The hotel is very nice. The rooms need renovation, at least the one that we were. But most of all I want to give my complaints to the staff. They are wonderful, make you feel good, always ready to help, always ready to listen and always very friendly. The restaurant is very good, nothing too extravagant but always delicious and enough. There is pool and spa, everything well maintained and clean. And the price was also very good and breakfast included. Definitely we will visit the place again.

We loved the hotel, we were in the family splendid, very nice room, good location, great price, surprised by the food, the restaurant of the hotel and breakfast are very nice.
The service was sadly bad, I really don’t understand the attitude of the staff, but I guess it’s the Bulgarian vibe and not specific to this hotel.

Our favourite place and 2nd visit we returned to this place. We love it everything is spacious, we hired bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, it has a lift and it's convenient, nearby free parking also available. Place has a swimming pool, you can stay in the hotel or in apartment you can also order food at the restaurant. Also there is a supermarket 2 min walk. Everything is on your doorstep.
To get to the beach ⛱️ takes 5min walk.
We really enjoyed it.

Great hotel! Luxury rooms, very polite and friendly staff, huge swimming pool and great location! They cleaned the room every day and provided new towels. The reception staff helped me with everything I asked for. Food was exceptional! Can’t wait to visit Romance Splendid again!

We really enjoyed this hotel, the room was big and spacious while the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many varieties but there was not much to choose from as a vegan, just some fruits and veggies. The pool is really nice, as well.

Yes, it is a very nice family place to stay. Very clean, good breakfast. Pool, children playground, children pool. very quiet. For a family it is perfect!

Fantastic hotel, it really does live up to its name. The staff are polite and multi-lingual, rooms are cleaned daily, the food is amazing, but the best part is the internal pool, which is filled with mineral water. The hotel is not too expensive, so I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
