Excellent location with indoor parking. Very friendly staff and pet friendly. The view of Tsarevets is amazing. Very close to the old town and Tsarevets. We are very satisfied. If I come back, this hotel will be my choice again.

Good central location. Beds were not that great. Some stuff didn’t work (tv, shower holder). Really quiet though.

I booked this hotel with booking .com on there site it says reception is open till 23.00 for checking in however I arrived at 22.05 the place was locked up what I find find out much later is that the reception closed at 22.00 also note the front door displays 00.00 to 24.00 there is also a nonexistent telephone number
Leaving me with nowhere to stay dispute making the booking in good faith and unable to contact the hotel
I made lots of phone calls and eventually manage to get a mobile telephone number witch I rang but got no answer so I booked another hotel 35 mins after I rang the mobile number for the hotel they did ring me back and afford to give me a telephone number for a different hotel ( however I was already sorted out by this time ) and was far from happy

Perfect place to stay! Clean room just 5 min from the Fortress.

Splendid view, clean rooms, excellent host. The hotel is positioned near to center, and quite close to the city fortress. We had an excellent experience here, definitely worth, and will return.

The building is in need for renovations. The cleaning could also be better as I had to kill a spider that was quite comfortable in one corner...

Offered free garage parking which is awesome in this crowded part of town. Superb personalized breakfast.

Decent hotel, the location is outstanding, in the center of the city. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is as big as the main room and clean! Unfortunately, there is no shower, so there is a mess in the bathroom with all this water... The breakfast is very poor, but the staff is super friendly!

Nothing too fancy, I was happy with their service, interior and location, had a nice short stay there.
The only downside was that they've only told us that we'll have to pay extra for a pet barely an hour before we arrived (we were already on the way). Had we known in advance, we could have made arrangements to either leave her home or to include this expense in our budget in advance.
