Hotels with sauna in Saparevo

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and well equiped. Only thing is it was over the main road so it was a little noisey. The spa was wonderful and a great advantage. The massage (extra cost) was amazing.

Excellent location, perfect condition of the rooms, restaurant and spa center as well as common parts of the building. Private parking across the street that allows parking at any time

The only remark I have to the hotel management is if they can assure a bartender at the lobby bar after 11PM. it's very nice hotel for couples as well for families with children

the staff was extremely nice and friendly everywhere in the hotel. We even booked our next stay there. Price is very reasonable considering the high level of services

a playground is available on a walking distance from the hotel in the park across the street

Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺️ BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

The food is good and the personnel is OK. The rooms are not very big but sufficient. The beds are not very comfortable and there are garden lights on all evening. The spa zone is not very big but the sauna is ok

The staff is polite. Price is reasonable. SPA zone - nice. Sauna is tiny (no more than 4-5 persons ). There is a nice steam (Turkish) bath.

The hotel is great value for money! We stayed there after a hike to the Rila lakes and it was all perfect - the staff were polite, the apartment was nice and clean, spa was good and the outdoors pool was great with lots of beds on the side to rest

Amazing place, nice kindly stuff. Kitchen is delicious. The SPA is clean and useful. Thanks a lot for everything.

Food in the restaurant is also good and quite cheap. Altogether great stay there, would recommend!

The food and the staff were at a very good level. The pools inside and outside were hot and almost clean, but based on the fact there were so many people I am not surprised that the maintenance is not an easy process

The pools are clean and not crowded, the hotel is clean as well, but desperately needs a renovation. The food is good and the staff is very friendly.

Another fast reaction from the personal was after missing of a bathrope which they provided us after our claim. 3 step fixed menu starting with salad and bottle of water, then main meal and the end a dessert

The breakfast was simple, cut tomatoes, white and yellow cheese, few sorts of sausages, breath, butter, jam and fried eggs,. respectively as a coffee lover, the instant coffee from a machine was not good

The hot water is very hot and the cold water is very cold which I absolutely love! The bed was very comfortable and there’s a balcony with table and chairs if you want to enjoy some time there sitting in the sun and admiring the view

The restaurant is nice and the food is great! The prices are beyond reasonable for the quality you get! The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive and would give you good suggestions for seasonal dishes or anything you ask for

We had a nice walk around the lakes during the day which is super close and could relax in the hotel with some beers and played pool in the night. Breakfast was just a sandwich with some cheese, ham and egg

Hotel Panorama is the discovery of the year for me - a wonderful place very near the 7 Rila Lakes and the Skakavitsa Lodge and waterfall

We arrived around 6pm and the receptionist Nikoleta greeted us like family and explained everything you need to know and beyond! Absolutely charming young lady with amazing attitude and remarkably professional and dedicated to making your stay at the Panorama pleasant and enjoyable! The rooms are nice and the view is fantastic - it is the Panorama - a marvellously well located hotel

The best customer service we have experienced in Bulgaria!!! From the time of booking, throughout our stay, and even after we left (forgetting our hats in the hotel), the reception staff went over and above to accommodate all our needs and look after us in a truly caring way

It is very well renovated and refreshed. The room we were accommodated in was very clean, large, tidy and warm. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the view from the bar is amazing

In general, the hotel is very well heated, which is very important for a mountain hotel. The breakfast was very tasty. The price-quality ratio is excellent and we will gladly come back again

Check in was reasonably quick, so straight to the room, right at the end of the second floor. The first thing you notice is how warm it is - the heating was on full, so I had to sleep with the window open

Great place with an amazing view to the mountain, wonderful yard with soft grass and a big mineral water pool. The houses are clean, very warm, well equipped and comfortable.

The houses were really clean and everything was setup in a professional manner. The place is quiet and has a great view of the mountain.

Wonderful place, well-kept environment, big apartment/half of the house with a big terrace. Two very clean swimming pools. Very quiet place on the outskirts of the city.
