Hotels with heated pool in Sveti Vlas

Is a big plus that my room was cleaned almost every day and also i had my towels and the bed sheets changed. The food is having a great taste and it's very fresh too. Never happened to feel bad after i ate

The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close. It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella

Hotel facilities are absolutely spot on. Food is at a very high standard and outdoor swimming pools are spotless. There's a bar outside that works till very late and offers free drinks 😉

Clean rooms , excellent staff and an amazing view of the Black Sea! The food is magnificent and the pools are clean and maintained.

I arrived here on 15 july and I am still in this hotel. I want to share my personal opinion about it. I got a room very clean with a nice balcony. Everything in the bathroom was perfect

Lovely place beautiful views it has 7 pools one indoor has a reasonably good gym. Scenery is amazing well kept flower gardens. Breakfast isn't that great but nice places in sunny beach for a decent meal...

A fantastic place, right at the sea with amazing view. Besides the sea you have several pool options, as well. The resort has three restaurants and several bars. You will definitely find your favourit food and drinks

I asked for them to be turned on and was told they were on. This is where this place fails. The staff have a terrible attitude. I asked for a manager and was told none on duty. Pool (billiard ) table has ripped felt

Overall I would recommend The Garden of Eden to all wanting a peaceful holiday if you have children you won’t be disappointed as so much for them to do and a safe hotel to take your loved ones

Bus stops are within 5 minutes travelling daily to nessebar and sunny beach. Our studio is spacious and has excellent WiFi, washing machine, microwave, oven, hairdryer, iron and more

The rooms are fully equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday with a supermarket within the complex several restaurants and the beach is on our doorstep

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Instant coffee from Lobby Bar does not count. Hotel stuff is neat and smiling yet they lack more advanced english skills. those might be useful and it could leverage customer experience

We had reserved a specific hotel room that wasn't available so they gifted us an extra room and champagne with fruits. The beach is right in front which would probably be the main reason someone would pick the hotel

It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

Various meals, great staff, very clean location, spotless, beautiful gardens, no disturbing mosquitoes or flies, big swimming pools, water tubes for children and adults. Lovely small and clean beaches down the hotel

At the main pool there are two big slides, which both the kids and the adults loved 😃😍 The beach is very close, about 2 minutes away. You can find anything you need at the property, but also in the area

Everything is very clean and tidy! Large hotel area. There are large swimming pools with slides on the hotel grounds for both children and adults. For dinner, different food is served every day

Third day in Premium Fort and it has to be one of the best hotels we've been to and great value for money. The animator team has to be congratulated, always keeping their guests entertained, it's never boring

Great staff, very clean, lots of entertainment, great location, can eat at the nearby restaurants or the restaurant on site, or walk to the supermarket just a few hundred metres away to cook your own food

It is extremely clean, beautiful, with very friendly staff, with very good food!🤗🤗🤗 They have an animation team for kids and adults, every day they organize activities for entertainment

Reseptionists and porters are very helpful and respects all the guests. Beach and swimming pool are absolutely not for five star hotel. The worse experience is the communication with the staff in the restaurant and bars

The second year we stayed in this hotel in September. Great place! It is protected from the autumn winds from the North mountain, so the whole of September it is warm, warmer than the next, in Sunny Beach

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

The rooms were cool, especially the bathrooms, but at a 5 stars hotel to not have Smart TVs? The water is clear, beautiful pools. Overall, this hotel is decent, but I wouldn’t have given it 5 stars if it was for me

The room was comfortable, with large beds, daily room service, and fresh towels. However, it wasn't spotlessly clean; a spider in the corner stayed with us throughout our stay (I do not kill them)

You can rent sunbeds for 10 Leva and there's a paid beach bar, open until around 11 PM. Nearby, you'll find another beach bar called La Cubanita, and Sveti Vlas' marina

