Hotel Koral - Free Parking

We stayed here for 2 weeks. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. We were given a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. However, this hotel has visible mould issues, and we occasionally noticed an unpleasant mould stench in our room. Room service was excellent; towels and bed sheets were changed on a regular basis, and the ladies cleaned properly, unlike in other Bulgarian hotels. The food at the restaurant was simply amazing. The dishes were simple but very tasty. They also baked their own cakes and biscuits. Every time there were fruits and varied salads. Ice cream served in the afternoon was also of high quality. The ladies working in the restaurant did an outstanding job with a smile. During our stay, the hotel accommodated a large group of kids (3 buses). As you can imagine, this situation took away our relaxation time. On top of that, they organise birthday parties for people outside the hotel, and kids from the neighbouring lyceum use the hotel’s pool on specific days as well. The pool had set opening hours, but no one was enforcing them. So late at night (after 10 p.m.), there were shouting kids and visitors enjoying themselves swimming in the pool. Because of the above mentioned, I can’t really say that every day I would relax the way I had been expecting while booking this hotel.

Good place for holiday, might be a bit expensive and just one plug socket did not work in my room but TV works, fridge, pool and self serving restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool is not to big but nice for children to practice swimming short distances. Clean water and good hygiene with a nice balcony on some rooms. Bedroom and small bathroom are the rooms there. Very nice place but a little expensive.

I have just returned from the KORAL hotel in Saint Constantine and Saint Helena. I chose this hotel because of the very attractive price (the cheapest with HB) and I was not disappointed. I was there at the beginning of June 2023 and I was afraid that the water in the pool and sea would be cold. The water was great, about 20-23 degrees. The pool is cleaned every morning, large, pleasant to swim in. The water temperature is perfect for cooling down. I thought the food was ok, maybe there wasn't much choice, but what was served was tasty and you could eat it all (not like in Turkey or Egypt where it looks nice but is not suitable for eating and then people they put aside full plates of what they have put on their plates). Generally, the hotel is located in a very quiet part of St. Constantine, the average age of hotel guests is approximately 50 years, with a predominance of Poles and Russian-speaking nations. 150 meters from the Lidl hotel, (prices very close to Polish prices). There is a bus stop next to Lidl and you can go to VARNA. Bus 31A, the ticket costs 2 leva - the ticket machine is on the bus (it's worth saving some money), you can also take bus 409, but you have to walk a short distance to the main road to get to the stop. Bus 409 is operated by a different company and takes a different route, and in these buses tickets are sold by the conductor, the price is also 2 leva. The rooms are cleaned every day, there is a fridge in the room. A hotel for people who want to relax, read a book by the pool, etc. The free beach is about 500 meters away. The beach is very pleasant. In general, the trip was very successful, but you have to be careful in VARNA because they try to trick you into "attractive" shopping, currency exchange, they want to buy in Polish zlotys, etc. Don't agree to anything like that.

I was there for an Erasmus+ project! I gotta say, for a free 8-day vacation with lectures, the hotel is brilliant. Food was warm, rooms were cleaned by the staff everyday. Although most of the employees don't really speak English, they were all ready to assist and had their smiles on. The conference hall is enormous and we had a ton of fun there. I'm looking forward to my next Erasmus+ project.

The hotel is OK even at such a low price. The rooms were clean, apart from the windows and curtains. Unfortunately, during the stay, apart from changing towels on request and taking out the garbage, the room was not vacuumed or swept in the bathroom. Hair dryers with very good power for hotels. The food is very tasty and different every day. The water in the pool is clean and constantly filtered. The sea is not as far away as it seems. Unfortunately, during our stay, the outdoor bar was closed and there were very few sun loungers by the pool. Very nice service at the reception and the gentleman in the hall - I don't even know what his function was, but he was very nice. A big advantage is the proximity to Lidl, where you could buy drinks.

Nice hotel with good quality of service for affordable price. Quiet location with plenty of trees and roses on the territory and around. Don't miss the opportunity to visit hotel's massager Saro - he's great professional with decades of experience. Constantine and Helena overall and Koral hotel in particular is far from loud and noisy clubs and discos. Hotel has open pool on the territory, where we enjoyed swimming with roses' petals on the water. Koral hotel is also pet-friendly.
