​A hotel that didn't impress me. A few years ago, I had a better experience at the Melia in Sunny Beach. If I hadn't chosen the "Level" option, I think I would have left extremely disappointed. Nice place, right next to the center of town. The hotel is big, with many facilities and a good balance between money spend ans services available. I do recommend it (keep in mind that it is not a 5 stars hotel overall)

The hotel is located right by the beach in a very calm area

5 stars hotel located in gilder sands outdid Varna. Good if you have a car or take taxi. Main attractions are the ****** if you like it and good breakfast and dinner. The beach in this season is deserted and everything is closed. They have nice indoor swimming pool and a gym. Air on go only as low as 24 degrees. I was upgraded to vip floor with a nice room

The hotel is generally not bad, but for this price, it does not meet my expectations. The room we were accommodated in did not meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The prices at the pool bar are very high, and the breakfast is the same every day.

In overall nice hotel, but had unpleasunt expirience with reception that quite ruined overall impression - asked about option for late checkout, was told it is possible, went to exchance to local currency to pay for late checkout, when returned to pay was told it is impossible when guy at reception blamed me in a lie about previous late checkout approval and didn't appologize for it even after confirming...

The hotel is nice. It has a spa and massage centre. The room was big and modern and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel has a casino on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are big and it offers you all what you need. The food was tasty and vary.

A lot of tourists from Germany. They are very noisy. Not yet the season. You can imagine what will happen in June...

The room are clean and are more than ok ! The animation staff are really friendly and make good job, but the barkeepers are really unfriendly, never see such unfriendly people ! The hotel met our requirements, every drink in the bar was included in our ultra all inclusive price (even imported drinks), the staff was friendly (most of the time), rooms were cleaned every day etc. The foods' quality didn't meet our standards. This must be because of our family's eating habits as others had good opinions about the food. I would recommend Hotel Atlas for everyone.

You have to get lucky with the rooms, some have good ac, some are just bad. The workers are okay, depends on who you get, the cleaner in the main area is just not good with people and tells and the managers do nothing about it. Fantastic for the kids (sides, pools, animation / kids club, trampolines etc), great beach nearby. However service, cleanliness of the property, food/service was okay. We would not return due to how crowded everything was - difficult to walk through Pool lounges, dinning areas, reception etc. Felt like sardines crammed into a small space most of the time.

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides. One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. Clean beach and water, great food, exceptional services. The parking place was far from the hotel, so make sure you take everything you need from it. The pool was very much liked by the big kids, but the one for small kids is small and deep for them. We all had fun, adults, kids, babies.

The prices in the Café are a bit overpriced, but considering the high season, it could be acceptable. The clean level is high as well. This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. The actual rate for me is 3.5 stars ! Everything is ok 👌! The food is good the rooms are ok and the staff is helpful! Don't forget that the price is the key for what you get ! We as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids for all inclusive payed very competitive price! And this hotel also provides shuttle to the beach and back every 30 minutes! Summer holiday Great family stay

On paper it has everything, however when you're actually there it feels very crowded and a bit "rough around the edges." That being said, everything was fine in terms of food/service - nothing special or above and beyond in any way. However, the entertainment for kids was great (slides, pools, playground, trampolines & animation team) - which I suppose is what matters most!

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

Bellow average hotel at Golden Sands. This resort use to be beautiful sea side place in a forest next to the beaches now just hotels next to other hotel extremely noisy and full with drunks

Weak beach bar. No snacks with drinks. Inappropriate delivery hours for towels. No electric kettle in the room.

Very satisfied, especially with the food and views. Recommend. Star down: terrace bar closes at 10 PM and you have to go to the lobby bar, which is, given the nearby sea, far less attractive place. Possible quiet time is not a legitimate excuse as all the clubs nearby blast music well after 2 AM. Massive usage of single-use plastic and paper cups.

Not a 4-star-hotel. I stayed at the hotel in 2021. Great location, spacious rooms with balconies and good wifi. Breakfast is disastrous (we were all very glad we hadn't gotten the all-inclusive package). On a rainy day we went to see the spa, which is 2 working saunas and an indoor-pool. Closing times at 19:00 hs are questionable though. That's it, I hope this helps you decide! ;)

The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible. The lifeguards cept the pool clean and the one with the tattoo’s help me and my daughter who got dizzy.

The hotel was ok for the money. The food was average. It wasn't that far from the beach. I didn't like the parking situation. They charge you 20 leva/day for what? Parking in the street? Also they tried to charge me for 6 days when I only had 5 full days. It didn't work (for them), but I had to argument a lot about it. And for hotel's management, if you're reading this... We finished our week's holiday at the Dolce Vita hotel. In my opinion, the hotel definitely deserves 4*. Large, spacious rooms, cleaned every day. The view from room 701 is fabulous. Phenomenal swimming pools, a paddling pool for children, a large swimming pool (25 m) and a water playground. There are enough sunbeds for each. The bus goes to the beach every 30 minutes and returns from the beach every...

Hotel is nice. Strange, it has rug in the hallway, but floor tiles in room. Good food. Their's private beach is far away, about 15 minutes walking. The beach is awful and has no bars, or any way to buy drinks or food. Sunbeds and umbrellas awful. Not again on their's Beach.

The food was Bland. Sunny Beach was good place to relax. The people in Bulgaria are fine. Food and grocery are expensive! However, Hotel Shipka did not offer any night entertainment or excursions tours. The Shipka hotel was quiet and peaceful. I give Hotel Shipka only 3⭐.

I am staying in this hotel for the 3rd consecutive year, welcoming staff, varied and rich cuisine, parking guaranteed right in front of the hotel, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, brand new sauna, gym, piano bar. The view from the room was excellent, the indoor pool nice, flexibility and kindness of staff and good breakfast !

The hotel is very good from vacation with friends and not very good for vacation with family even tho there is kids club for the kids. There are animators at the hotel which are very kind and funny. The food is good for all inclusive and there are many dispensers to get water at any time for free. I would go here again if I have the chance.

I liked the hotel very much. There are very nice animatrs who took cre of our kids and made hats with them and drwings. The pool is very beautiful and appropriate for the kids. I would come here again next year.

My vacation in hotel Royal was very cool and cery fun because of the animators Reni and Melek who organised coo fames all the time. The pool was very big and the water wasn't cold. Me and my friends will come here next year too.

It was very good holiday here in Bulgaria. I had fun with my friends in and outside of the hotel. In the Hotel Reni and Melek helped us spend a really good holiday and when we were outside of the hotel we had fun at the beach.

I recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to have fun on their holiday . The animators Reni and Melek are making fun games for adults and for kids at the kids club . The staff is nice and always ready to help .
