Great Spa

There are terraces on each floor, two pools, a gym, and a pool table (in subpar condition) downstairs. There is also SPA, we did not tried it. Drinks from the bar were acceptable, with no major complaints

Regarding the cleanliness of the bars, the restaurant bar was generally acceptable, but the pool bar needed improvement. We noticed mold in various places, including the ice bucket

Coffee from the restaurant bar (the one with manual espresso machine) was good, there are two guys who make it even very good

However, they have no fresh lemon or lime, and sometimes ice could be in short supply. On a few occasions, some soft mixers were unavailable, but overall, it was okay - it's important to keep your expectations realistic

In September, the town is peaceful, but it livens up during the holiday season. The weather was great, except for one rainy day. As for the hotel, we opted for a sea-view apartment with a spacious balcony

They offer snacks between meals and grilled meat in the main bar, which we only discovered later. During check-in, we received our key cards and no further guidance. Explore the hotel, as no one shows you around

The complex has 2 restaurants, shop, 24-hour reception. An inconvenience on arrival and departure is that luggage must be carried with a stroller

There is a coastal path, it is also suitable for walks. A nice place for families and more. 1 with artificial waves, 1 with a large water slide, many with smaller slides

The complex consists of 2 parts - divides them by the main road into upper and lower part. At the bottom they do not let you stop by car, only at the top

I recommend for a holiday. The complex has everything, shops, bars, pubs, several swimming pools and a private beach. I recommend the DARIA apartment!!!

Great location right on the seafront. Pros: -two bars, restaurant(with an inflated price tag and not the most delicious food, and luckily, nearby is a great cafe) , -two large pools, one with children's area, -Wi-Fi

You can feel the freedom! It waa so clean, big apartment! The pool was available 24/7 and the view from the balkony was so lit💥

Fabulous complex. Apartments comfortable and complete with all essential equipment for preparing food etc. Extra large swimming pool plus a smaller pool with poolside bar. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Excellent, very well maintained and beautiful complex with large green area, which in itself is a rarity. Beautiful huge waterfront restaurant with a medium price category and a tasty menu

Everything can be negotiated and there is no sense something nedovolstvo, because it is only personal limitations are all solved in the best way and instantly!!! Thank You!

Lovely place beautiful views it has 7 pools one indoor has a reasonably good gym. Scenery is amazing well kept flower gardens. Breakfast isn't that great but nice places in sunny beach for a decent meal...

The rooms are fully equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday with a supermarket within the complex several restaurants and the beach is on our doorstep

Trading as 5 star maybe when it opened but no more than 3 due to the availability and quality of food and drinks. Vista bar has juice on menu but when I asked they only had concentrate from a tetrapak

Staff are lovely and friendly here at the hotel although you will quickly find here in Bulgaria when you leave the complex as a British tourist the people are extremely rude and don’t have manners like we do, they come across rude and ignorant but that is with most people here so don’t take it personally and be mindful not to let it ruin your holiday as it is not personal it’s just how they are

Overall I would recommend The Garden of Eden to all wanting a peaceful holiday if you have children you won’t be disappointed as so much for them to do and a safe hotel to take your loved ones

Bus stops are within 5 minutes travelling daily to nessebar and sunny beach. Our studio is spacious and has excellent WiFi, washing machine, microwave, oven, hairdryer, iron and more

Well, First to start is it a 5star hotel, but I'll give 4 because: - gym and spa center was charged (despite that initially in the offer was included in all-inclusive - I can comment on hygiene - Cutlery and crockery wasn't washed properly Otherwise - food and staff were amazing

Beautiful location right on the sandy beach with stunning sea views.Hotel with clean well-maintained rooms in decent comfort (TV,air conditioning, full comfort), the food in the inclusive But varied and tasty. RECOMMEND!

Reseptionists and porters are very helpful and respects all the guests. Beach and swimming pool are absolutely not for five star hotel. The worse experience is the communication with the staff in the restaurant and bars

The second year we stayed in this hotel in September. Great place! It is protected from the autumn winds from the North mountain, so the whole of September it is warm, warmer than the next, in Sunny Beach

The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close. It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella

If is posiblle to arrange the sun beds with a litlle bit more distance between of them for more privacy and introducing a litlle bit more varietty for food and for the enterteinment

Clean rooms , excellent staff and an amazing view of the Black Sea! The food is magnificent and the pools are clean and maintained.

The hotel is focused on fitness, which explored all the free space, which is why there is no children's playground. allinclusive food during the day could be better available, only drinks at the pool bar

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms. Incredible gym and pool area and few meters away from the beach. Everything is perfect except the food if you are on block table. The food from Rose restaurant is very good

Worse then any other hotel I have been - Around the sunbeds outside( not the ones near the pool, but the ones near the sea) is full of ants and some tiny flies that bite us all the time and now ,few days later i'm still covered in very itchy pimples on the legs and hands

Amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Waitress was very kind and spoke English very well. The chicken with caramelised onion waa incredible! Shall definitely come again. Restaurant open to all, not just hotel guests

Rooms cleaned daily hotel and all surroundings cleaned daily. Tony the owner will do anything to help you I asked him for kaiserdom beer he had not got any but he did order some for me

Great place to stay within easy distance to the beach and marina,all shops and town centre are within short walking distance. Pleasant and very friendly staff and rooms spotless.

Everything you could expect from a family run hotel food is brill staff are excellent and Tony who owns it goes that extra mile ten out ten for us

Food is a little bit monotenous (especiall the breakfast) but its a small 3-star family hotel not a huge all inclusive. The poolside is totaly okay, enogh sunbeds and the pool is also nice and clean

Incredible value! Three meals, including a couple of beers each for my wife and I, and 4 soft drinks for our Son have ranged from £18 to £24, depending on whether we had starters/desserts with our mains

Good thing it has a restaurant as we were with small kids - couldn't easily have a late dinner somewhere else

As it is small, it was a good thing that dinner and breakfast were on a buffet - everything was just prepared and fresh, not some frozen foods from months ago

I highly recommend the Family Hotel Venera. The rooms were very clean, the swimming pool was large and the food was delicious. You can feel the soul of the hotel owners, who are very nice and helpful

Generally cant find any fault with all staff , even managed to get a smile out of the security guard on the front gate one day 😉👍 As it is a new ultra all inclusive hotel your always gonna get a few teething problems , not alot but a few

Only other issue for me was the buffet restaurant and all day snack bar , and although you have a great choice for all tastes , the hot food was rarely hot , just warm , so I would look at that before next season starts

Other than above we had a great holiday in a beautiful new hotel with some amazing food in the al carte and buffet restaurants , even allowing for above comments. Thank you & and well done so far

But I would recommend looking at your choice of drinks. Yes you do have all the big brand top shelf spirits , but some of us don't really do the top shelf etc

Various meals, great staff, very clean location, spotless, beautiful gardens, no disturbing mosquitoes or flies, big swimming pools, water tubes for children and adults. Lovely small and clean beaches down the hotel

Great staff, very clean, lots of entertainment, great location, can eat at the nearby restaurants or the restaurant on site, or walk to the supermarket just a few hundred metres away to cook your own food

There is a very nice restaurant, the Taste, inside the property with delicious food and very good frappe 😃. We loved everything here! 🤗🤗🤗

Third day in Premium Fort and it has to be one of the best hotels we've been to and great value for money. The animator team has to be congratulated, always keeping their guests entertained, it's never boring
