The room was basic but great breakfast and Amazing dinner , the spa was also very nice.

The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent location, perfect condition of the rooms, restaurant and spa center as well as common parts of the building. Private parking across the street that allows parking at any time. never get's too crowded. the staff was extremely nice and friendly everywhere in the hotel. We even booked our next stay there. Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.

Had a room facing the pools which also faces a large valley and mountains in the distance so the view was amazing. The room itself was clean. Also the indoor saunas, hot and cool pools were amazing and relaxing, and there weren’t a lot of people, as most people seem to using the outdoor pools. Breakfast and dinner which was included was serviceable with lots of choices. Over all would definitely recommend...

The hotel is really good. Rooms are very comfortable and elegant, with spacious balconies with chair and sofa! Saunas, steam rooms and thermal baths were terrific!! But why do they close at 8pm and open 9am?? That’s much, much too short! I am used to 7/8am start and 10pm end time for saunas in hotels, but with your special saunas it should be even longer. Great hotel and spa. I've read many reviews before coming and realized that in reality hotel is way better. Spa and saunas are nice and clean. I'm not sure guests properly shower before and I hope that I'm the future proper shower will be mandatory. Rooms are great, a bit hot though. Air conditioner doesn't work great, I think you should check it before it's too hot outside. Food is fresh and amazing...

The best spa hotel, I have been in Bulgaria. The room with the balcony and great view was wonderful. The spa complex was amazing. The food was very versatile, even for vegans. Everything was delicious and well arranged. The personnel were very attentive and friendly. The girls from the reception were kind, polite and always ready to assist you.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok. Good prizes.

The food and the staff were at a very good level. The room was clean and hot. The pools inside and outside were hot and almost clean, but based on the fact there were so many people I am not surprised that the maintenance is not an easy process. Please, invest more money and reach the next level. Thus place is awesome.

I will start with the cons: 1. The outside and inside pool was not cleaned. 2. We had the bad luck to face problem with the pool's pump and one day we hadn't warm water in the pools and also in the room's heating. 3. No refrigerator in the room. 4. No elevator. 5. The breakfast was simple, cut tomatoes, white and yellow cheese, few sorts of sausages, breath, butter, jam and fried eggs,.... respectively...

Very nice place with wonderful people! There is mineral water pool inside with temperature 38, outside there is two jacuzzi with the same temperature. Nice food and very colorful rooms. When I was here everything was excellent! Recommended for family with children.

This place was expensive for what you get the mineral pool is tiny. The sauna and steam room you cant get into. breakfast isn't the greatest but they did have a toaster. Bed were meh. I would not stay again. We stayed at a small guesthouse the night before for half the price it was much nicer.

There was no breakfast.We asked if we could pay for one, separately from the price we paid for the accommodation, but we were told it was not possible. Because we didn't have a car, we found the trek from the pool a bit long, didn't expect that...

We had reserved two rooms, the first was not that bad, but the roof room was with old furniture. It's not bad for the price you pay also the bathrooms are new so that's good. The lady who is in charge of the place or owner I don't know is nice but with the typical Bulgarian manners. Maybe she was lied before and that's why she is protective. Comfortable studio with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is European style. The place is clean and feels fresh. In the morning there is a lot of activity outside because of the bus stop, pharmacy, butcher. Bed is comfortable, ac available.

When I arrived for breakfast on a Sunday morning, a large number of people were already there. The homemade cuisine tastes great. Valeria, though, truly won me over and captured my heart. Despite her demanding tasks and responsibilities during the rush hour, she remains very polite, manages to smile and be a cheerful person. She is a lovely lady.

Very pleasant environment, comfortable beds and rooms, kind hosts. The house has a terrace with tables, a kitchen and a tavern where you can prepare food. It is close to everything.

Pleasant environment, there is a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a barbecue that you can use, there is a trampoline and a hammock for the children. And last but not least, a very good landlady.

Cozy and quiet guest house, appropriate for small groups of 20 people. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the toilets in the bedrooms are too small.

It was a beautiful flat and the scenery was lovely! I liked the interior design of the flat and the balcony gave a peaceful view of the mountains.

Great guesthouse. We slept amazingly. It was quiet comfy bed. The bathroom had no fan or place to hold the shower head and the sink was REALLY small (had to do many loads of laundry). The location is quite far out of town but if you are here you probably have a car. On the plus they have drying racks in the backyard and a backyard to relax in. We would for sure stay again. Great place.
