Horrible treatment of hotel guests! At the reception you are greeted by a woman who does not like to work at all, behaves disdainfully and mockingly towards the guests. As soon as we entered, we were left with a bad impression.

I recommend for a holiday. The complex has everything, shops, bars, pubs, several swimming pools and a private beach.

Great UA immigrant settlement. There are no parking spaces. On the second day, someone redraw our car. One shop and fast food. The sandbox resembles a toilet for dogs. The pools are clean, they even test the condition of the water. Overall ok but the second x we ​​will not come here anymore.

The territory is beautiful, the first line. Everything is landscaped.
But the rooms want a better updated renovation. At the height of the season, the rooms are from 900 euros and more. And in the room there are not even spoons, normal dishes, coffee cannot be brewed, because there are not even Turks, in some rooms there are no cups.
I don’t understand why 900 and 1100 euros. If there are no basic things. The set of towels is incomplete. The Internet works intermittently.

Very good location right on the beach. The apartments are well furnished with everything you need. There is a shop, several pools, one of which has waves. But unfortunately we were robbed with quite a lot of money. In my opinion, the staff of the complex "work" like a well-oiled machine. They unlock the rooms (there were no signs of burglary on the lock) and only steal money, which unfortunately is very difficult to prove if you do not catch them at the moment. So think about whether it's worth going there. Or if you still decide to go there, be very careful about money and valuables.

The complex is quite large. There is a coastal path, it is also suitable for walks. A nice place for families and more. There are over 10 pools. 1 with artificial waves, 1 with a large water slide, many with smaller slides. Pools are for all ages. The complex has 2 restaurants, shop, 24-hour reception. An inconvenience on arrival and departure is that luggage must be carried with a stroller. The complex consists of 2 parts - divides them by the main road into upper and lower part. At the bottom they do not let you stop by car, only at the top. The beach next to the complex, as well as almost everywhere in Sveti Vlas, has a very narrow coastline, so next to the complex, the beach is not very big.
