The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a good variety of options (and delicious coffee!). The price of the stay and the view of the sea from the room were definitely a plus! Lovely hotel. Apartments are great,cleaned every day,fresh towels daily. Most staff very pleasant but the supermarket staff are miserable. Reception staff and the hotel taxi drivers are great. Would recommend this hotel.

A beautiful setting with well tended and attractive gardens. The beach is excellent and not crowded. Family friendly but for a place that claims 5 stars they are are really 3.5. the tennis courts are just one as the other is converted to a five a side area for kids. As a single mum travelling with 2 children I found this hotel exceptionally good. We are staying for 3 weeks and have so far done 2. Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats. Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.

Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.

On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel. Very good hotel at the Marina Diveni Blv with great furniture and an excellent view on the Yacht Harbor. Two great beaches around. Breakfast is included which is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and in very good condition. TV in the bathroom. Classical style. Very kind staff and management. Really worth 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again in the future when being around.

Fabulous new hotel with great staff , and big shout out to entertainment team for kids , bar staff and of course the all important cleaners . Generally cant find any fault with all staff , even managed to get a smile out of the security guard on the front gate one day 😉👍 As it is a new ultra all inclusive hotel your always gonna get a few teething problems , not alot but a few ..
