Hotels All-inclusive in Saints Constantine and Helena

The soft drinks were not quite to my taste, but they were okay. I had no trouble finding a parking spot. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very big, and the mattress was much better than at many other hotels

I've been here twice, and each time the service was impeccable. The hotel and the rooms were clean. There were plenty of spots available at the pool and for dining. The food was diverse and good

This is our second summer in a row with two babies. Pros - Great location, modern nice hotel with amenities, friendly staff, the breakfast is a great deal, free access to Aquahotel, etc

Cons - Friday and Saturday can be quite noisy from parties outside or wedding in the hotel, rooms are getting a little big aged, etc

One morning when we went to breakfast, we put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door, but the housekeeper (who was extremely rude and unfriendly, didn’t even say “Good morning”), went into the room anyway, because she did not want to come back to this part of the hotel later

However, there for sure is a personnel problem, more specifically housekeeping. Upon check in, we discovered that the bathroom was full on black long hairs, that were not cleaned from the previous guest

The best hotel experience in my life! Highly recommend this place. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite, the restaurant had a big variety of food for everyone and the hotel’s spa was very clean and comfortable

I spent two weeks here and enjoyed every single day. I also have to say that my expectations were not just met but exceeded. I understand the Hotel opened three years ago, yet it seems brand-new

It’s a very high-quality to build and it’s well maintained. The whole hotel is very spacious and grand. My room again very large and well designed. The spa has many different pools, saunas and steam room

The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and lounge areas, along with complimentary access to the nearby Aquahouse, which provides additional pools, hot tubs, and a beautiful view of the sea

The complementary mini bar was a great treat. Even is good that the hotel opted out for all inclusive, the quality of the food for breakfast is still low

I think services can be improved, more personal is needed to pools areas and restaurant

Also housekeeping ladies are cute. The restaurant was clean and the food was out of this world. Traditional Bulgarian style food. The staff at the restaurant was polite

I spend an amazing week full of happy emotions and alot of fun. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The restaurant had a lot of food options and it was very delicious

We booked the all inclusive experience, and for the money we paid, I believe it was very good

The staff was very good but the bartenders were the best especially the handsome lad with the tattoos was very professional and helpful and was always there to help if you need something, we instantly became friends with him

There’s also a parrot named Lucky, very friendly and quiet. The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Overall, one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Definitely returning next year! Love you, Detelina Hotel❤️🍀

The hotel offers all inclusive. Rooms are clean but the hotel is definitely not 3 stars. Elevators are claustrophobic with room for a couple max. Overall I recommend the hotel. Prisewise it was quite reasonable.

The restaurant and the food was very good and big variety and with the all inclusive option you have soft drinks and very good coffee all time in the lobby bar

We had sewage smell in the night, which the cleaning ladies tried to address. There was on and off smell of pee in some areas of the room. Not sure if from the carpet or something else, but that was a big disappoinment

Stayed here for a week's holiday with my husband although not full inclusive. Hotel was lovely with a private beach. Rooms very clean & a good selection of food. We will definitely consider going back

The TV inside the hotel lobby was kinda broken, but we were able to see the football matches anyway. Good food, delicious sweet corner. The waiters ask everyone to wear mask and gloves in the restaurant

The hotel in general needs some renovation: the restaurant was leaking on raindy days, the building, around the swimming pool there are tiles coming off. However, the staff made our stay memorable

Some things could be improved but honestly it doesn't matter with the experience I had. The building/area also had an interesting history that I learned about through another visitor who has come here many times

There is pool and spa, everything well maintained and clean. And the price was also very good and breakfast included. Definitely we will visit the place again

They are wonderful, make you feel good, always ready to help, always ready to listen and always very friendly. The restaurant is very good, nothing too extravagant but always delicious and enough

Place has a swimming pool, you can stay in the hotel or in apartment you can also order food at the restaurant. Also there is a supermarket 2 min walk. Everything is on your doorstep

I didn't stayed at this hotel, only used the SPA. 3 pools with the thermal water, 1 big+ 2 small. You can order he food (which is nice,fresh, reasonable price) & drinks from the restaurant

The feeling to be in the warm mineral water and to breathe fresh air is great in winter! There is a beautiful SPA centre with saunas. The restaurant is comfortable. Rooms are big with many facilities

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach

The food was normal, dirty dishes were quickly removed, trays with fruits, sweets, and food were always replenished. Thank you for a great vacation

Otherwise the hotel has a great outdoor pool where you can swim and play with your children. Also, there is a hot mineral water indoors pool

I was on vacation in mid-August. The administrators and staff tried to show attention and fulfill all requests and wishes

Amazing. Rooms are beautiful.The hotel is near the beach. It has a private pool.But the place...is kinda ugly. I stayed there for 6 days at all-inclusive.

Near market, good restaurants and attractions

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna

Good place for holiday, might be a bit expensive and just one plug socket did not work in my room but TV works, fridge, pool and self serving restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. We were given a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-maintained and comfortable

The ladies working in the restaurant did an outstanding job with a smile. During our stay, the hotel accommodated a large group of kids (3 buses). As you can imagine, this situation took away our relaxation time

Room service was excellent; towels and bed sheets were changed on a regular basis, and the ladies cleaned properly, unlike in other Bulgarian hotels. The food at the restaurant was simply amazing

Although most of the employees don't really speak English, they were all ready to assist and had their smiles on. The conference hall is enormous and we had a ton of fun there

The hotel is cozy. Staffis friendly here and local food is really delicious. There is a large swimming pool. It takes five minutes to go down to the seaside.

