A fantastic place, right at the sea with amazing view. Besides the sea you have several pool options, as well. The resort has three restaurants and several bars. You will definitely find your favourit food and drinks

The hotel made a very positive impression on me. The entire complex is quite large, with a well-organized and clean inner courtyard. There are several pools and access to a sandy beach

The breakfast buffet was tasty, with a good variety of options (and delicious coffee!)

The price of the stay and the view of the sea from the room were definitely a plus! The only downside was the transportation connection to the city, which could be challenging outside of the peak season, as well as closed money exchange

Lovely place beautiful views it has 7 pools one indoor has a reasonably good gym. Scenery is amazing well kept flower gardens. Breakfast isn't that great but nice places in sunny beach for a decent meal...

Lovely spot, right on the beach. Once you get there you probably hardly will prefer other spot. Many restaurants in and the landscape is just pure masterpiece. I do recommend.

Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled

Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss ?. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Nataliya) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve

You can rent sunbeds for 10 Leva and there's a paid beach bar, open until around 11 PM. Nearby, you'll find another beach bar called La Cubanita, and Sveti Vlas' marina

Large rooms with a beautiful view of the nearby beach and sea. The beach is really close to the hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the piccolo Stoyan was very nice and responsive. However, the staff near the main pool is amazing. The bartender Pavel is a nice and funny guy, always gives the best drinks

The food is very good even if there are few varieties. Super nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. The only problem is the beach because it is small and not arranged. You must come with a towel and an umbrella

Friendly & attentive staff, clean spaces, entertainment available, rich & delicious food selections, beach immediate access, beautiful sceneries. Highly recommended for guaranteed pleasant experience.

It is one of the best hotels on the sea side. Right next to the sea, great rooms and absolutely amazing entertainment and food. I'd repeat there 💯

Cosy hotel, excellent food, friendly and professional staff, perfect location - beach access paaio from the hotel, plenty of entertainment for children and their parents, silence, tranquility, rest.

Sweet lovers should be content also. I am fond of coffee and i must say i liked local coffee so much ,only shame coffee is available on breakfasts. If you get sleepy after lunch you are hamstrung

Kid's corner Pools (but the water might be cold for someone) The sea was crystal clear and very warm. Bad stuff: Dangerous items in the rooms (see photos)

Worse then any other hotel I have been - Around the sunbeds outside( not the ones near the pool, but the ones near the sea) is full of ants and some tiny flies that bite us all the time and now ,few days later i'm still covered in very itchy pimples on the legs and hands

I really liked the free sunbeds near the beach. But there is still room for improvement: - As many other pointed out, the WiFi in the room was terrible

Great hotel, great staff, great rooms. Incredible gym and pool area and few meters away from the beach. Everything is perfect except the food if you are on block table. The food from Rose restaurant is very good

nice hotel, well located right by the sea. I consider it a drawback that the beach was paid for and the hotel did not have a bar on the beach

Rooms were great, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and warm, very good SPA zone and awesome breakfast. Great location on the first line and near the supermarket (Mercury)

2) Good infastracture and amenities, but if you are naturalist the sea is 30 meters away. 3) Busy hotel, high season i guess

Beautiful location with very nice seaview. Spectacular access to the beach by 4 panoramic elevators.

Reseptionists and porters are very helpful and respects all the guests. Beach and swimming pool are absolutely not for five star hotel. The worse experience is the communication with the staff in the restaurant and bars

The second year we stayed in this hotel in September. Great place! It is protected from the autumn winds from the North mountain, so the whole of September it is warm, warmer than the next, in Sunny Beach

Well, First to start is it a 5star hotel, but I'll give 4 because: - gym and spa center was charged (despite that initially in the offer was included in all-inclusive - I can comment on hygiene - Cutlery and crockery wasn't washed properly Otherwise - food and staff were amazing

Clean rooms , excellent staff and an amazing view of the Black Sea! The food is magnificent and the pools are clean and maintained.

Is a big plus that my room was cleaned almost every day and also i had my towels and the bed sheets changed. The food is having a great taste and it's very fresh too. Never happened to feel bad after i ate

The hotel is like just 50 m from the beach,very very close. It s not a big beach but it s a nice one,also you have a FREE zone for towels and umbrella

I arrived here on 15 july and I am still in this hotel. I want to share my personal opinion about it. I got a room very clean with a nice balcony. Everything in the bathroom was perfect

We are currently on holiday, everything is just great! Room 228 with a sea view! 3 minutes to the sea, the room is big, compared to France, it's a mansion! The staff is very friendly, speaks your language, even without knowing it 😀 I want to come back, this is our first time in Bulgaria, and we did not regret our choice, the sea is clean and very warm, a sunbed and umbrella are 18 leva, in Jurmala...

Great place for holiday! Building with unique architecture! Huge and clean swimming pool! Helpful and positive staff! Very tasty food with lots of variety for everyone! Much more than I expected! Hotel was very nice, dinners was much better than in Egypt or Turkey. The sea was warm and the swimming pool was clear. I'm so excited to have being in this hotel.

