Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

And if the issue is not within their area of competence, they contact the manager on their own initiative and still resolve the issue! Note, they do not just say: "No" - as they could, they really want to serve you and help! The only thing that was a little upsetting: the staff is clearly forced to wear masks and gloves

Royal hotel! Amazing! Everything is perfect here! Even in the little things! A little expensive, however, the hotel is definitely worth the money! And the breakfast is very tasty, and the lunch menu! The staff is ideal, any employee is ready to fulfill any of your whims, even the most unusual request

The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest

There is only one dowhill is the restaurant the 1st year was awesome all product was fresh 2nd and 3rd the used a lot of caned food and taste is terrible considering the price. overall is very nice place without the food

Great place with an amazing view to the mountain, wonderful yard with soft grass and a big mineral water pool. The houses are clean, very warm, well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful place, well-kept environment, big apartment/half of the house with a big terrace. Two very clean swimming pools. Very quiet place on the outskirts of the city.

The houses were really clean and everything was setup in a professional manner. The place is quiet and has a great view of the mountain.

The spa and facilities are fabulous! Gym, many pools and showers of different temperatures to accommodate all tastes and goals for recovery or leisure. Thank you to the service staff too for making our stay unforgettable

Had a room facing the pools which also faces a large valley and mountains in the distance so the view was amazing

Amazing hotel situated in the centre of Sapareva banya. You can fully enjoy mountain or swimming pool view, tranquility and spa experience with hot mineral springs

Also the indoor saunas, hot and cool pools were amazing and relaxing, and there weren’t a lot of people, as most people seem to using the outdoor pools

If you are food lover you are going to like variety of foods, mix of traditional Bulgarian food and modern European dishes. I can definitely recommend tasty desserts

Anyway the small town is good not only for relax but it is suitable for hikers. You must visit Seven Rila lakes or Rila monastery if you haven't been there

The food and the staff were at a very good level. The pools inside and outside were hot and almost clean, but based on the fact there were so many people I am not surprised that the maintenance is not an easy process

The pools are clean and not crowded, the hotel is clean as well, but desperately needs a renovation. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.

The outside and inside pool was not cleaned. We had the bad luck to face problem with the pool's pump and one day we hadn't warm water in the pools and also in the room's heating

Please, invest more money and reach the next level

Another fast reaction from the personal was after missing of a bathrope which they provided us after our claim. 3 step fixed menu starting with salad and bottle of water, then main meal and the end a dessert

Very nice place with wonderful people! There is mineral water pool inside with temperature 38, outside there is two jacuzzi with the same temperature. Nice food and very colorful rooms

Also, note that this hotel has two distinct buildings and one of them if a bit ways from the other which as the pool next to it

So if you get assigned to the far away building, you might have to walk a little bit if you want to go to the pool

Great place for weekend getaway. Inside and outside hot tubs can melt you down :).

A bit expensive for what it is, I am not sure we even got the room we initially booked as it was supposed to be an "apartment", but we got a small studio room. We stayed for a night so wasn't too much of a hassle

This place was expensive for what you get the mineral pool is tiny. The sauna and steam room you cant get into. breakfast isn't the greatest but they did have a toaster

We visited the hotel for the second time as a family and both last time and now everything is on level. We will visit him again.

We had an ok stay, nothing special. Room was a little dirty. Breakfast included in the price.

We stayed at a small guesthouse the night before for half the price it was much nicer

The lady who is in charge of the place or owner I don't know is nice but with the typical Bulgarian manners. Maybe she was lied before and that's why she is protective. Overall the place is somehow nice

We had reserved two rooms, the first was not that bad, but the roof room was with old furniture. It's not bad for the price you pay also the bathrooms are new so that's good

We asked if we could pay for one, separately from the price we paid for the accommodation, but we were told it was not possible

Comfortable studio with a well equipped kitchen. The place is clean and feels fresh. In the morning there is a lot of activity outside because of the bus stop, pharmacy, butcher. Bed is comfortable, ac available

Maria is wonderfully, helpfull. The place is spotless clean. All facilities, air condition, fridge, kitchen. Shops are downstairs.

The toilet had a weird smell to it... It was clean but something smelled very bad..

This is the 2nd time we are here, there will definitely be a 3rd and 4th. Clean, cozy, has everything, the terraces are great. The hostess/owner is a very nice and pleasant woman. Everything is great.

Pleasant environment, there is a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a barbecue that you can use, there is a trampoline and a hammock for the children

Very pleasant environment, comfortable beds and rooms, kind hosts. The house has a terrace with tables, a kitchen and a tavern where you can prepare food. It is close to everything.

Cozy and quiet guest house, appropriate for small groups of 20 people. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the toilets in the bedrooms are too small.

To complete the great garden, there is a barbecue corner with big table! Full music equipment is available and ready to accompany your dinner Veneta and Simona are wonderful ladies who made sure we have absolutely everything to feel not just good but awesome! Before you think you need something, they already bring it to you! Highly recommended place

The accomodation itself is lovely - really clean and spacious, overall a great apartment with all modern facilities. There is also a great garden, full of flowers and fruit trees with places to sit quietly and relax

The town itself is fairly small, but there are plenty of good places to eat and just spend time relaxing and taking in the atmosphere

Nice guest house, pleasant, stylish, clean. the yard in flowers, maintained and pleasant, you can sit outside, there is a table with chairs and a swing. The owner is kind, responsive, always ready to help.

Very cute house with 5 rooms(and she said that in the future there will be 3 more rooms :) ) The place is really close to the most visited place in Sapareva banya- Aqua Club Kotvata- mineral bath with few different pools with different temperatures, also sauna and jacuzzi

Very clean, comfortable and cozy! You have your private bathroom which we thought will be small but when we saw it it was big! There is a good WiFi, a Tv with different foreign channels

You can cook and eat in the “share room”, which is like a mini summer kitchen in the garden with tables. There is a refrigerator if you need it
