The girl working at the front desk was super friendly and informative. I had a great sleep in their hotel room, the mattress is so comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent location, perfect condition of the rooms, restaurant and spa center as well as common parts of the building. Private parking across the street that allows parking at any time. never get's too crowded. the staff was extremely nice and friendly everywhere in the hotel. We even booked our next stay there. Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.

The restaurant in this hotel and the breakfast served there are some of the best I have seen. The hotel is very pleasant and elegant, built with thought and taste. The spa, the mineral water it uses and the Skybar on the roof are excellent. The service is professional, efficient and friendly.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest. Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

I've been visiting this place 3 years in a row . For 3 stars hotel is very good.clean tidy recommend apartments they are very good rooms are small but do the trick. There is only one dowhill is the restaurant the 1st year was awesome all product was fresh 2nd and 3rd the used a lot of caned food and taste is terrible considering the price...

The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok. Good prizes.

The staff is polite. Price is reasonable. SPA zone - nice. Sauna is tiny (no more than 4-5 persons ). There is a nice steam (Turkish) bath.

A good hotel but the rooms are very small. The maintenance is bad. Leaking pipes, breakfast is limited and some of the products are old.

A bit expensive for what it is, I am not sure we even got the room we initially booked as it was supposed to be an "apartment", but we got a small studio room. The stuff are very friendly, but from the hotel itself there are a lot of things to be desired. Breackfast not that impressive. The room that we were in was nothing special. Overall experience is average.

Very nice place with wonderful people! There is mineral water pool inside with temperature 38, outside there is two jacuzzi with the same temperature. Nice food and very colorful rooms. When I was here everything was excellent! Recommended for family with children.

This place was expensive for what you get the mineral pool is tiny. The sauna and steam room you cant get into. breakfast isn't the greatest but they did have a toaster. Bed were meh. I would not stay again. We stayed at a small guesthouse the night before for half the price it was much nicer.

Comfortable studio with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is European style. The place is clean and feels fresh. In the morning there is a lot of activity outside because of the bus stop, pharmacy, butcher. Bed is comfortable, ac available.

Villa Vlahov is the place you must visit if you want peace, quiet and very good service !!! The warm welcome and the attitude towards each guest will make you visit the villa more than once !!! The cleanliness, the cozy and spacious rooms are also part of the pleasant atmosphere !!!

Unique place, clean, tidy, the pool has hot water, the rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, everything is as it should be. And the staff is nice and kind! I definitely recommend the place. I had an unforgettable vacation!

Water was blissful. 43 degrees in the small pool, clean. Easy to reach, friendly staff. Children loved it. Changing facilities and showers were clean. Needs more toilets.

Wonderful outdoors swimming pool, with crystal clear water and children section. Ample amount of seats, bar, with a good choice of coffees and drinks, and a restaurant. Didn't eat food there but seemed popular enough. There is a dedicated parking and plenty of space outside but no shade for cars.

Friendly staff, nice spot, it is halfway to Rilski Monastery and to 7 Lakes. The room was large and very clean and they have such tasty breakfasts!

Nice room and beautiful garden. The location is also dandy, right next to the local mineral pools. 2 things that made me to take a star away are: we ordered a room with a double bed and got a room with 2 separated singles, and the shower is too tiny. The host's English is also almost nonexistent, but she's nice.

Small and cozy family hotel in the hugs of the Rila mountain, in Sapareva bania village. Warm attitude, nice and clean rooms, smiling staff. Great yard with barbecue offers wide view to the mountain. Perfect place to rest.

Spacious room, very good bed, very clean, spacious bathroom, all very nice. The car parked on the same street. The owner, very friendly, although barely speaks English, but strives to make your stay comfortable. Very highly recommended.

The staff are really nice and understanding people always ready to help. The property is bigger than how it appears on the pictures. The outside jacuzzi is very warm all the time.

Perfect place for resting, spending some quality time with your loved once and last but not least- a wonderful view of the mountain! The house has all the facilities needed for great vacation - hot water pool, a sauna, summer kitchen and really cosy rooms for at least 15 people.

Awesome place to rest in Sapareva Banya, the house is very well maintained, with vintage style - clean, cosy and stylish. Also have a nice view to Rila mountain, not far from center and Kotvata pool complex. You could park free in front of the house. The breakfast was also fantastic - we stayed two days for the first we have a homemade banitsa, for the second homemade mekitsi !!!

Cozy and clean place. Everything is very well designed and organized. Some of the rooms have quite small bathroom, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast that you get there is like onetime. We'll definitely go there again.

Everything was very clean and neat, the homemade croissants were delicious! There are some common areas as well including a garden with lounge chairs

Very cosy guest house, with warm personnel, not far away from the centre. Homemade breakfast and drinks in the morning are awesome.
