This hotel located in a new and clean complex. The service is great and very helpful. The big problem is the breakfast. It is served in a coffeehouse nearby, which is not clean, not tasty and the food is not tasty ( and not a la carte as mentioned in the hotel site). Otherwise the rate i would give was higher.

We booked a 2-room Apartment. The apartment is nice and big but its not 2 rooms its one room with a separation in the middle, but no door and you hear everything. Everybody can come to the hotel and the door has a simple weak lock. So no security at all. The view was very nice. The worst thing is the buffett in the morning, its boring and offers not much. No fruits, no fresh bread, no good ham and...

Good for 1-2 nights but i can't see myself staying for longer period. The rooms are not very big and almost without any furniture. The bathroom is small and with a curtain not a door.

It was our second stay in hotel Detelina 10.-17.8. Everything is fantastic there. Staff- everybody very kind , helpful and always with smile. The hotel is amazing for its price range, the staff is very friendly, the food is also pretty good. Rooms are also well maintained and cleaned daily on request. The beach is not the best, but close by you have multiple very nice beaches on a 10 minute drive. You can take 9/109/409 to the Center.

Quiet hotel, with friendly personnel. Good food for breakfast, free air conditioning and really clean bathroom. Parking is a little small but usually accommodates all the guests cars.

Good value for the money, good breakfast, nice staff, but some aspects of cleaninglines should be done better. There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.

A great place to spend vacantion.

It's nice, there are 2 bars, one in the restaurant and one by the pool. The rooms aren't too bad and the food is acceptable. If you go with all inclusive you can have many drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic for no money. As far as I'm aware it's also safe for kids.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. Nithing to object, and also the swimming pool is very nice, for kids also with different depths. What i didn't liked was the food. It can be better than that. The hosts and tge staff very friendly. Thank you.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in quite place, not like hotels in center of Golden Sands. To the beach is it about 5 min. slow walking. To center of Golden Sands about 20 min. Hotel has their exchange, clean rooms with air condition, good food, swimming pool. I enjoeyed it!

Cosy hotel, relatively close to the sea. The only things we found missing were decent TV and faster WiFi.

Great place and amazing atmosphere! The room is very clean and neat, also with Google maps the place is very easy to find and overall it is a great place to visit and stay! I highly recommend it - also the staff is super nice, welcoming and kind.

Everything was like it's supposed to be, very clean, breakfast was great and people are very nice. They took great care of my parents when they went on their holiday.

Location of the hotel is on a hill, so you have to make some sport to get up to it. If you stay less than 2 days is OK, otherwise i not recommend it. Repetitive breakfast. Friendly staff. The hotel is 5km Away from the golden Sands!! The closest beach is 20 minutes away, with very very clear water but pretty bad sand and surounding is dirty. The gym area is a joke.

Beautiful location but the access is difficult, a bit challenging stairs. The room was clean but there was a bad smell in the bathroom, AC most of the time didn't work. There is a language barrier with the owners, you can't make a conversation. The food in the restaurant was a bit expensive for what they offer.

Super cozy and friendly place. Like a piece of paradise, a more bohemian and nature infused break from all of the big hotels. Very nice beach (no lifeguards and a lot of beautiful fishes) and tasty cocktails. The rooms are very cute with awesome sea view and balconies. Charming experience 🩵 Also has a natural hot source at the beach nearby.

The location is perfect, it's hard to get there but worth the effort. Unfortunatly you can only park your car at the street above the property and walk with your luggage down the steps, but it is surddenly worth it ! Perfect view on the see from the balcony in 5th floor. I liked the Bulgarian salad and beer in the restaurant. The rest of the food is rather not interesting. Warning, it is quite far from beach and the hotel equipment is rather poor.

The room that I stayed was big and comfortable(specially the beds).The hotel staff was awesome they help me with all my questions and requests.The food was varied and delicious.Area around the swimming pool was perfect because of the all inclusive bar and the nature which is surrounding it.I recommend this hotel because of the relaxing mood.Next year I will come again!!!

Rooms are nice, staff is friendly. I didn't liked that if you don't have all inclusive, prices for food and beverages are pretty high, so if you don't plan on getting an all inclusive stay, I recommend you eat at other restaurants, Casa Ole for example, which is pretty close to the hotel and has very good food at a very good price. :)

Nice family hotel. It should be borne in mind that it is far from the beaches and high above sea level. It is highly desirable to have a car. Well, or you have to, like us, ride a taxi.

The hotel is a little up the hill, but the view is worth the trouble. We had a large, lovely, clean room with a big balcony with amazing view to the sea. The personal was very helpful and kind. The beach is ten minutes away, but if you're too lazy to walk, the pool is also clean and nice. The center of the city is twenty minutes away by bus. We are beyond words content with it and will definitely go...

Cheap post communist hotel with 2 buildings two swimming pools.It's all inclusive. If you have small kids it's verry good choice because there is kids place. Your kids could play while you enjoy your drink. Hotel is 800 meters away from the beach. Rooms are small exept those in villa where u could get a an appartment. Hotel have a parking which is included in price.

Looks like a nice hotel but I only used the mineral water pool and jacuzzi for my body pains. It was wonderful and relaxing. Went many times just for that.

Our 1st visit here & its outstanding.. Service was fantastic, food also fantastic so would recommend highly. We had an issue with our bill as booked through Rezzo & got a 30% discount but our bill came out without the discount.. the staff did sort this out for us with very little problems. We will go back as a great restaurant.

This hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. My only disappointment is that the pool is not open yet.

The only compromised thing is location. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely 3-star one. Also, no food served inside. Outside, the options are not for gourmets. During my stay the hotel turned out to be very quite, on the upside.

The garden is just exquisite! The restaurant outside is really pleasant and even though the base is old it is quite clean and pleasant.

The hotel was 5 minutes to sea. You have to walk over the road to go by beach. I liked everything about the hotel except the hygiene. The first day i couldnt sleep because of the smell . The staff especially the day manager were so friendly and professional, which made our family holiday unforgettable. The location is 10 mins far away from the beach or the center. The rooms are outdated, but clean and comfortable with a nice balcony and air-conditioning. The prices are very good.

We were on a holiday in hotel Yo three years ago in 2018. After the new owners are in place the hotel looks a lot better. Friendly staff, clean, close to the beach, fresh food and new menu, quiet and cosy. The hotel has been renovated as well. The place around the pool is perfect for resting if you do not wan to go to the beach.