The clinic has helped many including my wife,( reduced 25 kg and kept it afterwards)very good choice for a new health conscious health start

The hotel it's near the sand dunes, not far away from the beach, and kids liked it here. The staff was very careful with protection measures against Covid 19

The hotel was 5 minutes to sea. You have to walk over the road to go by beach. I liked everything about the hotel except the hygiene. The first day i couldnt sleep because of the smell

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink

Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price

My experience wasn't the best, on the restaurant I did't feel comfortable, but the price is very good, pool is nice, drinks are good, I would recommend to work the restaurant and reviews would be a lot better

The reception told us to park at Grand Hotel, 10 leva 24 hours, the staff are very nice, 2 pools, one for Kids and one very big, i didn't notice any things, good house keeping, ice cream available at near the pool time closing, but I recommend not getting a mix, because the ice cream is very, very frozen, and you are making a staff nervous, and possibly singing, 2 bars avalabile, one near the reception...

Clean and cheap, people at reception is nice, so is the bar staff and room cleaning lady, food is acording to price but it could be a lot better without changing any ingredients just try to make it better, one day soup was acceptable and the other was from leftovers with water, not even the effort to season it, not salt or pepper, staff at the restaurant seem to be working as a punishment not even...

Thankfully the Bay area beach was a bleasing, waters with no waves, warm and generally acceptable prices for good drinks which saved the entire holiday

Very good service, the food was limited, but I liked it. The hotel is near a Lidl, if you need something, 8 minutes to the public beach, near Astor Garden Hotel

The apartment is nice and big but its not 2 rooms its one room with a separation in the middle, but no door and you hear everything. Everybody can come to the hotel and the door has a simple weak lock

The worst thing is the buffett in the morning, its boring and offers not much. No fruits, no fresh bread, no good ham and has a lot of strange stuff. The eggs are eateable and the coffee is fine

The stuff is mostly not very friendly. The breakfeast is the most a disapointing Issue akd the reason we would not book it again

I was expecting much more when i booked it, the room was very tidy, but the air conditioner was not working properly and during the night was extremely cold without extra blankets prepared in the room according to the winter weather,the other thing is that the shower cabin was without a door, and the sink was in the room next to the beds and it was not comfortable when one of the guests is still sleeping...

It is served in a coffeehouse nearby, which is not clean, not tasty and the food is not tasty ( and not a la carte as mentioned in the hotel site). Otherwise the rate i would give was higher

Good for 1-2 nights but i can't see myself staying for longer period. The rooms are not very big and almost without any furniture. The bathroom is small and with a curtain not a door.

The building is not so new and fancy, but the rooms are big, there is a balcon in each room, the staff is nice, the food is so-so, but is good to eat. Wi-fi is not good, and the hottel is not in first line

But the bartender brews the most disgusting coffee in the whole of Bulgaria. As if it was boiled and placed once cooked. And there is this wonderful Cup,you can never have too much 3 Lev 50 of statins

I ordered apartment and the first night with ants , stuffy single room with two children, still we were not able to ruin the whole vacation - termalniy pool, Park, porch in the shade , a magnificent sandy beach left a great impression

A lovely and thoughtful touch are the double drapes, the outer drape made of some sort of plastic like material which doesn’t let the heat through, and the inner drape made of some sort of silk-like material which keeps everything cool

This hotel is so underrated on booking and on google, and I don’t really understand why. I was terrified of going with my toddler, because of these reviews, and they are totally unfounded

The garden is just exquisite! The restaurant outside is really pleasant and even though the base is old it is quite clean and pleasant.

The bathroom - was pristine, and I am really particular about bathrooms in hotels. Parking space - There are more than enough parking spaces on the premises

We ended up driving downtown anyway to the promenade beach which is way smoother to enter the water, and the sand is smoother as well, also less waves than in other parts at the same moment in time, probably because it’s the most protected (by the two piers to the left and right)

Half-board - I don’t necessarily recommend, for one because “buffet” means you can’t pick your own piece of food but instead get served whatever the servers want (who don’t speak a word of English or any other language), and secondly because it’s not varied, or very little so, some mornings the omelette was raw, with raw yolk flowing freely all around, the menemen they had one morning had completely...

Really nice resturant with good quality Bulgarian cuisine, pleasant staff. Well worth a visit for a family meal.

Rooms can definitely be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. That aside, the hotel is cosy, the staff is nice and the view is very nice. Food in the restaurant is not a one to be recommended

We visited the restaurant for a wedding and the food was delicious, the staff was very nice, the hall itself needs some maintenance. I can't comment on the hotel part of the complex though.

Room didn't have a hairdryer, even though it is a hotel right next to the sea and even has a pool. Loud music at night from near-by places. A long walk from the center, you need a car or taxis

It's a very clean, well kept hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with our booking but it was sorted in an hour and we were given our rooms

Due to the weather we couldnt use the pool facilites. Overall, a very good location with a stunning view
