This is the review only for the spa center. The sauna and steam room were big and spacious. What was shocking was that they did not provide towels! You have to bring your own! The hotel is very nice. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was the big with a very nice view and a balcony. Staff were very professional and helpful during our stay. They have an underground garage (25 leva per day).

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Location is close to the center. We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Far to walk to things (too far to go to beach, walk back, and then walk back to the centre again in the evening - you would need to ask for a taxi the second time.. or just stay out all day..). It's perfect for what it is, being to the bus station. The room has everything you need and the double has a balcony which is nice. Also mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a price of course).

Stayed many times here, but I feel quality of service is decreasing. Not a good option during festive season when restaurant/Cafe are either closed or too busy.

Hard to beat price per value including free parking on site. Located within close proximity to the train station and the main pedestrian street. Liked the fact that rooms were super clean and warm, and also had a very convenient small fridge. The only comment I can make is regarding the cleaning stuff which was really loud early in the morning right infront of our door.

Generally an alright hotel, but the biggest problem for me was the bed. It must've been really old and i woke up with a sore back every day.

The location is good and the staff were always nice. The room however had 2 major issues. The air-conditioning didnt work and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no bed frame and the bed was on the floor and you can feel the springs in the mattress. It is a lower priced hotel so i feel my 3 star rating is accurate and fair but all thing considered i would not return.

Good hotel in case you need somewhere to spend a night in. 26$ for 1 bed suite. You get what you paid for. Towels, bed, all clean, some refreshments in the minibar, hair dryer, AC. Maybe some additional attention for bathroom dust cleaning would be nice, but as I said - it's ok for the price you've paid for.

There is only one bad district in Varna, and hotel is there... also the first women that confirmed our booking was quite rude (professional, but bulgarian style rude). Other stuff seemed nice on the other hand. Also they proposed us to change the room because first one was in a basement and smelled... basementy. Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking.

The hotel located inside an apartment complex, hard to locate. We were 5, we took 2 rooms. One room is spacious having a big sofa and big balcony. But the other room, I have never seen a room like that before. The washbasin is being placed not in toilet, it's on room. That's something crazy. The breakfast is okay. The staffs are friendly also.

This is a great alternative to stay g on the beach. A short walk up the hill and you are away from the mayhem of the beach front. The host is a charming and softly spoken man. He has a wry sense of humour and excellent English. The place has a small pool, which is excellent for cooling off in before a superb dinner.

I stayed there for a conference. Good meeting rooms. Recently rennovated. I stayed in a basic room which was not very spacious but had everything needed and was clean. Comfy bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location. Avoid the highest floors, some colleagues complained they could hear the music from a bar or a restaurant.

Regarding that this is a 2 star hotel our experience was quite good! The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room we got was very spacious and clean. The only bad experience we had that the bathroom was very smelly and the room was very cold (as the cleaning lady always left the windows open)… Other then these, this place is a good value for your money!
