4 star hotels in Saints Constantine and Helena

The hotel is very nice. The rooms need renovation, at least the one that we were. But most of all I want to give my complaints to the staff. We loved the hotel, we were in the family splendid, very nice room, good location, great price, surprised by the food, the restaurant of the hotel and breakfast are very nice. The service was sadly bad, I really don’t understand the attitude of the staff, but I guess it’s the Bulgarian vibe and not specific to this hotel.

Our favourite place and 2nd visit we returned to this place. We love it everything is spacious, we hired bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, it has a lift and it's convenient, nearby free parking also available. Great hotel! Luxury rooms, very polite and friendly staff, huge swimming pool and great location! They cleaned the room every day and provided new towels. The reception staff helped me with everything I asked for. Food was exceptional! Can’t wait to visit Romance Splendid again!

We really enjoyed this hotel, the room was big and spacious while the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many varieties but there was not much to choose from as a vegan, just some fruits and veggies. The pool is really nice, as well.

Very nice

Good place for summer vacation if you do not want to spend a lot of money. It's a part of complex named Grand Hotel Varna. It has a big territory with several pools for adults and children, a nice park with some sport equipment, a good playground for children. The only disadvantage is a small beach.

Maybe the best place for family vacation with small kids. Excellent breakfast buffet. There are many attractions for kids. Clean beach and sea.

I give it 3 stars but it worth it only 2. The hotel is ok, but food and rooms are not for 4 stars that they claim to be. Maybe 20 years ago was these 4 stars real but now aren't. For kids this place is great. But not for couples.

The hotel is cozy. Staffis friendly here and local food is really delicious. There is a large swimming pool. It takes five minutes to go down to the seaside.

The hotel hosts well known MD Emilova clinic for health ,wellness and weight loss. The clinic has helped many including my wife,( reduced 25 kg and kept it afterwards)very good choice for a new health conscious health start.

Everything is OK, but just ok, not the best. 4stars for 4-star hotel

The hotel is 300m beach away. The building is not so new and fancy, but the rooms are big, there is a balcon in each room, the staff is nice, the food is so-so, but is good to eat. Wi-fi is not good, and the hottel is not in first line. Looks like a labirunt inside and is hard to find the way to your room.

I can not say anything about the Hotel, but if you want a good massage go there! My mum has been going to Saro for about 10 years and she really recommends him. If you are looking for a good massagist go there!

Nice hotel, perfect location, but the restaurant is poor - both hygiene and food. Covid measures do not exist - no masks in closed spaces, no masks on staff members.

The kitchen is great. Rooms on the ground floor is not very good, there is dampness in the shower, found a small mold.

Overall a very good place. The road to the hotel and the short walk to the beach is a bit adventurous but the hotel itself is very clean, well maintained and the staff is very helpful. There was enough parking available. Thank you for the nice days.

The hotel is wonderful.To sea do not live close by is not very secure ladder.Or to go far for a good staircase)the Staff is attentive.The food is delicious,but boring.Dinner a few dishes to choose from selected morning.There is a Playground and a comfortable bed for children in the room.The room is spacious.Close to bus stop to Varna.

I didn't stayed at this hotel, only used the SPA. Nice SPA area. 3 pools with the thermal water, 1 big+ 2 small. Direct at the seaside. You can order he food (which is nice,fresh, reasonable price) & drinks from the restaurant. 4 h cost 17lev= approx. 8,50€.Clean. Saunas wasn't hot at all, steam sauna was closed and the salt room was on permanent"desinfection".At reception was a long queue customers...

Hotel was nice. During cleaning they even collect a child toy and put them on sleeping bad. As a problem some times fruit was not fresh. In general very good hotel and staff

The hotel was great, but the beach where it is located is not very good, full of rocks. So if you are planning to swim in the sea, you have to go to another beach. Otherwise the hotel has a great outdoor pool where you can swim and play with your children. Also, there is a hot mineral water indoors pool.

German here This year I first stayed in the hotel for about 8 days. I had a room for myself, room 501. They have two small lifts and of course a staircase. The floors are carpet in front of the rooms and inside the rooms. Food serving times are very long and tourist friendly. Great food. I very much enjoyed the location. That was my top first priority and from this point of view it was perfect. The sea view was more than perfect from the room as well as from the restaurant. Great overall experience and I strongly recommend hotel Marina for summer vacation. The rooms are with great sea view, very clean and comfortable.
