The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent location, perfect condition of the rooms, restaurant and spa center as well as common parts of the building. Private parking across the street that allows parking at any time. never get's too crowded. the staff was extremely nice and friendly everywhere in the hotel. We even booked our next stay there. Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.

The restaurant in this hotel and the breakfast served there are some of the best I have seen. The hotel is very pleasant and elegant, built with thought and taste. The spa, the mineral water it uses and the Skybar on the roof are excellent. The service is professional, efficient and friendly.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

I've been visiting this place 3 years in a row . For 3 stars hotel is very good.clean tidy recommend apartments they are very good rooms are small but do the trick. Spa area is very nice outside pool also staff is friendly. There is only one dowhill is the restaurant the 1st year was awesome all product was fresh 2nd and 3rd the used a lot of caned food and taste is terrible considering the price...

The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok. Good prizes.

A bit expensive for what it is, I am not sure we even got the room we initially booked as it was supposed to be an "apartment", but we got a small studio room. The stuff are very friendly, but from the hotel itself there are a lot of things to be desired. Breackfast not that impressive. The room that we were in was nothing special. Overall experience is average.

Very nice place with wonderful people! There is mineral water pool inside with temperature 38, outside there is two jacuzzi with the same temperature. Nice food and very colorful rooms. When I was here everything was excellent! Recommended for family with children.

This place was expensive for what you get the mineral pool is tiny. The sauna and steam room you cant get into. breakfast isn't the greatest but they did have a toaster. Bed were meh. I would not stay again. We stayed at a small guesthouse the night before for half the price it was much nicer.

The toilet had a weird smell to it... It was clean but something smelled very bad..

Maria is wonderfully, helpfull. The place is spotless clean. All facilities, air condition, fridge, kitchen. Shops are downstairs.

Comfortable studio with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is European style. The place is clean and feels fresh. In the morning there is a lot of activity outside because of the bus stop, pharmacy, butcher. Bed is comfortable, ac available.

Great hotel in downtown of Sapareva bania. Clean and cozy rooms. The pool is with mineral water and temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Celsius all year round.

Water was blissful. 43 degrees in the small pool, clean. Easy to reach, friendly staff. Children loved it. Changing facilities and showers were clean. Needs more toilets.

Spectacular Rila Mountain view!

Wonderful outdoors swimming pool, with crystal clear water and children section. Ample amount of seats, bar, with a good choice of coffees and drinks, and a restaurant. Didn't eat food there but seemed popular enough. There is a dedicated parking and plenty of space outside but no shade for cars.

Unique place, clean, tidy, the pool has hot water, the rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, everything is as it should be. And the staff is nice and kind! I definitely recommend the place. I had an unforgettable vacation!

Everything is new and clean. There is more to equip in the rooms, but in general there is everything you need. The service was fine.

Very nice family hotel. 15 minutes walk from the center. Everything is new and very clean. The yard is well maintained. The owners are still building some things. They try very hard and pay attention to the guests. I recommend it and let's help make it an even better place.

A great place to relax, and in any weather! Spacious, comfortable, clean room with everything you need (even a hairdryer)! In the yard there is a gazebo with a grill, and next door is a shop, around the corner is the main street! Thanks to the owners for a wonderful weekend in your house! 🙂

The house is located at the end of the village and is close to a pine forest. We were greeted by very kind and kind hosts. There is a nice and well maintained yard. The house has a living room where you can prepare food and relax. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable to relax.

The place is wonderful for relaxation. At the same time, the mineral pools are a 5-minute drive away. The house is new and very clean, has all the amenities, and is suitable for small children. The hosts are so hospitable that you will be uncomfortable leaving.

This is heaven on earth. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Grandma Zdravka (ha ... this grandmother will give odds to the young) took great care of us. Her son Konstandin and his wife instantly resolved all issues. We lived like in a native, kind family. We will definitely come back.

Very hospitable, my friends and I were extremely pleased with the warm attitude. There is also a unique view of the Rila Mountains. Quiet place that our group liked!
