Spacious room, sparkling clean, absolutely awesome! The location is great, like 5 min walk to the main street. The restaurant is great as well! Definitely recommend and will visit again!

This hotel is very strange. We had stairs in bathroom you can fall down easily there. Also in the bathroom they put funny cartoon tiles 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Looks terrible. But the most strange thing was on balcony because there was a door from some other room! I was so scare that someone will come out in the night on our balcony so I could not sleep at all! For breakfast you can order one of three omelet and one soft drink and that is all!

The Best place to stay in Shumen.
Rooms are very clean and has own fridge.
I heard no noises over the night.
Air condition was working well.
Very good sleep.
Location is just few minutes walk to centre and few hundred meters away from stairs to Shumen Monument.
Hotel has own Restaurant called Green Garden.
Food I Very good and tasty.
Menu has very much different options.
Good selection of Whiskies and they take good care of opened bottle. Aroma was still there.
Best still is staff.
Very Friendly and helpful.
Staff was able to speak perfect English and several other languages.
I was staying 3 weeks here and everything was perfect all time.
Rooms are very clean and has own fridge.

Very nice hotel. Big clean rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant amazing. Best I visit so far in Bulgaria. Very wide menu. Chef - respect.

Awesome restaurant, really cosy and charming. Delicious food, being served extremely fast. Kind hostess with very sweet and luxurious hotel. Totally recommend!

Really nice hotel and kind staff. Good food in restaurant. Breakfast is not buffet, it will be picked up from breakfast list.
