Hotels All-inclusive in Sveti Vlas

One of the highlights was the food – there's always something available at the restaurant throughout the day, and every Saturday evening there's a live performer who entertains the guests during dinner, creating such a special atmosphere

We just got back from a week at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, and it was honestly one of the best family holidays we've had! We traveled with our two small children (ages 4 and 6), and the hotel had everything we needed to keep everyone happy and relaxed

The biggest hit for the kids was definitely the Kids Club. It’s very well organized, clean, and full of games, crafts, and fun activities

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that even our picky eaters enjoyed. There were snacks, fruit, and ice cream available all day, which was a huge plus for the little ones (and us, too!)

We also appreciated that there were healthy options as well. Our family room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. Everything in the hotel felt safe, family-friendly, and well thought out

The beach is just a few steps away, and the private area for hotel guests is a big bonus. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway on the Bulgarian coast, Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas is the place to be

Great hotel nice and clean staff were very friendly as well but always looked angry, got to our room shower head hanging off broken bracket and trim hanging off ceiling in bathroom not safe at all, no way is it a 5 star hotel more like a 3,great location right in front of the beach,also the food was terrible and the range of drinks they have on offer

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

Average hotel. Knew where I was going, so the experience is normal. Service is lame. It does not claim to the property. Just in Bulgaria it is not.

Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats

Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Overall good for the price paid for all inclusive

I liked the large well-groomed territory. The design of the hotel, a large comfortable room, beautiful, modern furniture. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the entire territory

Good price and great sea view. First line and perfect swimming pool. The reception personell is not very helpful but the barman and the chef are great.

Food was plenty and very very tasty! The cleanliness of the building and the pool is exceptional, the garden is splendid, with the sweet smell of flowers filling the rooms in the evening

We had an excellent stay at Sineva Park Hotel😇 Krassy,the Food and Beverage Manager, Christina at the reception and the Chef with the morning crêpes😊 were so helpful and always with a smile on their face

The hotel also has a playground and a playroom with toys for children. The animators are kind and cheerful. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation, especially for families with children

The rooms are clean — we had one with a beautiful sea view. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. There is a wonderful beach nearby, which is very convenient

- good variety of foods (the food is really good and well-cooked), plenty of bars/restaurants - private beach - water slides - very nice rooms (and spacious), daily proper cleaning - entertaining shows during the evenings

I'm 50, my children are 9 and 7. I would say it was thebest hotel I've ever stayed in. We never go back to the same resort, but I am seriously considering it for next year

It’s also hard to tell which bottles are new (warm) and which are cold as they’re not rotated well. Coca Cola Machine - Please add a fizzy drinks machine OUTSIDE catch by the ice cream area

But what really sets it apart is harder to describe - the whole experience somehow feels greater than the sum of its parts

With around 350 rooms, the hotel is large enough to offer everything you need, but never felt busy or overcrowded. There was always space to relax, and the atmosphere remained calm and welcoming throughout our stay

Hopefully, the chlorine issue in the pool will be fixed. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff always replaced our sheets, even for the baby’s crib. We were very pleased with the cleanliness overall

This hotel is suitable for families with children. Beautiful beach, wonderful smooth entry into the sea

Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel

Cleaning and restaurant staff should have spent more time working and less on their mobile phones which may have made a world of difference to our experience

The food was ok but trying to get any was not always worth the barging and pushing about that the Russian guests seemed to deem ok to do to you to make sure they didn’t have to queue like polite people did and wait their turn

Often we ended up with only salad as it saved the hassle. The bar lad in the Joy bar Bramin was fabulous as was his colleague and actually took the time to speak and make an effort to get to know us

Very good, family friendly, surrounded by lots of greenery, the beach is clean

However, it has all the necessities, our room was clean and nice. The location was perfect and also the restaurant has great view of the sea. We both would recommend for a budget vacation

5 stars because of the staff of the hotel, they are so sweet, caring and professional. The hotel itself is from the early 2000 and it is not renovated fully

Animation very perfect, food is perfect, pool is perfect, water and bar very good, the beach is to 2m, food is perfect, all inclusive in the best

The hotel is excellently located, the sea is clean with a gentle entry, and it's just a short walk from the hotel. Room cleaning is very good, and the housekeeping staff are helpful

The restaurant is not a relaxing environment but feels more like a self serve cafe. It is clean and the staff work very hard to ensure meal times all run smoothly

The pool area could be cleaner, but what truly impressed us was the restaurant. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday

My daughter is picky about eating but one of the cook find the way her to have some meal and it was great. Kids also had animation everyday. very nice place to stay and enjoy!

