BSA Holiday Park Hotel - All Inclusive

The hotel is the best option ever! It has it's own parking space for cheap per day, (15BGN). The receptionist is super friendly. Not to mention the rooms. They are spotless. The best rooms ever. As for the barman's the pool one is the greatest one to exist! Extremely friendly and catches on super fast about your liking. He may be a bit old, but he is fast and gently with the drinks! The lobby bar was very good, 2 people working at the same time, that's some efficiency. The meals are served like the Swedish Buffet. Self serve. The food is great! It has multiple choices and even better has a diversity of salads. It also has different types of bread which is good for a specific type of people that like other type of bread. The dessert is amazing. Has a diversity of desserts thru the week. The best thing its that it varies from day to day. The pool is also a great service to use. It's so clean and it has a thermal control. One of the best services at the hotel is the recreation team. The 3 girls that work there are super friendly to the kids. One of the girls can speak more than 2 languages and which is super useful when it comes to children interaction. The activities were so cool. The recreation team really works hard on entertaining the guests and from my opinion they deserve to be well respected and seen by a lot of people. As to finish this review, i would like to personally thank the staff and the recreation team for their effort! Kind regards from Kevin and hope we will see again soon!

The hotel is beautiful and the animators are really nice. Games were very fun. The food was delicious.

The staff at the reception is very kind. I arrived earlier than expected and they let me in without extra charges as soon as my room was ready. The room is very clean. The beds are good and comfortable. I had a room with a sea view. As the hotel is not directly on the sea, the view was a little disappointing. The buffet is good. The food could be a bit warmer. The hotel has an entertainment program for children, which contains the same music everyday (it was a bit annoying).
The hotel is not luxury like other 4-star hotels. I would say it is a 3-star hotel, but not more.
There is a parking space, which is paid (15 lev a day).
The hotel has a private beach (15min walk). I would recommend adding it to the booking. Tip: bring your drinks/snacks with you as the private beach is not really serviced.

I enjoyed my stay. The price is very good for the quality. Families, with young children, would enjoy the stay.

We had a great time. Far too much food and drink. The hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. The staff (very unusually for Bulgaria I am afraid) were friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor pool and good situation within walking distance of town and beach. Could not give 5stars only because it lacked the glamour and gymn/spa facilities of a top hotel. No other reason.

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, quiet, peaceful location, not far from the beach, with clean pool, comfortable rooms and delicious food at the restaurant. Perfect place for families with children - kid's area and fun with the animation team.
