A fantastic place, right at the sea with amazing view. Besides the sea you have several pool options, as well. The resort has three restaurants and several bars. You will definitely find your favourit food and drinks

The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach

Lovely spot, right on the beach. Once you get there you probably hardly will prefer other spot. Many restaurants in and the landscape is just pure masterpiece. I do recommend.

Lovely hotel. Apartments are great,cleaned every day,fresh towels daily. Most staff very pleasant but the supermarket staff are miserable. Reception staff and the hotel taxi drivers are great. Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely place beautiful views it has 7 pools one indoor has a reasonably good gym. Scenery is amazing well kept flower gardens. Breakfast isn't that great but nice places in sunny beach for a decent meal...

There’s a wonderful animator named Maria who was so kind and energetic – our kids ran to her every morning and didn’t want to leave! It gave us parents a bit of time to unwind by the pool or enjoy the SPA

Our daughter spent a lot of time at the outdoor pool and gym, and she even joined some of the organized sports activities during the day

We just got back from a week at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and it was honestly one of the best family holidays we've had! We traveled with our two small children (ages 4 and 6), and the hotel had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and relaxed

For us adults, the highlight was the wellness area – the indoor pool, saunas, and relaxation zones were spotless and very relaxing

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that even our picky eaters enjoyed. There were snacks, fruit, and ice cream available all day, which was a huge plus for the little ones (and us, too!)

We also appreciated that there were healthy options as well. Our family room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. Everything in the hotel felt safe, family-friendly, and well thought out

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats

Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Overall good for the price paid for all inclusive

if you are going to get a sun lounger make sure your down by the pool by 6:30 to put your towels out or there’s no way you will have 1 after 9

The rooms were cool, especially the bathrooms, but at a 5 stars hotel to not have Smart TVs? The water is clear, beautiful pools. Overall, this hotel is decent, but I wouldn’t have given it 5 stars if it was for me

Food was plenty and very very tasty! The cleanliness of the building and the pool is exceptional, the garden is splendid, with the sweet smell of flowers filling the rooms in the evening

Good price and great sea view. First line and perfect swimming pool. The reception personell is not very helpful but the barman and the chef are great.

We had an excellent stay at Sineva Park Hotel😇 Krassy,the Food and Beverage Manager, Christina at the reception and the Chef with the morning crêpes😊 were so helpful and always with a smile on their face

The hotel also has a playground and a playroom with toys for children. The animators are kind and cheerful. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation, especially for families with children

All staff were super nice and helpful: receptionists, maids, kitchen staff, lifeguard, bartenders, animators, everyone went out of their way so we could have a nice experience

The rooms are clean — we had one with a beautiful sea view. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. There is a wonderful beach nearby, which is very convenient

Much more than I expected! Hotel was very nice, dinners was much better than in Egypt or Turkey. The sea was warm and the swimming pool was clear. I'm so excited to have being in this hotel.

Great pool, professional waiters but not so helpful reception (except on some days). Had to ask for cleaning of the drain for 3 times - wasn't done. No night life but great place for family vacation

This place has incredible massage guys! Might be one of the best in this country. Not even joking. Ramazan is the man!

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills. those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience

We had reserved a specific hotel room that wasn't available so they gifted us an extra room and champagne with fruits. The beach is right in front which would probably be the main reason someone would pick the hotel

It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

Hotel is OK, clean, rooms are spatious ,room service every day. lot of food practically anytime you want,quality of food is high standard: lot of vegetable, fruit ,fish ,chicken and pork

All the staff work hard and long days. Hot and cold food was very good could have been a little better but we enjoyed all what we had This hotel is well worth a visit must be the cleanest in the area we shall return

Rooms cleaned daily hotel and all surroundings cleaned daily. Tony the owner will do anything to help you I asked him for kaiserdom beer he had not got any but he did order some for me

Great place to stay within easy distance to the beach and marina,all shops and town centre are within short walking distance. Pleasant and very friendly staff and rooms spotless.

Everything you could expect from a family run hotel food is brill staff are excellent and Tony who owns it goes that extra mile ten out ten for us

The bed mattress and pillows were not even close to comfortable and the shower cabin could use some thorough cleaning. We didn't try the pool, but it looked very nice and clean

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with balcony overlooking an alley leading to the beach. Convenient location! Far from the main busy street, but at walking distance from one of the biggest supermarkets in the area

best hotel ever but the peoples next to me was very loud and I was at room with climate installation and got sick + the was family that was fighting and there was blood on the window and one man trow the server boy into the pool also the guy whit beard on the reception is very annoying and the cleaners too room are not cleaning everyday and the rooms was very unclean and messy but the hotel is still...

Pools - Could water feature be added to the kids pool such as a small waterfall or bubbles? A hot tub in the adult area would be good. Mini Fridge - Please add Coca Cola Zero to the mini fridge

The pools were nice, but the chlorine levels were far too high, which caused damage to our clothes as well as other guests’—black clothes even turned red

Hopefully, the chlorine issue in the pool will be fixed. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff always replaced our sheets, even for the baby’s crib. We were very pleased with the cleanliness overall

Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages

We eventually had to ask for clean towels Besides that we found the complex well kept and the grounds kept to a high standard. The pools are great for the kids and cooling down during the heat

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc

The man that gave out the towels was much more informative and really helpful. He always said good morning etc and passed the time of day with you no matter how busy he was

This hotel is suitable for families with children. Beautiful beach, wonderful smooth entry into the sea

Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel

The beach itself is lovely but like every other review you have to pay for use of the umbrella and sunbeds separately. Very poor for ultra all inclusive

I find myself saying that often! The pool itself is fine, but there is rubbish around the poolside which is often left and not cleaned or maintained

The bathroom was not cleaned as often as it should have been, rarely did we have towels changed

Poor organisation. A bit hard to find a parking place. The cleaning is not very good. The WiFi is paid. Nice pools and relatively close to the beach.

Not bad at all specially considering the price. Clean tidy and spacious enough. One issue I have is the stupidly overpriced WiFi. It should be free in any hotel

€6/day is ridiculous specially knowing that in Bulgaria Internet providers will give you internet for a month for €6

Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition

The cuisine is exceptional — the dishes are not only delicious but also served with love. The view of the marina from the room is breathtaking, especially in the mornings and at sunset

Unbelievably happy about how fast my reservation was made. Surprisingly clean and tidy room compared to the ones ive been in Sunny Beach. The manager made a discount for me as i was a new customer in this hotel

There is a coastal path, it is also suitable for walks. A nice place for families and more. 1 with artificial waves, 1 with a large water slide, many with smaller slides

The complex consists of 2 parts - divides them by the main road into upper and lower part. At the bottom they do not let you stop by car, only at the top

The complex has 2 restaurants, shop, 24-hour reception. An inconvenience on arrival and departure is that luggage must be carried with a stroller

I hadn't been on the Black sea for a long time, because it was nearly impossible to find a calm and beautiful place to relax because of the number of the tourists visiting Bulgaria

5 stars because of the staff of the hotel, they are so sweet, caring and professional. The hotel itself is from the early 2000 and it is not renovated fully

However, it has all the necessities, our room was clean and nice. The location was perfect and also the restaurant has great view of the sea. We both would recommend for a budget vacation