Our biggest thanks goes to the animation team, they made our vacation unforgettable always being there for us and our kids, nevertheless the hotel doesn’t have much entertainment facilities they always manage to come up with something creative and fun to do especially their dance show with boys and girls from Cuba on Saturday! Worse then any other hotel I have been - Around the sunbeds outside( not the ones near the pool, but the ones near the sea) is full of ants and some tiny flies that bite us all the time and now ,few days later i'm still covered in very itchy pimples on the legs and hands

Rooms were great, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and warm, very good SPA zone and awesome breakfast. Great location on the first line and near the supermarket (Mercury)

I really liked the free sunbeds near the beach. But there is still room for improvement: - As many other pointed out, the WiFi in the room was terrible

Fabulous complex. Apartments comfortable and complete with all essential equipment for preparing food etc. Extra large swimming pool plus a smaller pool with poolside bar. Friendly and very helpful staff.

On the beach ( paid, from Casa real discount for 2 leva for each subject) there are paths it is convenient for carriages, a bar with ice cream and drinks, live music on the weekends to dance

Excellent, very well maintained and beautiful complex with large green area, which in itself is a rarity. Beautiful huge waterfront restaurant with a medium price category and a tasty menu

A private beach to enjoy the Black sea, salt water swimming pools, just a quite place to sit, an elegant restaurant with great food and personnel, the room with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows! All personnel in the complex are friendly and always willing to make your stay the best!

ONYX new restaurant is by far the best culinary indulgence in the area. Fine cuisine and exquisite atmosphere will surprise even the most experienced connoisseurs.

The pool is clean and well maintained and although sat straight on the marina it still feels private. There were only 12 sunbeds out when we visited but there were only some of them in use

Place where you can relax and enjoy your time :) they clean every day you have all what you need in the apartment and you can use the pool if you want :) only the Wi-Fi is not I included but it's not expensive 3lv

The service was excellent, the menu had some different dishes on it compared to the usual local menus, the food was tasty, the setting nice and overall value for money was good. We hope to visit again next year

Great holiday aparthotel, 250 m to the sandy beach and beautiful marina.

The location, only a few minutes from the beach and it also had a pool on site. The apartment was spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. Customer service was easy as it was all done via the booking

small inconveniences as far as I am concerned considering the good price for apartments located directly on the beach, with sea-view or private pool. but I wanted to mention the randomness of the apartments quality

The complex is way above our expectations; right on the beach, nice architecture, the buildings are very well maintained, the gardens also well maintained, the beach is clean and it's not completely full of umbrellas, it has a small supermarket very close by, and 3 decently priced restaurants with decent food in the vicinity

However, it's quite small and I would recommend you to visit another beach. You can go to it from the hotel's beach to the left on the coastline. What else, it's far from the city centre so you'll need to go by bus there

You can find better quality for that price in the town, but you have to walk a bit. But we stayed in some apartments which are probably privately owned by separate people, and the apartments are of more

Cool hotel with cool apartments. I've relaxed there in 2017 so I definitely liked it. There is a small grocery and a restaurant into this complex so you don't have to go somewhere far go eat tasty

The sofas were good, the bed also, the kitchenette has the basic utensils, but. there's the risk that the toilet flushing system fails sporadically, or that the water heater breaks

Generally cant find any fault with all staff , even managed to get a smile out of the security guard on the front gate one day 😉👍 As it is a new ultra all inclusive hotel your always gonna get a few teething problems , not alot but a few

I understand it was towards the end of season when I was there , so maybe when hotel has more guests the food turn around would probably solve that , or just cook to order ,I wouldn't mind the wait , especially as it was quite when we went

Only other issue for me was the buffet restaurant and all day snack bar , and although you have a great choice for all tastes , the hot food was rarely hot , just warm , so I would look at that before next season starts

Low density on the beach compared to Sunny beach or Golden peckam

The hotel we stayed in was Arena, next to Lazur. (It turned out that there was no free rooms after we made reservation so they upgraded us to Arena without additional payment) :)
