The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

I've been visiting this place 3 years in a row . For 3 stars hotel is very good.clean tidy recommend apartments they are very good rooms are small but do the trick. Spa area is very nice outside pool also staff is friendly. There is only one dowhill is the restaurant the 1st year was awesome all product was fresh 2nd and 3rd the used a lot of caned food and taste is terrible considering the price...

The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok. Good prizes.

Great place for weekend getaway. Inside and outside hot tubs can melt you down :).

A bit expensive for what it is, I am not sure we even got the room we initially booked as it was supposed to be an "apartment", but we got a small studio room. The stuff are very friendly, but from the hotel itself there are a lot of things to be desired. Breackfast not that impressive. The room that we were in was nothing special. Overall experience is average.

Very nice place with wonderful people! There is mineral water pool inside with temperature 38, outside there is two jacuzzi with the same temperature. Nice food and very colorful rooms. When I was here everything was excellent! Recommended for family with children.

We visited the hotel for the second time as a family and both last time and now everything is on level. We will visit him again.

We had an ok stay, nothing special. Room was a little dirty. Breakfast included in the price.

This place was expensive for what you get the mineral pool is tiny. The sauna and steam room you cant get into. breakfast isn't the greatest but they did have a toaster. Bed were meh. I would not stay again. We stayed at a small guesthouse the night before for half the price it was much nicer.

It was a beautiful flat and the scenery was lovely! I liked the interior design of the flat and the balcony gave a peaceful view of the mountains.

Great place to spend family and friends' vacation. The house is well-equipped with all necessary things for comfortable stay. The garden is just beautiful! Trees, flowers, green grass, pool and shadows to fully enjoy the free time. To complete the great garden, there is a barbecue corner with big table! Full music equipment is available and ready to accompany your dinner Veneta and Simona are wonderful...

The restorant and food i would give 5 stars without hesitation. It is great and cheap. If you kindly ask them they might give you to pay with the card at the reception. P.s. The area to seat outside in April-May was very small, only 2 tables. The hotel seems old and not properly maintained.

I mean it Is not bad but it could be better probaby by putting things in the cabinets for the kitchen and not be completely empty but it was a good place to sleep in I also kind of wish the hot tub actually had water and that the shower had one of the bag door things so water would not go everywhere also most of the te there was no-one at the front desk probably because there was only 1 other family...

Superbly located in the embrace of Rila mountain surrounded by luscious pine forest this hotel offers complete piece & relaxation. The rooms are spacious all with balconies overlooking the forest. Even thought a bit outdated, they are clean & comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers a good selection of traditional Bulgarian dishes. Tasty, descent portions & reasonable prices.

A favourite place we have been visiting for years. Extremely good service with a personal approach to the customer. It has a sauna, steam room, salt room. The location is very convenient for the start of tourist trips. In the menu you will find specialities from excellently prepared game meat, which is complemented by an excellently selected wine list.

Der Besitzer ist Großwild-Jäger und stellt seine Trophäen zur Schau, u.a. einen ausgewachsenen Löwen im Erdgeschoß! Mir hat die sehr hilfsbereite Art des Herren an der Rezeption gefallen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Leider funktionierte das Wifi-System nicht.

Amazing hotel, located at about 1,400 m. height, you’re in the mountain, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Tasteful design of both the hotel and restaurant, which offers delicious meals. Very good breakfast too.

The hotel is brand new and it is apparent that there has been some thought into pretty much everything that would be of the comfort for the guests. The kitchen is fantastic, the service is fantastic. Just an excellent place. We will be back soon.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

The room is spacious and clean, it's very warm everywhere and it's very convenient to be right next to the ski slopes. Prices are reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.
