The room is well furnished, clean and cozy, garden and pool are clean and green. The location is perfect - very close to the beach, Dinevi port and main road. The owners are awesome people, very friendly and helpful

A fantastic place, right at the sea with amazing view. Besides the sea you have several pool options, as well. The resort has three restaurants and several bars. You will definitely find your favourit food and drinks

The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach

Lovely spot, right on the beach. Once you get there you probably hardly will prefer other spot. Many restaurants in and the landscape is just pure masterpiece. I do recommend.

Lovely hotel. Apartments are great,cleaned every day,fresh towels daily. Most staff very pleasant but the supermarket staff are miserable. Reception staff and the hotel taxi drivers are great. Would recommend this hotel.

Lovely place beautiful views it has 7 pools one indoor has a reasonably good gym. Scenery is amazing well kept flower gardens. Breakfast isn't that great but nice places in sunny beach for a decent meal...

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

You can rent sunbeds for 10 Leva and there's a paid beach bar, open until around 11 PM. Nearby, you'll find another beach bar called La Cubanita, and Sveti Vlas' marina

Every place you can be in the hotel has astonishing views of the sea coast! The restaurant has traditional Bulgarian food which is nice for a vacation here in order to get in touch with the country itself

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills. those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience

We had reserved a specific hotel room that wasn't available so they gifted us an extra room and champagne with fruits. The beach is right in front which would probably be the main reason someone would pick the hotel

It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

Hotel is OK, clean, rooms are spatious ,room service every day. lot of food practically anytime you want,quality of food is high standard: lot of vegetable, fruit ,fish ,chicken and pork

Worse then any other hotel I have been - Around the sunbeds outside( not the ones near the pool, but the ones near the sea) is full of ants and some tiny flies that bite us all the time and now ,few days later i'm still covered in very itchy pimples on the legs and hands

Rooms were great, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and warm, very good SPA zone and awesome breakfast. Great location on the first line and near the supermarket (Mercury)

I really liked the free sunbeds near the beach. But there is still room for improvement: - As many other pointed out, the WiFi in the room was terrible

The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close. It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella

I arrived here on 15 july and I am still in this hotel. I want to share my personal opinion about it. I got a room very clean with a nice balcony. Everything in the bathroom was perfect

A private beach to enjoy the Black sea, salt water swimming pools, just a quite place to sit, an elegant restaurant with great food and personnel, the room with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows! All personnel in the complex are friendly and always willing to make your stay the best!

ONYX new restaurant is by far the best culinary indulgence in the area. Fine cuisine and exquisite atmosphere will surprise even the most experienced connoisseurs.

Fabulous complex. Apartments comfortable and complete with all essential equipment for preparing food etc. Extra large swimming pool plus a smaller pool with poolside bar. Friendly and very helpful staff.

On the beach ( paid, from Casa real discount for 2 leva for each subject) there are paths it is convenient for carriages, a bar with ice cream and drinks, live music on the weekends to dance

Excellent, very well maintained and beautiful complex with large green area, which in itself is a rarity. Beautiful huge waterfront restaurant with a medium price category and a tasty menu

There is also a VIP area for 35 Lev for a sunbed, I think. Incredibly cheap and delicious produce, fruits and vegetables. Rest is for 16 days was not nearly as tired of a beach holiday, for us it is a rarity

The pool is clean and well maintained and although sat straight on the marina it still feels private. There were only 12 sunbeds out when we visited but there were only some of them in use

This was our first time staying on the marina at St. The palace hotel is very well appointed as you would expect from a 5* hotel. The staff are well mannered and attentive. The hotel has a good range of facilities

Generally cant find any fault with all staff , even managed to get a smile out of the security guard on the front gate one day 😉👍 As it is a new ultra all inclusive hotel your always gonna get a few teething problems , not alot but a few

I understand it was towards the end of season when I was there , so maybe when hotel has more guests the food turn around would probably solve that , or just cook to order ,I wouldn't mind the wait , especially as it was quite when we went

Only other issue for me was the buffet restaurant and all day snack bar , and although you have a great choice for all tastes , the hot food was rarely hot , just warm , so I would look at that before next season starts

Lastly, as there is no bus stop near by and taxis to Nessebar or sunny beach can be pricey ,if your going shopping, sight seeing etc. perhaps a shuttle bus twice a day would be great, even at a small charge

Other than above we had a great holiday in a beautiful new hotel with some amazing food in the al carte and buffet restaurants , even allowing for above comments. Thank you & and well done so far

But I would recommend looking at your choice of drinks. Yes you do have all the big brand top shelf spirits , but some of us don't really do the top shelf etc

The location, only a few minutes from the beach and it also had a pool on site. The apartment was spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. Customer service was easy as it was all done via the booking

com web site, the hotel was very quick to respond and helped with all our queries

small inconveniences as far as I am concerned considering the good price for apartments located directly on the beach, with sea-view or private pool. but I wanted to mention the randomness of the apartments quality

The complex is way above our expectations; right on the beach, nice architecture, the buildings are very well maintained, the gardens also well maintained, the beach is clean and it's not completely full of umbrellas, it has a small supermarket very close by, and 3 decently priced restaurants with decent food in the vicinity

However, it's quite small and I would recommend you to visit another beach. You can go to it from the hotel's beach to the left on the coastline. What else, it's far from the city centre so you'll need to go by bus there

You can find better quality for that price in the town, but you have to walk a bit. But we stayed in some apartments which are probably privately owned by separate people, and the apartments are of more

Cool hotel with cool apartments. I've relaxed there in 2017 so I definitely liked it. There is a small grocery and a restaurant into this complex so you don't have to go somewhere far go eat tasty

The sofas were good, the bed also, the kitchenette has the basic utensils, but. there's the risk that the toilet flushing system fails sporadically, or that the water heater breaks

Good service. Well-groomed area near the apartments. Convenient location relative to shopping and entertainment outlets. A place for a relaxing family holiday. We vacationed in September 2019.

The hotel we stayed in was Arena, next to Lazur. (It turned out that there was no free rooms after we made reservation so they upgraded us to Arena without additional payment) :)
