This is the review only for the spa center. The sauna and steam room were big and spacious. What was shocking was that they did not provide towels! You have to bring your own! I’m lucky I brought one because I was going to the beach after otherwise I would have had to cancel my visit. The hotel is very nice. We had a fantastic stay. Our room was the big with a very nice view and a balcony. Staff were very professional and helpful during our stay. They have an underground garage (25 leva per day).

It's perfect for what it is, being to the bus station. The room has everything you need and the double has a balcony which is nice. Also mini bar with drinks and snacks (for a price of course).

Room was clean but periodical cleaning must be. Two rooms with enclosed yard parking. Good for car travelers. Service was satisfactory. Economy class. Credit card payment is possible but wonky. Cash is better. Perfect location for short stay. Walking distance (with the luggage) from the bus station. Good if you planning to travel by bus.

Nice place for its price range. The room is clean and tidy. We needed a crib for our baby and they were able to provide everything. Nice and polite staff, they were able to answer all my questions.

Staff is friendly, close to the bus station and the malls, it is placed away from major roads, so it's pleasantly quiet. There is a good pizza place 5 min walk away.

I stayed there for a conference. Good meeting rooms. Recently rennovated. I stayed in a basic room which was not very spacious but had everything needed and was clean. Comfy bed. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location. Avoid the highest floors, some colleagues complained they could hear the music from a bar or a restaurant.

Big hotel and casino directly at city center within the pedestrian zone. Great staff that helps you with everything you need. In direct vicinity are several restaurants and you have only 800m to the beach.

Decent hotel for the money. Free room, great bed. The shower room is very spacious. Everything is freshly renovated. Separately, it is necessary to note the buffet. The only downside is the parking. But, although in the very center, by the sea, it already speaks volumes. In general, I RECOMMEND!!!

Were in winter. Very good prices for winter. Wifi is weak. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. The view from the restaurant is wonderful. The location of the hotel is great too. On television there are Russian-language, Ukrainian and Belarusian channels. The rooms have air conditioning.

My stay for one night was an emergency stay. The reservation and check in was uncomplicated. The room was quite small, breakfast was ok. It is a basic hotel without special luxury.

They were there for us in our time of need. Flixbus dropped us off an hour earlier than expected at 3am. We had no sleep on the bus whatsoever due to no AC on the bus (30+ degree heat). The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Employees are very kind and speak english. Toilets are very clean but not enough the minibar. Anyway, I recommend you to come here.. Nice place i like it.

Stayed 4 nights. Nice breakfast (meat, cheese, etc.) and very nice staff. Far to walk to things (too far to go to beach, walk back, and then walk back to the centre again in the evening - you would need to ask for a taxi the second time.. or just stay out all day..). It's on a pleasant enough side road which is quiet at night.. you can have a beer from the hotel bar and a smoke at one of tables outside...

This hotel is located within 20 meters of the sea gardens with only pedestrian walkways in front of it. Also has views to the sea from some rooms. The location of this hotel couldn't be better: right where the main pedestrian street enters the sea garden. This is not about the hotel, but about the amazing haircut you can get inside it! One of the most gifted Bulgarian hairdressers opened her otherwise small hair saloon there. I would rate her 6 stars if I could!

Okay for the price it's asking, hotel for the people who are not expecting luxury. Breakfast was included, and was edible. The room was okay, not too old looking, often cleaned. Small store near the hotel. Beach is very far from the hotel.

Okayish for a one night stay. Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Breakfast is okay. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis. Staff was smiling, friendly and polite.

Mostly an old hotel located near the sea, the rooms are quite small and so is the toilet, the beds are not very comfortable, there is a bad smell, the breakfast is not very good, you only have basic things, the pool is nice, you have free parking.

It's a very clean, well kept hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with our booking but it was sorted in an hour and we were given our rooms. Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view.

Regarding that this is a 2 star hotel our experience was quite good! The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The room we got was very spacious and clean. The only bad experience we had that the bathroom was very smelly and the room was very cold (as the cleaning lady always left the windows open)… Other then these, this place is a good value for your money!

We had a wonderful stay at this city hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. It is ok hotel . Normal room, it is clean and have everything for a 2 star hotel.This is my second stay here. The biggest problem is the club near the hotel.But if you don't mind the noise is ok. Regarding the staff I can't complain. They are polite. The location is very good.

Visited the hotel this summer. The rooms were clean, big enough, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only disadvantage is the location. It is far from the city's center and you would need a car.

The receptionists are very kind, professional and helpful in everything that is needed. A beautiful hotel with wonderful service! The staff proved accommodating beyond all reason and made our brief stay here a pleasure. The bar tender really knows his stuff, including arcane off-menu cocktails and differences in how drinks are served across the Atlantic. Highly recommend for any American traveling through Varna!!

Its not bad, but there were lot of small things that ruined my vacation. The shower was is water saver and the water was going fast and it feels like nidles. The stairs to the upper part where the other two bads were, were very stip. There was no fridge, and there is no wifi on the fourth floor, and other small annoying things.

Nice family hotel. It should be borne in mind that it is far from the beaches and high above sea level. It is highly desirable to have a car. Well, or you have to, like us, ride a taxi.

The FOCUS Hotel was my wedding - small but exciting and memorable. Everyone in the hotel took care of that. My last visit at the City Mark hotel was from 10/07-13/07/2017. The hotel was perfect according the cleaning, hospitality, great stuff helpfull. Very near to the central of town,restaurant, shops everything.I reccomend to everyone visited Varna to stay at this hotel