Great pool, professional waiters but not so helpful reception (except on some days). Had to ask for cleaning of the drain for 3 times - wasn't done. No night life but great place for family vacation

In general, we enjoyed staying in this hotel so much! It is close to the sea. Fyi, all inclusive includes only local drinks, but unlimited amount of food and fruits :)

This place has incredible massage guys! Might be one of the best in this country. Not even joking. Ramazan is the man!

At the main pool there are two big slides, which both the kids and the adults loved 😃😍 The beach is very close, about 2 minutes away. You can find anything you need at the property, but also in the area

Beach just outside the gate is clean and well maintained, if a tad busy at times, and easy to get to Sunny Beach if the mood takes you. The ideal family holiday hotel

The entry to the beach is convenient and the water can be compared to ocean water found in Australia, the USA etc. The staff is very friendly and all speak English

Third day in Premium Fort and it has to be one of the best hotels we've been to and great value for money. The animator team has to be congratulated, always keeping their guests entertained, it's never boring

Great place to stay within easy distance to the beach and marina,all shops and town centre are within short walking distance. Pleasant and very friendly staff and rooms spotless.

Rooms cleaned daily hotel and all surroundings cleaned daily. Tony the owner will do anything to help you I asked him for kaiserdom beer he had not got any but he did order some for me

ONYX new restaurant is by far the best culinary indulgence in the area. Fine cuisine and exquisite atmosphere will surprise even the most experienced connoisseurs.

This is truly an amazing place! As I was there in the beginning of June I was able the enjoy this wonderful complex

Big rooms and next to the beach. The breakfast wasn't good and the beach next to the hotel was small.

Fabulous complex. Apartments comfortable and complete with all essential equipment for preparing food etc. Extra large swimming pool plus a smaller pool with poolside bar. Friendly and very helpful staff.

On the beach ( paid, from Casa real discount for 2 leva for each subject) there are paths it is convenient for carriages, a bar with ice cream and drinks, live music on the weekends to dance

Excellent, very well maintained and beautiful complex with large green area, which in itself is a rarity. Beautiful huge waterfront restaurant with a medium price category and a tasty menu

There is also a VIP area for 35 Lev for a sunbed, I think. Incredibly cheap and delicious produce, fruits and vegetables. Rest is for 16 days was not nearly as tired of a beach holiday, for us it is a rarity

Tasty food on the Admiral restaurant, I definitely return and for sure recommend the hotel for an amazing vacation

The pool is clean and well maintained and although sat straight on the marina it still feels private. There were only 12 sunbeds out when we visited but there were only some of them in use

Beachfront stunning sea views. Absolute tranquillity where the mountain meets the sea. Excellent maintenance. Lots of greenary. Huge amount of facilities.

I recommend for a holiday. The complex has everything, shops, bars, pubs, several swimming pools and a private beach. I recommend the DARIA apartment!!!

The beach next to the complex, as well as almost everywhere in Sveti Vlas, has a very narrow coastline, so next to the complex, the beach is not very big

There is a coastal path, it is also suitable for walks. A nice place for families and more. 1 with artificial waves, 1 with a large water slide, many with smaller slides

The complex consists of 2 parts - divides them by the main road into upper and lower part. At the bottom they do not let you stop by car, only at the top

Only other issue for me was the buffet restaurant and all day snack bar , and although you have a great choice for all tastes , the hot food was rarely hot , just warm , so I would look at that before next season starts

I understand it was towards the end of season when I was there , so maybe when hotel has more guests the food turn around would probably solve that , or just cook to order ,I wouldn't mind the wait , especially as it was quite when we went

Lastly, as there is no bus stop near by and taxis to Nessebar or sunny beach can be pricey ,if your going shopping, sight seeing etc. perhaps a shuttle bus twice a day would be great, even at a small charge

Generally cant find any fault with all staff , even managed to get a smile out of the security guard on the front gate one day 😉👍 As it is a new ultra all inclusive hotel your always gonna get a few teething problems , not alot but a few

Other than above we had a great holiday in a beautiful new hotel with some amazing food in the al carte and buffet restaurants , even allowing for above comments. Thank you & and well done so far

But I would recommend looking at your choice of drinks. Yes you do have all the big brand top shelf spirits , but some of us don't really do the top shelf etc

Amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Waitress was very kind and spoke English very well. The chicken with caramelised onion waa incredible! Shall definitely come again. Restaurant open to all, not just hotel guests

The prices are around 70% cheaper than the norm, but the quality, service and range is still good. We stopped here for food instead of trawling all the way to old town and didn’t regret it

A crackin little restaurant with really friendly owners. There is a full range of traditional cuisine which reminded me of our stays in Lozinetz over the years

The location, only a few minutes from the beach and it also had a pool on site. The apartment was spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. Customer service was easy as it was all done via the booking
