Modern, clean hotel. Great service. Great location! Definitely worth visiting.

The apartment is nice and big but its not 2 rooms its one room with a separation in the middle, but no door and you hear everything. Everybody can come to the hotel and the door has a simple weak lock

The worst thing is the buffett in the morning, its boring and offers not much. No fruits, no fresh bread, no good ham and has a lot of strange stuff. The eggs are eateable and the coffee is fine

The stuff is mostly not very friendly. The breakfeast is the most a disapointing Issue akd the reason we would not book it again

It is served in a coffeehouse nearby, which is not clean, not tasty and the food is not tasty ( and not a la carte as mentioned in the hotel site). Otherwise the rate i would give was higher

Good for 1-2 nights but i can't see myself staying for longer period. The rooms are not very big and almost without any furniture. The bathroom is small and with a curtain not a door.

Large, modern and clean hotel with an impressive entrance, pool and gardens. Well located to the beach, with many nice restaurants and bars nearby with a lovely sea view and pier

Plenty of choices at breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. Taking one star away for the pool restaurant. We had lunch there one day, and I was served undercooked chicken

The soft drinks were not quite to my taste, but they were okay. I had no trouble finding a parking spot. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very big, and the mattress was much better than at many other hotels

I've been here twice, and each time the service was impeccable. The hotel and the rooms were clean. There were plenty of spots available at the pool and for dining. The food was diverse and good

This is our second summer in a row with two babies. Pros - Great location, modern nice hotel with amenities, friendly staff, the breakfast is a great deal, free access to Aquahotel, etc

Cons - Friday and Saturday can be quite noisy from parties outside or wedding in the hotel, rooms are getting a little big aged, etc

The best hotel experience in my life! Highly recommend this place. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite, the restaurant had a big variety of food for everyone and the hotel’s spa was very clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm atmosphere and an extremely friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch

Another aspect that impressed us was the food. The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious dishes, but I would have liked to see more taste in the desserts

We tried the Asian and Italian restaurant, the food was delicious! The greenery, the shade of the pine trees is divine, we really managed to relax

Our apartment was big mess every time we are going out ,but every time we are back the apartment was like brand new !!! We never see the cleaning lady but special thanks,much appreciated!!! One thing was really strange and made us feel uncomfortable is that our apartment was at the little building next to reception and when you’re going though the hall the first to rooms are always open … like always...

On the other hand, the only aspect that left us slightly disappointed was the lack of entertainment. During our stay, there were no organized entertainment activities, which would have been a great addition

We loved the hotel, we were in the family splendid, very nice room, good location, great price, surprised by the food, the restaurant of the hotel and breakfast are very nice

There is pool and spa, everything well maintained and clean. And the price was also very good and breakfast included. Definitely we will visit the place again

Fantastic hotel, it really does live up to its name. The staff are polite and multi-lingual, rooms are cleaned daily, the food is amazing, but the best part is the internal pool, which is filled with mineral water

The rooms need renovation, at least the one that we were. But most of all I want to give my complaints to the staff

They are wonderful, make you feel good, always ready to help, always ready to listen and always very friendly. The restaurant is very good, nothing too extravagant but always delicious and enough

Our favourite place and 2nd visit we returned to this place. We love it everything is spacious, we hired bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, it has a lift and it's convenient, nearby free parking also available

Also housekeeping ladies are cute. The restaurant was clean and the food was out of this world. Traditional Bulgarian style food. The staff at the restaurant was polite

I spend an amazing week full of happy emotions and alot of fun. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The restaurant had a lot of food options and it was very delicious

The staff was very good but the bartenders were the best especially the handsome lad with the tattoos was very professional and helpful and was always there to help if you need something, we instantly became friends with him

There’s also a parrot named Lucky, very friendly and quiet. The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Overall, one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Definitely returning next year! Love you, Detelina Hotel❤️🍀

We stayed here for 1 week and we had the time of our lives. Firstly, we were greeted by a short cute girl at reception. She was very polite and helpful. The rooms were luxurious, clean and comfortable

The waiters and waitresses are young, energetic and beautiful. The boys at the bar were very nice and friendly. We drank a lot of cocktails and beer. The pool is big and there’s a cool lifeguard

The restaurant and the food was very good and big variety and with the all inclusive option you have soft drinks and very good coffee all time in the lobby bar