You pay extra to get VIP service as such but it was a farce at the Preferred pool area, anybody could go in due to the fact orange towels are issued with your bag on arrival but once they were put for wash you were given brown towels the same as all hotel guests so in my opinion it’s wasn’t really worth the extra money

The orange towels were to differ you from other guests, we did ask at reception but told no more as they were waiting on an order for them coming in 🤪🤪🤪

Late checkout, you have your Room until 11 am reception will take care of your luggage. This is in a locked room, showers available in the ladies and gents toilets in reception, the water was freezing

The hotel, staff and food were exceptional couldn’t fault anything apart from The Preferred Club, it is a bit of a rip off

We even went to dreams which I believe is the sister hotel and watched all the entertainment staff do their own show which was amazing and added a personal touch! There English is amazing and they also spoke 3 different languages fluently to make everyone feel welcome

They even got to know our drinks so we didn’t have to ask and refilled them without waiting

Very nice place with excellent atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant provides various types of dishes. The outside bars are beautiful and plentiful with big sort of drinks, sweets and tasty little beverages

A unique place for wonderful holiday! We appreciate every service from the hotel at the highest level. Perfect accomodation with amazing restaurant. The cleaning was also absolutely brilliant

If you are in need of an all inclusive place with fast and easy access to the beach, in my opinion this hotel offers great value for the money.

The only negative is the quality of the coffee (I think this is a low quality Nescafé ) and the lack of mugs at the restaurant area. You have to drink your coffee from a plastic cup every morning

Good staff, good food ( every day similar, but tasty and enough) Close to the beach ( 5 minutes walking distance), next to supermarket shop 2 swimming pools Actually you are more in "SAINT VLAS" area, than in "SUNNY BEACH"

I was in this hotel in September 2022. Very tasty food, clean rooms, animators played with children, friendly stuff, especially bartender Shevi makes delicious cocktails. Hotel is located in 5 minutes to the sea

There are umbrellas in the seating area during the summer months but they’d already been cleared away. The worst bit though: people smoke everywhere. It’s disgusting- at the pool, on the balconies, during meals outside

Beds are comfortable,maids are in every day, and fresh towels are given, and the room is kept spotless. The food is good, has plenty of choice and good quality. Drink, on the other hand, was typical all-inclusive gut rot

It’s the second time I been to Bulgaria but not this hotel it is a lovely hotel staff are all friendly and helpful activity staff wonderful and try to get everyone to join in during the day Night time activities not great could do with some outside entertainment coming in for a bit off a change food was ok plenty variety I definitely go back to this hotel had a lovely holiday thank you everyone☀️

An absolutely beautiful place with the most friendly staff, delicious food, and daily entertainment! Special thanks to the most fabulous Animation Team (Dany, Lera, Misha, and Ari) and bartender dream team (Alim, Azamat, and Syimyk) who made our stay the best possible experience! I would HIGHLY recommend it to families, couples, and solo travellers alike

Some feedback on alltours (travel company): the Lady was not knowledgeable about the area, she didn’t share any information at all. The tours she offered can easily be booked via Tripadvisor for half the price

Paris and Danya are the COOLEST people! They have shown so much enthusiasm for their hubs and have played games with me—not as a worker but as a friend

Best location near beach and nice people

The downside was the parking lot, which is crowded and cannot support the number of guests they have. The food variety is wider than other locations in the same price range

The truth is we were hungry the road. The room smell is clearly not 4 stars. Well, in General the main sea. Glad that you can at least relax a bit

I personally don't like the way Bulgaria spices the meat, but it was good. They also have kebabs, pizza and pancakes freshly made on the spot!

The hotel is average, on 4-ku pulls, but clean and tidy. can't say that is bad, but not super. Pros:first line, next to a large free area of the beach where there is always free space, window view to the sea

The area is away from the noise of the main strip but is easy to get too. With lots of restaurants to choose from and all at a good price

For example we ate in a Chinese for 7 people with drinks the total bill at the end was £70

Note-if you are in the room there is a double bedroom and raghavam chair,which was disgustingly to sleep. The staff are courteous and polite. The hotel has a small outdoor pool which was priatnoe to swim

walk from the beach,but far enough away from the discos we like to go- "the Bedroom", "Cocoa" and "De LAN" The hotel is not the most expensive,but worth the money

Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes

There is a game room, mini golf, lots of pools, an aquapark for the bigger and smaller ones, a bar, a restaurant, if you are going here you will have the time of your life!

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a pleasant experience. I would be happy to visit it again.

Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

the room is cleaned every day. food is generally very steep, all cooked deliciously and from the main restaurant, just not crawling. the hotel is better than expected

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

The beach is amazing and only a 200 meter stroll from the hotel lobby. Fabulous sand and a gentle slope into the water with no rocks, super safe with lifeguards every hundred meters

Delicious cuisine and a clean restaurant, the chef is simply cool. We have been to very expensive and famous hotel chains, so this small, incredibly cozy, quiet little hotel is 100% worthy of attention

A very nice hotel by the sea, the best, clean beach along the coastline. The hotel manager - a young guy Krasimir is simply incredible, all issues were resolved very quickly and positively

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

I had a lot of cosmetics that I bought all new packaged it was worth a lot of money ampoules for a full treatment for three months and a pair of new shoes

The beach is clean,very comfortable entrance to the sea with children. We live in room 602, with a slice of sea view. The hotel is quiet autumn, a Wake up service. Wifi works perfectly in the room

Near bus stop (2 minutes) and a good supermarket. Room cleaned daily, very clean. The air conditioning in the room works. The hotel has its own pool with free sunbeds for residents

They were constantly cleaning. One area I think needs sorting is the hot tub in the spa area, buttons didnt work, water was murky and the outflow was green. All staff work hard all day every day

Whilst the restaurants and bars have set opening hours the range of food and drinks available are more than enough. The dining room staff are very efficient in clearing the tables sometimes too efficient

Had a fantastic weeks holiday at this hotel, we asked for a quiet room and thats exactly what we got, room was really good, bed comfy

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

The waiters were very quick and clearing the table just after you finished your meal. Not very friendly but was okay. The massage was lovely and would recommend having one while staying at the hotel

We did not finish the appetizer, the starter, the main dish nor the dessert. The staff is weird, when we complaint that the food is not good, they answered "it is your choice to eat at the all inclusive buffet"

Alongside tempting desserts and a wide selection of fruit, there were several flavors of ice cream to choose from. Bars operated from morning until late evening, serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very polite and pleasant. The room was serviced everyday no matter what time we got up. Food in the restaurant was basic but edible

Our room was furnished with modern, comfortable furniture, featured whisper-quiet air conditioning, and had a spacious balcony with views of either the sea or the pool

First the fact that everyone keeps reserving the sunbeds at 6 am, even if it says clearly this is not permited. Second it was full o families with small children, but we knew it wasn’t an adults only from start

Cons: yes you may need to ask for the room to be cleaned at times but who cares. Again you pay peanuts vs what you would get elsewhere. So just ask and stop being spoiled brats on here complaining abt stupid stuff

Is it at the standard of a 5 start in the Maldives , def not but for what you pay you get 5 times more than you would anywhere else. The place is quiet during Sep which is why I love coming here then

It feels like I have it all to myself. So if you are looking for a party resort or busy places don’t come but if you want nature peace and relaxation then this is a brilliant hotel

Not to mention the location and mountains and sea all around with clean air and beautiful settings. Food I thought was delicious with a ton of options

Great time with family! We just back yesterday. We had room with beautiful view on mountains and sea (7 level). Amazing food - A lot of different dishes on breakfast, luch and dinner

Hello,so i wanted to tell,that your hotel is pretty good. Because the apartment is very nice,even apartment is having a TV! Every day nice woman cleaning the apartment

A mass of flaws: broken toilets in the shared bathrooms, air conditioning in the rooms work barely in the restaurant, on the contrary there is no proper ventilation - the son even lost consciousness from lack of air and heat 3

Maintenance and cleanliness lacking. Food was eatable, but drinks are low quality and there's no option to pay for something better. It's not as bad as some reviews imply, but don't go there with high expectations.

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

That's on the flip side of that soon as you walk out the hotel there are lots of bars unrestaurants on the beach strip goes on for about one mile lots to do the bar on the beach was very poor only serving beer and one soft drink plenty of sun lounges on the beach though

The all-in is literally all-in. food and drinks all day long and even snacks at night. several bars ranging from beach bar to pool bar ,open till 1800. I received an awesome room with big balcony facing the sea

I celebrated my birthday at the Toscana restaurant with my family. We were taken care of by the staff the whole time. We had a beautifully arranged table and there was a surprise champagne waiting for us

Me and my friends enjoyed it as much as we could. The food the drinks were all great and the staff were very generous with the amount of alcohol they put in the drinks

The hotel is popular with local Russian speakers, Germans, and other tourists. The rooms are quite clean, clean is fine if you tip a few lion. Wi-Fi paid, the pool is cold, Parking at the hotel free of charge

The view from the rooms on both sides no. Breakfasts monotonous, but to the hungry are not left nirazu. Often for dinner, products, tasty fish. Drink only water, tea-coffee-lemonade money in the bar

The meals are as varied as possible, snack bar during the day plus breakfast, lunch and dinner. Surprisingly good quality of everything, sometimes the meat was raw though

It was extremely positive that we were able to check in and occupy the room by 11 am. An advice to make the experience even better: the bottom of the pools could be a bit cleaner

I loved that they have a library with a lot of books from where we can choose what to read. Was very close to beach, close to stores and we had a lot of activities to do

The outdoor pool is a bit cold in September, but the indoor pool is still hot and there is a sauna. The beach is about 3 minutes away, right next to the strip

Everything was just amazing! We had a wonderful vacation thanks to iHotel. Great personal, quality food, Thai massage and sauna was awesome
