There was no breakfast.We asked if we could pay for one, separately from the price we paid for the accommodation, but we were told it was not possible. Because we didn't have a car, we found the trek from the pool a bit long, didn't expect that...

Great, luxury guesthouse in the Rila mountain, very good for families with kids, for celebrations and birthdays. Warm, clean and cozy.

We had reserved two rooms, the first was not that bad, but the roof room was with old furniture. It's not bad for the price you pay also the bathrooms are new so that's good. The lady who is in charge of the place or owner I don't know is nice but with the typical Bulgarian manners. Maybe she was lied before and that's why she is protective. Overall the place is somehow nice

The toilet had a weird smell to it... It was clean but something smelled very bad..

Maria is wonderfully, helpfull. The place is spotless clean. All facilities, air condition, fridge, kitchen. Shops are downstairs.

Comfortable studio with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is European style. The place is clean and feels fresh. In the morning there is a lot of activity outside because of the bus stop, pharmacy, butcher. Bed is comfortable, ac available.

When I arrived for breakfast on a Sunday morning, a large number of people were already there. The homemade cuisine tastes great. Valeria, though, truly won me over and captured my heart. Despite her demanding tasks and responsibilities during the rush hour, she remains very polite, manages to smile and be a cheerful person. She is a lovely lady.

Really good guest house - nice, cosy and on a walking distance to the city center and the spa center with mineral watter. The hosts are nice and friendly and would help with guidance and questions about the region - really warm and nice people. The house is clean, cosy and well decorated with beautiful views towards the mountine from the balcony. There is also a kitchen box with all needed appliances

We had a lovely weekend at Medi Guest house! The owner is so friendly and nice! We’ve loved our room. It was from wooden walls. Very clean, comfortable and cozy! You have your private bathroom which we thought will be small but when we saw it it was big! There is a good WiFi, a Tv with different foreign channels. Also towels are provided. You can cook and eat in the “share room”, which is like a mini...

Great guesthouse. We slept amazingly. It was quiet comfy bed. The bathroom had no fan or place to hold the shower head and the sink was REALLY small (had to do many loads of laundry). The location is quite far out of town but if you are here you probably have a car. On the plus they have drying racks in the backyard and a backyard to relax in. We would for sure stay again. Great place.

Very pleasant environment, comfortable beds and rooms, kind hosts. The house has a terrace with tables, a kitchen and a tavern where you can prepare food. It is close to everything.

Pleasant environment, there is a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a barbecue that you can use, there is a trampoline and a hammock for the children. And last but not least, a very good landlady.

Cozy and quiet guest house, appropriate for small groups of 20 people. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the toilets in the bedrooms are too small.

Fantastic owners, great relaxing accommodation

This is the 2nd time we are here, there will definitely be a 3rd and 4th. Clean, cozy, has everything, the terraces are great. The hostess/owner is a very nice and pleasant woman. Everything is great.

It was a beautiful flat and the scenery was lovely! I liked the interior design of the flat and the balcony gave a peaceful view of the mountains.

We stayed 2 nights - the people that run it are super nice, friendly, happy to chat and have clearly put a lot of effort into making this a good place to stay. The accomodation itself is lovely - really clean and spacious, overall a great apartment with all modern facilities. There is also a great garden, full of flowers and fruit trees with places to sit quietly and relax. Situated down a quiet lane...

Great place to spend family and friends' vacation. The house is well-equipped with all necessary things for comfortable stay. The garden is just beautiful! Trees, flowers, green grass, pool and shadows to fully enjoy the free time. To complete the great garden, there is a barbecue corner with big table! Full music equipment is available and ready to accompany your dinner Veneta and Simona are wonderful...

Nice guest house, pleasant, stylish, clean. the yard in flowers, maintained and pleasant, you can sit outside, there is a table with chairs and a swing. The owner is kind, responsive, always ready to help.

Awesome place to rest in Sapareva Banya, the house is very well maintained, with vintage style - clean, cosy and stylish. Also have a nice view to Rila mountain, not far from center and Kotvata pool complex. You could park free in front of the house. The breakfast was also fantastic - we stayed two days for the first we have a homemade banitsa, for the second homemade mekitsi !!!

Cozy and clean place. Everything is very well designed and organized. Some of the rooms have quite small bathroom, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast that you get there is like onetime. We'll definitely go there again.

Everything was very clean and neat, the homemade croissants were delicious! There are some common areas as well including a garden with lounge chairs