The TV inside the hotel lobby was kinda broken, but we were able to see the football matches anyway. Good food, delicious sweet corner. The waiters ask everyone to wear mask and gloves in the restaurant

Stayed here for a week's holiday with my husband although not full inclusive. Hotel was lovely with a private beach. Rooms very clean & a good selection of food. We will definitely consider going back

The hotel in general needs some renovation: the restaurant was leaking on raindy days, the building, around the swimming pool there are tiles coming off. However, the staff made our stay memorable

Some things could be improved but honestly it doesn't matter with the experience I had. The building/area also had an interesting history that I learned about through another visitor who has come here many times

Great atmosphere, cool spa area, perfect exterior pool with thermal water, the food is way better than this time last year. Some details in the rooms should be improved, but overall we are happy with the place

Near market, good restaurants and attractions

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach

The hotel is cozy. Staffis friendly here and local food is really delicious. There is a large swimming pool. It takes five minutes to go down to the seaside.

The clinic has helped many including my wife,( reduced 25 kg and kept it afterwards)very good choice for a new health conscious health start

Highly recommended for quality dinner or lunch. The apartments offer unforgettable stay. Located on the beach overlooking the sea. The staff is well trained and polite. Meals are tastefully selected.

I really don’t recommend food, I had an awful experience. I ordered chicken with gorgonzola, mashed potatoes, and an orange Cappy juice. I received chicken with nothing, some awful french fries and a peach Cappy

The entire place looks amazing, the view from there is beautiful. You must visit this place if you arrive in Varna, or near Varna, but just to take some photos, nothing more

The building is not so new and fancy, but the rooms are big, there is a balcon in each room, the staff is nice, the food is so-so, but is good to eat. Wi-fi is not good, and the hottel is not in first line

Nice hotel in Konstantin Elena resort, quiet at nights, some animation day time, beautiful swimming pool, friendly staff in reception, simple tasty food in restaurant.

Nice hotel, perfect location, but the restaurant is poor - both hygiene and food. Covid measures do not exist - no masks in closed spaces, no masks on staff members.

Guys this is the best hotel i've ever been ! The pool is amazing the personnel is amazing and especially the front office manager i think his name was Filip. I want to go back there very soon again !!

The road to the hotel and the short walk to the beach is a bit adventurous but the hotel itself is very clean, well maintained and the staff is very helpful. There was enough parking available

I didn't stayed at this hotel, only used the SPA. 3 pools with the thermal water, 1 big+ 2 small. You can order he food (which is nice,fresh, reasonable price) & drinks from the restaurant

Sirius got many controversial reviews. I liked it very much. Excellent room facing the sea. Friendly staff. Good fish in the ship restaurant. But, was there during wintertime.

The feeling to be in the warm mineral water and to breathe fresh air is great in winter! There is a beautiful SPA centre with saunas. The restaurant is comfortable. Rooms are big with many facilities

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach

Otherwise the hotel has a great outdoor pool where you can swim and play with your children. Also, there is a hot mineral water indoors pool

I was on vacation in mid-August. The administrators and staff tried to show attention and fulfill all requests and wishes

Quiet hotel, with friendly personnel. Good food for breakfast, free air conditioning and really clean bathroom. Parking is a little small but usually accommodates all the guests cars.

Good value for the money, good breakfast, nice staff, but some aspects of cleaninglines should be done better. There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

Furniture is not bad, but podstavka. And the cherry on the cake - a wedding in August in the restaurant. Directly under the Windows on Fridays and Saturdays. When a small child - this option is not the best neighborhood

Restaurant did not work for outside guests in the winter,we were offered sandwiches- not a 4 star at all:) We had a day pass for the indoor pool , steam bath and the spa capsule

Clean, new steam bath, that day there were some problems in the showers next to the steam room, we showered next to the pool

It's nice, there are 2 bars, one in the restaurant and one by the pool. The rooms aren't too bad and the food is acceptable. If you go with all inclusive you can have many drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic for no money

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Nithing to object, and also the swimming pool is very nice, for kids also with different depths. What i didn't liked was the food. The hosts and tge staff very friendly

Nice hotel in quite place, not like hotels in center of Golden Sands. To the beach is it about 5 min. To center of Golden Sands about 20 min

Cosy hotel, relatively close to the sea. The only things we found missing were decent TV and faster WiFi.
