This hotel is suitable for families with children. Beautiful beach, wonderful smooth entry into the sea

Hotel is in a fantastic location even though it is quiet. On check in the reception staff were not very helpful as to where the room was etc and not very informative as to how to get to places etc outside of the hotel

The Nessebar ferry leaves from the hotels beach but none of the reception staff knew or would say how to get to the jetty or the price of it even though they advertise the ferry within the hotel

The food was ok but trying to get any was not always worth the barging and pushing about that the Russian guests seemed to deem ok to do to you to make sure they didn’t have to queue like polite people did and wait their turn

Often we ended up with only salad as it saved the hassle. The bar lad in the Joy bar Bramin was fabulous as was his colleague and actually took the time to speak and make an effort to get to know us

This meant that there was no possibility of booking excursions. Unfortunately, I have to say that the food on offer was really abysmal. There was not much variety and the meat was dry and not warm at all

A fantastic place, right at the sea with amazing view. Besides the sea you have several pool options, as well. The resort has three restaurants and several bars. You will definitely find your favourit food and drinks

The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach

The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a good variety of options (and delicious coffee!)

The price of the stay and the view of the sea from the room were definitely a plus! The only downside was the transportation connection to the city, which could be challenging outside of the peak season, as well as closed money exchange

Lovely place beautiful views it has 7 pools one indoor has a reasonably good gym. Scenery is amazing well kept flower gardens. Breakfast isn't that great but nice places in sunny beach for a decent meal...

Lovely spot, right on the beach. Once you get there you probably hardly will prefer other spot. Many restaurants in and the landscape is just pure masterpiece. I do recommend.

Clean and quiet Hotel with sea views. Many opportunities for activities in the environment. Nice Staff. Good Food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close. It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella

The hotel was very clean and the food was very good, could find no faults at all. We hope to return in 2026 with two more members of the family

You can feel the freedom! It waa so clean, big apartment! The pool was available 24/7 and the view from the balkony was so lit💥

Fabulous complex. Apartments comfortable and complete with all essential equipment for preparing food etc. Extra large swimming pool plus a smaller pool with poolside bar. Friendly and very helpful staff.

3 pools: with bar and waterfall, a children's another. There is a beauty salon with lots of services and massage are available on site, children's club, on the other side of the complex a good Playground, Spa

On the beach ( paid, from Casa real discount for 2 leva for each subject) there are paths it is convenient for carriages, a bar with ice cream and drinks, live music on the weekends to dance

There is also a VIP area for 35 Lev for a sunbed, I think. Incredibly cheap and delicious produce, fruits and vegetables. Rest is for 16 days was not nearly as tired of a beach holiday, for us it is a rarity

We also appreciated that there were healthy options as well. Our family room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. Everything in the hotel felt safe, family-friendly, and well thought out

The rooms have a great sea view. Perfect service and a unique experience! We was in room with central from sea view - free minibar it been clean every day and staff was so friendly . We shall be back again

There’s a wonderful animator named Maria who was so kind and energetic – our kids ran to her every morning and didn’t want to leave! It gave us parents a bit of time to unwind by the pool or enjoy the SPA

From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The hotel itself is elegant and beautifully maintained, with stunning sea views and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind

We stayed in a room with a central sea view – the minibar was free, everything was cleaned daily, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

We had reserved a specific hotel room that wasn't available so they gifted us an extra room and champagne with fruits. The beach is right in front which would probably be the main reason someone would pick the hotel

It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

A very good foursome in Sveti Vlas. Located right near the sea. Nice service and maintenance. Delicious Bulgarian and European cuisine.

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Kid's corner Pools (but the water might be cold for someone) The sea was crystal clear and very warm. Bad stuff: Dangerous items in the rooms (see photos)

Great place for holiday! Building with unique architecture! Huge and clean swimming pool! Helpful and positive staff! Very tasty food with lots of variety for everyone! Perfect for family and children! Cozy and quite location, very close to the beach! The room is new with view both to the sea and the mountain, nicely designed and clean, spacious bathroom! Much more than I expected! Hotel was very nice, dinners was much better than in Egypt or Turkey. The sea was warm and the swimming pool was clear. I'm so excited to have being in this hotel.

Great pool, professional waiters but not so helpful reception (except on some days). Had to ask for cleaning of the drain for 3 times - wasn't done. No night life but great place for family vacation

In general, we enjoyed staying in this hotel so much! It is close to the sea. Fyi, all inclusive includes only local drinks, but unlimited amount of food and fruits :)

The prices are around 70% cheaper than the norm, but the quality, service and range is still good. We stopped here for food instead of trawling all the way to old town and didn’t regret it

A crackin little restaurant with really friendly owners. There is a full range of traditional cuisine which reminded me of our stays in Lozinetz over the years

For the English they do breakfasts and other items if you are the type for your Home comforts

All the staff work hard and long days. Hot and cold food was very good could have been a little better but we enjoyed all what we had This hotel is well worth a visit must be the cleanest in the area we shall return

Rooms cleaned daily hotel and all surroundings cleaned daily. Tony the owner will do anything to help you I asked him for kaiserdom beer he had not got any but he did order some for me

Everything you could expect from a family run hotel food is brill staff are excellent and Tony who owns it goes that extra mile ten out ten for us

5 stars because of the staff of the hotel, they are so sweet, caring and professional. The hotel itself is from the early 2000 and it is not renovated fully

However, it has all the necessities, our room was clean and nice. The location was perfect and also the restaurant has great view of the sea. We both would recommend for a budget vacation

It's ok, food is nice I wont to have different food, more alcool drinks, in room to make cleaning every day😁

Only other issue for me was the buffet restaurant and all day snack bar , and although you have a great choice for all tastes , the hot food was rarely hot , just warm , so I would look at that before next season starts

I understand it was towards the end of season when I was there , so maybe when hotel has more guests the food turn around would probably solve that , or just cook to order ,I wouldn't mind the wait , especially as it was quite when we went

Lastly, as there is no bus stop near by and taxis to Nessebar or sunny beach can be pricey ,if your going shopping, sight seeing etc. perhaps a shuttle bus twice a day would be great, even at a small charge

Very close supermarket (Grand Market) with very good prices - Although they said that it is possible, at the hotel we did not manage to pay by card, also at the hotel store to pay by card they conditioned us to buy at least 10 levs, which is illegal

At the tonnage in Sunny Beach, a salesman with not very white skin (to be elegant) wanted to fool me with the rest, it turned out that I gave him 5 levs instead of 10, increased attention from where you do small shopping

Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats

Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Overall good for the price paid for all inclusive

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

Every place you can be in the hotel has astonishing views of the sea coast! The restaurant has traditional Bulgarian food which is nice for a vacation here in order to get in touch with the country itself

We spent 7 great nights in this hotel from 2nd-9th of June. Great position on the sea, perfect indoor with clean swimming pool. Inside hotel clean, staff and the service prefect. Great kitchen with big menu choose

He wanders around at a snails pace, there are 2 pools, 1 approx 1m deep and the other 1. He sits at the side of the 1m metre pool with all of his equipment at the top of a set of stairs on the other side of the pool

The hotel in general needs some care and attention as it's looking a little neglected. The only place to relax at night within the hotel is the pool bar. There is no entertainment during the day or the evening

The cleanliness of the hotel is good, our room was tidied daily but not really cleaned to a high standard. The negatives The pools are cold water and left dirty with sand, hair, objects settled at the bottom
