Excellent location, perfect condition of the rooms, restaurant and spa center as well as common parts of the building. Private parking across the street that allows parking at any time

the staff was extremely nice and friendly everywhere in the hotel. We even booked our next stay there. Price is very reasonable considering the high level of services

The only remark I have to the hotel management is if they can assure a bartender at the lobby bar after 11PM. it's very nice hotel for couples as well for families with children

Excellent hotel: comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, good SPA with thermal water and pool, friendly and professional staff. It was a pleasure to spend the day here. I recommend it to everyone.

The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

And if the issue is not within their area of competence, they contact the manager on their own initiative and still resolve the issue! Note, they do not just say: "No" - as they could, they really want to serve you and help! The only thing that was a little upsetting: the staff is clearly forced to wear masks and gloves

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest

Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

There is only one dowhill is the restaurant the 1st year was awesome all product was fresh 2nd and 3rd the used a lot of caned food and taste is terrible considering the price. overall is very nice place without the food

The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok

Very nice place with wonderful people! There is mineral water pool inside with temperature 38, outside there is two jacuzzi with the same temperature. Nice food and very colorful rooms

Also, note that this hotel has two distinct buildings and one of them if a bit ways from the other which as the pool next to it

So if you get assigned to the far away building, you might have to walk a little bit if you want to go to the pool

When I was here everything was excellent! Recommended for family with children

A bit expensive for what it is, I am not sure we even got the room we initially booked as it was supposed to be an "apartment", but we got a small studio room. We stayed for a night so wasn't too much of a hassle

The stuff are very friendly, but from the hotel itself there are a lot of things to be desired. Breackfast not that impressive. The room that we were in was nothing special. Overall experience is average.

This place was expensive for what you get the mineral pool is tiny. The sauna and steam room you cant get into. breakfast isn't the greatest but they did have a toaster

We visited the hotel for the second time as a family and both last time and now everything is on level. We will visit him again.

Comfortable studio with a well equipped kitchen. The place is clean and feels fresh. In the morning there is a lot of activity outside because of the bus stop, pharmacy, butcher. Bed is comfortable, ac available

Maria is wonderfully, helpfull. The place is spotless clean. All facilities, air condition, fridge, kitchen. Shops are downstairs.

Great, clean, comfortable, with a shared tavern and everything you need are the perfect stay. The pool is very clean and the staff is friendly. If there were more than 5 stars I would give the maximum.

Unique place, clean, tidy, the pool has hot water, the rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, everything is as it should be. And the staff is nice and kind! I definitely recommend the place

Villa Vlahov is the place you must visit if you want peace, quiet and very good service !!! The warm welcome and the attitude towards each guest will make you visit the villa more than once !!! The cleanliness, the cozy and spacious rooms are also part of the pleasant atmosphere !!!

I had an unforgettable vacation!

Perfect place for resting, spending some quality time with your loved once and last but not least- a wonderful view of the mountain! The house has all the facilities needed for great vacation - hot water pool, a sauna, summer kitchen and really cosy rooms for at least 15 people

The staff are really nice and understanding people always ready to help. The property is bigger than how it appears on the pictures. The outside jacuzzi is very warm all the time.

Awesome place to rest in Sapareva Banya, the house is very well maintained, with vintage style - clean, cosy and stylish. Also have a nice view to Rila mountain, not far from center and Kotvata pool complex

Everything is very well designed and organized. Some of the rooms have quite small bathroom, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast that you get there is like onetime. We'll definitely go there again

You could park free in front of the house. The breakfast was also fantastic - we stayed two days for the first we have a homemade banitsa, for the second homemade mekitsi !!!

Everything was very clean and neat, the homemade croissants were delicious! There are some common areas as well including a garden with lounge chairs

The houses were really clean and everything was setup in a professional manner. The place is quiet and has a great view of the mountain.

Pleasant environment, there is a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a barbecue that you can use, there is a trampoline and a hammock for the children

Very pleasant environment, comfortable beds and rooms, kind hosts. The house has a terrace with tables, a kitchen and a tavern where you can prepare food. It is close to everything.

Cozy and quiet guest house, appropriate for small groups of 20 people. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the toilets in the bedrooms are too small.

Very cute house with 5 rooms(and she said that in the future there will be 3 more rooms :) ) The place is really close to the most visited place in Sapareva banya- Aqua Club Kotvata- mineral bath with few different pools with different temperatures, also sauna and jacuzzi

Very clean, comfortable and cozy! You have your private bathroom which we thought will be small but when we saw it it was big! There is a good WiFi, a Tv with different foreign channels

You can cook and eat in the “share room”, which is like a mini summer kitchen in the garden with tables. There is a refrigerator if you need it

The bathroom had no fan or place to hold the shower head and the sink was REALLY small (had to do many loads of laundry). The location is quite far out of town but if you are here you probably have a car

The lady who is in charge of the place or owner I don't know is nice but with the typical Bulgarian manners. Maybe she was lied before and that's why she is protective. Overall the place is somehow nice

We had reserved two rooms, the first was not that bad, but the roof room was with old furniture. It's not bad for the price you pay also the bathrooms are new so that's good

We asked if we could pay for one, separately from the price we paid for the accommodation, but we were told it was not possible

To complete the great garden, there is a barbecue corner with big table! Full music equipment is available and ready to accompany your dinner Veneta and Simona are wonderful ladies who made sure we have absolutely everything to feel not just good but awesome! Before you think you need something, they already bring it to you! Highly recommended place

The accomodation itself is lovely - really clean and spacious, overall a great apartment with all modern facilities. There is also a great garden, full of flowers and fruit trees with places to sit quietly and relax

The town itself is fairly small, but there are plenty of good places to eat and just spend time relaxing and taking in the atmosphere

Nice guest house, pleasant, stylish, clean. the yard in flowers, maintained and pleasant, you can sit outside, there is a table with chairs and a swing. The owner is kind, responsive, always ready to help.

The food and the staff were at a very good level. The pools inside and outside were hot and almost clean, but based on the fact there were so many people I am not surprised that the maintenance is not an easy process

The pools are clean and not crowded, the hotel is clean as well, but desperately needs a renovation. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.

The outside and inside pool was not cleaned. We had the bad luck to face problem with the pool's pump and one day we hadn't warm water in the pools and also in the room's heating

Another fast reaction from the personal was after missing of a bathrope which they provided us after our claim. 3 step fixed menu starting with salad and bottle of water, then main meal and the end a dessert

The breakfast was simple, cut tomatoes, white and yellow cheese, few sorts of sausages, breath, butter, jam and fried eggs,. respectively as a coffee lover, the instant coffee from a machine was not good

Well furnitured, cozy, rooms are clean, has all you need for cooking and bbq, a big living room. Has a shop next to it. Its just 1.5h drive from sofia. Would recommend.
