This is the review only for the spa center. The sauna and steam room were big and spacious. What was shocking was that they did not provide towels! You have to bring your own! I’m lucky I brought one because I was going to the beach after otherwise I would have had to cancel my visit. TL;DR: More like a 4 star hotel. 5 Star hard product, 3 star soft product, bad English from staff. This is beautiful and comfortable hotel ant a great location. Hotel is showing his age. Overpriced (140 eur per night) for the room quality and age. Spa and gym not working from Covid times.

The rooms are huge but no power sockets near bed! It is extremely uncomfortable. I had to stay on the floor to charge my phone. Some of the staff were polite and helpful and others quite rude. I also got robbed in front of the hotel so be careful

Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff and great location. Only downside: the restaurant doesn't work, but there's a lovely pizza place across the street. Piece of advice: get rid of any items bearing the old name of the hotel, it doesn't look good. Will definitely visit again!

Good hotel in the center of Varna. But the prices for 1 night unfortunately are expensive.

The rooms were amazing! Huge! Service was not so good during the day, but the night manager was excellent. During the day, it was quite an effort to get anything out for the receptions staff other than a grunt. Breakfast was diabolical. Dirty table clothes even at the beginning of breakfast and very poor service. Breakfast itself was not good. The eggs Benedict was almost inedible. Great location...

This hotel is amazing, good staff, good food, very clean rooms and very convenient going to the beach to supermarket and central plaza just walking around and by car about 5mins going to the mall its very accessible.

Renovated rooms feel cosy and most important - very clean! Bed was comfortable, so was the shower, yet the room was too hot - during the transition season was difficult to adjust the a/c properly I guess. Breakfast was very good, service too!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was nice and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Location is close to the center. We had to leave very early in the morning because of our flight and we were called a taxi from the reception and were also given breakfast and water. All in all it was great I’d recommend :)

Staff is friendly, close to the bus station and the malls, it is placed away from major roads, so it's pleasantly quiet. There is a good pizza place 5 min walk away.

Very old hotel with old decoration and equipment. Bath towels were almost torn and the bath tub curtains were unpleasant. The location is perfect.. the check in experience was good but check out experience was not as good, they kept us waiting for long for a simple invoice printing. The breakfast was very poor

Nice view from the window, very good location. But we realized that not reasonable price for out of season period, interior is vintage, which is nice, but the bed and mattress are very low. In addition, the room heating is not enough for cold nights in November and on TV all channels are for Bulgarian speaking people.

Brilliant place to stay on Varna.

Generally an alright hotel, but the biggest problem for me was the bed. It must've been really old and i woke up with a sore back every day.

The location is good and the staff were always nice. The room however had 2 major issues. The air-conditioning didnt work and the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no bed frame and the bed was on the floor and you can feel the springs in the mattress. It is a lower priced hotel so i feel my 3 star rating is accurate and fair but all thing considered i would not return.

The free parking offered by this hotel is a massive plus although cannot be booked in advance. Rooms are clean service is good and 24/7. Air conditioning is a bit antiquated but still a decent option especially if needing to stay near train station

Good hotel in case you need somewhere to spend a night in. 26$ for 1 bed suite. You get what you paid for. Towels, bed, all clean, some refreshments in the minibar, hair dryer, AC. Maybe some additional attention for bathroom dust cleaning would be nice, but as I said - it's ok for the price you've paid for.

The staff and management is cooperative, friendly and helpful. Critical feedback is received in a decent manner and solutions are found.

There is only one bad district in Varna, and hotel is there... also the first women that confirmed our booking was quite rude (professional, but bulgarian style rude). Other stuff seemed nice on the other hand. Also they proposed us to change the room because first one was in a basement and smelled... basementy. Otherwise could be, price isn't too high for what you get. Good room service and cleaners

The location is right in city center. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. There is a very good restaurant right next to the hotel. There was breakfast included but we skipped it. Only issue we had was that the sofa we slept on was super uncomfortable.

She even recommended an excellent real estate agency next door - where we did eventually find an apartment for my partner’s parents through. A small but though comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The location is quite central, you can easily reach Sea Garden and the pedestrian area on foot.

Great location, interior design and cleanliness! I would go again. Nevertheless, there are no parking options for guests and parking on the streets is difficult and paid via text messages. Also, the breakfast was underwhelming. Maybe it depends on the day, but there was a very small buffet and few fresh options...

It was a wonderful stay for us, even tho we stayed only one night. The hotel offered us a transport from the airport because we landed late in night. The room was super spacious and beds super comfy. The breakfast was also really tasty. They also offer a free bike rental which is really nice to do so in Varna and bike by the sea.

I stayed there for a conference. Good meeting rooms. Recently rennovated. I stayed in a basic room which was not very spacious but had everything needed and was clean. Comfy bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location. Avoid the highest floors, some colleagues complained they could hear the music from a bar or a restaurant.

The hotel itself is ok for the price I have paid. The room is small, but clean; bed is comfortable. There is also a reasonably good wifi. The staff at the reception desk were helpful. The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes away from the airport by taxi. I did not get a chance to go to the Varna city centre, as I was staying there just for a layover, so I can't say how well the hotel is connected...

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In terms of upkeeping, it is very clean and the prices are very good. Highly recommended, the only negative side is that they do not accept pets.
