Hotels in Varna

-The toilet flush broke down twice in a week in 2 different rooms. One of the taps could not be closed easily. You had to twist it at a certain angle, otherwise the water would keep running. +the rooms look pretty. The receptionists are nice and there to help you. The cleaning lady is very nice as well

Hotel is showing his age. Overpriced (140 eur per night) for the room quality and age. Spa and gym not working from Covid times.

The rooms are huge but no power sockets near bed! It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to stay on the floor to charge my phone. Some of the staff were polite and helpful and others quite rude. I also got robbed in front of the hotel so be careful

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street. Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good. Will definitely visit again!

The rooms were amazing! Huge! Service was not so good during the day, but the night manager was excellent. During the day, it was quite an effort to get anything out for the receptions staff other than a grunt. Breakfast was diabolical. This is the review only for the spa center. The sauna and steam room were big and spacious. What was shocking was that they did not provide towels! You have to bring your own! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Location is close to the center. We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Not the best not the worst. The pros are that the hotel is in central place in Varna, nice room nice breakfast. The downside is that it's on top of a casino so the whole building smells like cigarettes, thus the low review.

My stay for one night was an emergency stay. The reservation and check in was uncomplicated. The room was quite small, breakfast was ok. It is a basic hotel without special luxury.

Very old hotel with old decoration and equipment. Bath towels were almost torn and the bath tub curtains were unpleasant. The hotel located inside an apartment complex, hard to locate. We were 5, we took 2 rooms. One room is spacious having a big sofa and big balcony. But the other room, I have never seen a room like that before. The washbasin is being placed not in toilet, it's on room. That's something crazy. The breakfast is okay. The staffs are friendly also.

Generally an alright hotel, but the biggest problem for me was the bed. It must've been really old and i woke up with a sore back every day.

The location is good and the staff were always nice. The room however had 2 major issues. The air-conditioning didnt work and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no bed frame and the bed was on the floor and you can feel the springs in the mattress. It is a lower priced hotel so i feel my 3 star rating is accurate and fair but all thing considered i would not return.

Good hotel in case you need somewhere to spend a night in. 26$ for 1 bed suite. You get what you paid for. Towels, bed, all clean, some refreshments in the minibar, hair dryer, AC. Maybe some additional attention for bathroom dust cleaning would be nice, but as I said - it's ok for the price you've paid for.

There is only one bad district in Varna, and hotel is there... also the first women that confirmed our booking was quite rude (professional, but bulgarian style rude). Slay. We took the grand suite, WOW, what a blast! Amazing value for money, we felt like royalty :) The breakfast was lovely with gluten free options and nice variety. The gym is a bit small 🤏 They offer free loaning bike service.

We slept in the hotel for a week, couple + baby. We had a lot of fun! The people are very nice and the decor is great. We chose to sleep in the small suite, because we were afraid that the standard room wouldn't suit us (but for a couple I think it's great). I stayed there for a conference. Good meeting rooms. Recently rennovated. I stayed in a basic room which was not very spacious but had everything needed and was clean. Comfy bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location. Avoid the highest floors, some colleagues complained they could hear the music from a bar or a restaurant.
