The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

I've been visiting this place 3 years in a row . For 3 stars hotel is very good.clean tidy recommend apartments they are very good rooms are small but do the trick. Spa area is very nice outside pool also staff is friendly. There is only one dowhill is the restaurant the 1st year was awesome all product was fresh 2nd and 3rd the used a lot of caned food and taste is terrible considering the price...

The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok. Good prizes.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

The hotel is very nice. It is very well renovated and refreshed. The room we were accommodated in was very clean, large, tidy and warm. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the view from the bar is amazing. In general, the hotel is very well heated, which is very important for a mountain hotel. The breakfast was very tasty. I stayed here for 3 nights as a part of an organised trip to Bulgaria. The first thing you notice in the winter is the stunning location - the hotel looks gorgeous when it's covered in snow and has long icicles hanging from the roof. The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent location, perfect condition of the rooms, restaurant and spa center as well as common parts of the building. Private parking across the street that allows parking at any time. never get's too crowded. the staff was extremely nice and friendly everywhere in the hotel. We even booked our next stay there. Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.
