The room was basic but great breakfast and Amazing dinner , the spa was also very nice.

The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

Hotel Panorama is the discovery of the year for me - a wonderful place very near the 7 Rila Lakes and the Skakavitsa Lodge and waterfall. Good isolated place, all the things in the hotel are very basic. Good for a ski base for the 7 lakes. The gym was great. Breakfast is very simple.

This place is amazing! We got a room facing the mountains and it was beyond magical to see. It is located in the edge of the village so its more iaolated and quiet. The family staff was very nice and welcoming. The food in the restaurant is tasty and not expensive. We will definetly come back on our next trip to Bulgaria.

The hotel was lacking in atmosphere and for us to far from town needed shuttle bus or taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean albeit a little dated. The pool and spa were very nice with plenty of options. We had a half board option breakfasts very good evening meals a little repetitive but tasty and staff great. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Had a reallY nice stay here! It was close to the end of the season so felt like we were the only guests there! But this meant we were really well looked after. The chef cooked us a very nice full English and the evening meals were very filling! Only thing id recommend is to remember to book the hot tub in the morning so it can be set up while skiing

The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Borovets highway. For the class of the restaurant, the level of cuisine is poor. At the prices offered, the chefs might work a little harder. It will take a long time before they discuss you and accept your order. Perhaps the hotel and restaurant should focus on improving the service because it is really quite expensive for this type of customer service
