Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

And if the issue is not within their area of competence, they contact the manager on their own initiative and still resolve the issue! Note, they do not just say: "No" - as they could, they really want to serve you and help! The only thing that was a little upsetting: the staff is clearly forced to wear masks and gloves

Royal hotel! Amazing! Everything is perfect here! Even in the little things! A little expensive, however, the hotel is definitely worth the money! And the breakfast is very tasty, and the lunch menu! The staff is ideal, any employee is ready to fulfill any of your whims, even the most unusual request

The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest

There is only one dowhill is the restaurant the 1st year was awesome all product was fresh 2nd and 3rd the used a lot of caned food and taste is terrible considering the price. overall is very nice place without the food

The food and the staff were at a very good level. The pools inside and outside were hot and almost clean, but based on the fact there were so many people I am not surprised that the maintenance is not an easy process

The pools are clean and not crowded, the hotel is clean as well, but desperately needs a renovation. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.

The outside and inside pool was not cleaned. We had the bad luck to face problem with the pool's pump and one day we hadn't warm water in the pools and also in the room's heating

Please, invest more money and reach the next level

Another fast reaction from the personal was after missing of a bathrope which they provided us after our claim. 3 step fixed menu starting with salad and bottle of water, then main meal and the end a dessert

Great place with an amazing view to the mountain, wonderful yard with soft grass and a big mineral water pool. The houses are clean, very warm, well equipped and comfortable.

Wonderful place, well-kept environment, big apartment/half of the house with a big terrace. Two very clean swimming pools. Very quiet place on the outskirts of the city.

The houses were really clean and everything was setup in a professional manner. The place is quiet and has a great view of the mountain.

We had a half board option breakfasts very good evening meals a little repetitive but tasty and staff great. All in all and what we actually paid we had a good time here

The spa was great, bathrobes & towels were provided, & there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool & other areas to sit in addition to the various treatment rooms

The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and for us to far from town needed shuttle bus or taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean albeit a little dated. The pool and spa were very nice with plenty of options

Spa facilities were lovely but don’t rely on the lifeguard who were either v grumpy or v inattentive! Complimentary spa towels available at spa reception

Different saunas, aroma room, relax room with hot beds, jacuzzi and swimming pool all working, and complimentary tea and water available on tap

The pool was a good size, but there were a lot of loose tiles on the pool floor & a few cut toes as a result

This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Nice place for weekend getaway

Ela hotel is great. Rooms are warm and cozy. Meals are good. Hot chocolate at breakfast is devine. I am coming back here.

Overall it is a nice place for 3 stars. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, though I highly recommend to get a room with balcony, especially if you visit it during the summer

Be careful as there are no power outlets next to the bed. 5m away so charming your phone while in the bed is only possible if you bring long enough power strip in your luggage

Food is so outdated and unappealing. Pool table, tennis table, pinball machines, fitness, sauna, lobby bar, free WiFi everywhere. Ask for a room with mountain view. The alternative is street view

Spend there more than month working remotely and enjoying the slopes. Staff is amazing - very helpful and always smiling. Common areas are tidy and cosy. Rooms are pretty nice, well heated and well maintained

Very pleasant hotel! We liked the location, meals served at the restaurant were delicious and the interior decoration is fresh and modern! Rooms were just OK too!

Staff are as friendly as can but don't understand a lot of things you are trying to ask them also there English isn't great Overall it is an ok hotel

In the very center of Borovets, there are two markets with groceries

Close to the chair lift and on the other side of the telecabin about 100m. On the 2nd floor there are just rooms with a bathroom and on the upper floors there are apartments with a kitchen and balconies

Staff were really friendly and understood and spoke English. Rooms were made up every day including all fresh towels. Lots of bench seats outside with waitress service so you could sit and watch the skiing

Cons Tea/Coffee in Room is chargeable. Baked Beans at Breakfast cold as not kept heated. There is a short steep slope to get from the ski slope to the outside seating area which is very slippery have added a photo

Only had the Breakfast option which was reasonable. Ski Equipment hire was joined on to the side of the hotel with a very helpful man running it and sorted you out with what we needed

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder

Overall i would rate this Hotel 10/10

The hotel is neat and clean, the food in the restaurant is cheap and delicious, and the location is simply perfect if you want to be in the center of Borovets and basically ON the ski slopes

The only downsides, the swimming pool was too cold and the jacuzzi attracted a lot of unsupervised children, a tip - avoid Bulgarian half term dates!

Great hotel, location and service. The food was wonderful, and swimming pools also. We are looking forward to visit it again

Overall this hotel is nice, it's 3 star by Irish standards, very convenient for skiing, food is good and the staff are really nice. The pool is not for guests only so it gets very overrun and packed by 6pm every day

Everybody in the hotel was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good but the time for opening would be better to be from 7:30 to 7:00 better. The food at the restaurant was great. We had a room with view and was great

The hotel is wonderful, the room was superb (slope view) and the staff very helpful and friendly. We went on a B&B basis and the breakfast was good and varied

We did do the evening meal on a couple of accessions but to be honest, there are so many options in the resort I would recommend just the B&B

Great place for a family vacation

Not all rooms have somewhere to hang your jackets when you come in from skiing. Some rooms are too hot as the thermastatic valve can't be turned of. Bar area is nice and the the staff are nice and friendly

We organized a corporate event at Festa Winter Palace, and everything was top-notch – excellent service, delicious food, cozy rooms, and a relaxing spa center. We highly recommend it!

