...

Really nice place to enjoy your summer vacation. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped, 2 air conditioning units. The view from the terrace is wonderful and the terrace is very spacious. The beach is near and not that crowded like it is at the Golden Sand.The prices are really ok for what they are offering. Last year the wifi was not free, this year it was👌 and you had to pay for parking 8 leva...

Excellent location to the interchange of transport and the Lidl store ... a short distance to the beach min 15-20 ... a quiet recreation area, good beaches, not so far from Varna ... the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay with a pool .. and not a big seating area...attentive and helpful owner..a pleasant experience and a comfortable hotel...recommend👌👌🌼

Probably the nicest place (in terms of room) that we stayed in in all of Bulgaria. Places like this gotta learn what Wi-Fi repeaters are, could only get usable internet in about 1 square meter of the room.

We rested in 2019, we are very pleased with the attitude of the owners: attentive, calm, ready to help with any issue. The hotel is located near the sea (5 minutes walk) and not far from the center, where there is a supermarket and public transport interchange. Thanks to this, you can get to know the nearest cities: Varna, Golden Sands. The place itself - St. Constantine and Helena - is amazingly beautiful...

Great place, quiet and close to the beach.

Very homely atmosphere, welcoming hosts, quiet & secluded place which has bus stops nearby. Excellent value for money!

Wonderful hotel, everything is very comfortable and pleasant.

Perfect view on the see from the balcony in 5th floor. I liked the Bulgarian salad and beer in the restaurant. The rest of the food is rather not interesting. Warning, it is quite far from beach and the hotel equipment is rather poor.

The room that I stayed was big and comfortable(specially the beds).The hotel staff was awesome they help me with all my questions and requests.The food was varied and delicious.Area around the swimming pool was perfect because of the all inclusive bar and the nature which is surrounding it.I recommend this hotel because of the relaxing mood.Next year I will come again!!!

Rooms are nice, staff is friendly. I didn't liked that if you don't have all inclusive, prices for food and beverages are pretty high, so if you don't plan on getting an all inclusive stay, I recommend you eat at other restaurants, Casa Ole for example, which is pretty close to the hotel and has very good food at a very good price. :)

I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay with my doggies, it was a very lucky find. Cosy room, friendly service and pet friendly indeed!
