The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is poor. There's nothing to eat. I rate the breakfast quality as 1.

There are two saunas in the basement, one dry and one mist, and they also have showers and an air-conditioned rest area. There is no cold bath, but there are two tile benches to cool your feet with water. There is also a changing room by the adjacent pool, so it was very comfortable.

It's perfect for what it is, being to the bus station. The room has everything you need and the double has a balcony which is nice. Also mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a price of course).

Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking.

It's a very clean, well kept hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with our booking but it was sorted in an hour and we were given our rooms. Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view.

The location is right in city center. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. There is a very good restaurant right next to the hotel. There was breakfast included but we skipped it. Only issue we had was that the sofa we slept on was super uncomfortable.

A small but though comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The location is quite central, you can easily reach Sea Garden and the pedestrian area on foot.

Great location, interior design and cleanliness! I would go again. Nevertheless, there are no parking options for guests and parking on the streets is difficult and paid via text messages. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind! And the location (across the Obshtina Varna) is with a five minute walk to the central town, pretty close by.

Everything was almost good, the elevator from the underground car park to the hotel didn't work and there were no signs to reception, we had to drag all our stuff up the stairs ourselves and when we spoke to the reception staff we were simply ignored!

The breakfast was the most abundant in the place where I stayed during this period! The room was not big and the facilities were good, but there were no slippers. I was not used to it and asked them for them later. I stayed for a week and the balcony view was good. I will probably stay here again in the future.

We stayed for one night in transit. Convenient location. About 20-25 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was clean on the 12th floor. The staff was polite and attentive. There are cafes, small shops, the embankment, and the beach nearby. The only downside is the noise from the music in the evening until 2 a.m. Probably from the casino or restaurant on the top floor.

Only breakfast need to be improve dramatically, more fresh vegetables and fruit, soy milk which is basic item by adding these items 5-7 fresh vegetables, 5-7 fresh fruit and soy milk.

I was in Varna for a week, and i booked at Palitra. Very nice people there. A completely safe and calm place. Just 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. The only thing I suggest is to contact the hotel if you expect to arrive after 8PM. Because there is no one at the reception after 8PM until 8:30AM.

Regarding that this is a 2 star hotel our experience was quite good! The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room we got was very spacious and clean. The only bad experience we had that the bathroom was very smelly and the room was very cold (as the cleaning lady always left the windows open)… Other then these, this place is a good value for your money!

We had a wonderful stay at this city hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful service! The staff proved accommodating beyond all reason and made our brief stay here a pleasure. The bar tender really knows his stuff, including arcane off-menu cocktails and differences in how drinks are served across the Atlantic. Highly recommend for any American traveling through Varna!!

Its not bad, but there were lot of small things that ruined my vacation. The shower was is water saver and the water was going fast and it feels like nidles. The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things.