The hotel is not big, for breakfast and dinner were never too many people. Dinner is buffet style, not too much, but good variety each night, and different each night. Water in the pool is a bit cold

The Receptionist team Yoana and the rest led by the Manager Svetlana were so accommodating and seeing us with kids and as a big family were able to upgrade us

Cheff Georgi is high class and his food was just delicious and full of choices. He took care of the kids and made sure to present the food

The Hostess there Desislava and the servers were so nice and responding to all our request with no mean or grumpy faces typical for most Bulgarian restaurants

23 - 25 March 2024 Euphoria Club is a 4* rated resort of serviced apartments in separate 2-storey houses around the reception building with SPA and pool and the restaurant with fitness and conference facilities

The pool was very small and indoors with very few sun bathing chairs and space to leave your towel. The gym was closed however advertised as included in price

Great place to rest outside of the crowded center of Borovets. Unfortunately I was there off season and the Spa infrastructure was not working. The food at the restaurant was subpar and repetitive, very few fresh fruits

The resort is not in a walking distance from the village center and ski slopes (while carrying or wearing any ski equipment), but there is a free bus shuttle service available. Rooms where great, had no issues at all

Also we took time to relax in the heated pool in the spa!

Very calming and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and offer all basic luxuries. It is 2km away from the slopes, so wonderful for any ski or snowboard vacations.

Amazing place. The houses are great, cozy, spacious and clean. Perfect for families and group of friends, pet friendly. The restaurant is very expensive tough so better do a BBQ :)

I adore going there. It's warm, it has everything you need, they are welcoming pets, which is awesome! Perfeft place to chill after some slops.

It is cosy and warm and great for getting together with friends or having a romantic weekend with a partner. But heating is always on max thus it is super hot inside

The Staff is a bit rude and the water is not drinkable

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car got stuck on the road during the heavy snow and they went out of their way to come help us drive it to the main road

Our chalet comfortably dealt with 4 adults and 4 rampaging children. The on site pool and hot tub was a welcome distraction for the little ones. Good bar and restaurant with reasonably priced food

Shuttle bus to the slops in the winter. On site Resterant open in the winter, small shop, swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Small apartments to 4 bed houses.

The food was delicious and we enjoyed the sauna as well as jacuzzi. Regular bus to drive you to the slopes and cozy atmosphere

The location is a bit remote, but the rooms are lovely and experience is definitely worth it.

I booked a week stay at this hotel and I can say it went beyond my expectations! Myself, my husband and the kids were very happy with everything - service, food, apartment, pool etc. Not sure what people don’t like

There are also herb-infused saunas, traditional saunas, tempidariums, and steam baths. Throughout our stay, the swimming pool was not crowded

The food was enough for everyone, they changes some bits every day and still had a variety. The pool was clean, staff very friendly

We were lucky that not many guests during our stay and kids enjoyed the freedom of the pool

We spoke to one of the waiters who said it is more busy during the weekend and they have weddings that time, so a bit of an advice - book a stay during the week! The hotel is located just 5 from Blagoevgrad and very good starting point to major attractions

I only used the event hall and it served the purpose. It's quite small but big enough for geoups of 20-30 people. Good location but the yard needs some attention.

Our room was bigger that the rest on the floor, it looked well maintained although a little outdated. Bathroom had a bath-tub and was big enough. Overall we got the comfort we needed

I was looking for a hotel in the outskirts of Sofia and after reading reviews for other properties - same stars category but with much lower ratings I picked up this one

We booked a standard room but we were upgraded - I had a personal occasion and this was a nice touch. The staff was kind and attentive

In summer guests can have dinner at the bbq restaurant next to swimming pool. I must say food was absolutely delicious. Prices were higher as this is a hotel restaurant. Parking is available and is free of charge

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, big enough for the size of the property. There is also a children section. We enjoyed the time spent here very much, the area is quite and tranquil

This hotel is located to the south of Sofia in the shadow of the mountains. Small, friendly, comfortable hotel it has no restaurant at present but there sre cafes and restaurants nearby

Dont trust the lift it is unreliabile. The rooms are large enough and clean. It is a short bus ride to the centre of Sofia and there are walks in the mountains

My wife and I stayed there one night with our 1 year old baby. It was very clean, staff is very polite and professional. Restaurant was about to close, but they still served me food. I would definitely stay there again

If possible i would give 20 Stars. We celebrated our wedding there, and from the beginning we received a bespoke Service that overexeeded our expectations. This impression lasted during the whole event and our journey

Everyone was delightful but 1/2 people made a really great impression, the chef that cooks the omlettes in the morning, he will always greet you and smile but overall his energy made you feel very welcomed

The only suggestion id make is try warm the pool as it felt freezing sometimes
