Not many people know this, but these guys have a mezzanine lounge that serves beer on tap and alcohol. And yes it can be accessed from inside City Center Mall. Let's keep that a secret shall we!

Lovely bar but no atmosphere and had to hunt someone down to get a drink. Such a shame. What a waste!

Highly recommended to stay in, or to have business meetings. I use it yo provide my regular training for 5 years. Staff are truly friendly and professionals. Well equipped and cheerful meeting rooms. Good coffee break and lunch meal. Also provide valet parking services to my delegates. Like it very much.

Very Bad Valet parking staff. I have parked my black brand new Mercedes outside by myself in a place that will doesn’t block the flow of the cars in a legit parking infront of the hotel. I have requested valet guy to not move my vehicle and keep the key with him till I come back and hand him the voucher.
I was surprised that valet have moved my car to the basement. And took 15 min to bring it up to me.
The car had two damages maybe from other cars doors, one on the right front bumper and the other on left back bumper.
Really disappointing !!!

Great hotel to stay at while in Bahrain. The front desk staff are very helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable to relax in when unwinding from a busy day. It adjoins a mall that has just about everything you could be needing and a food court that will satisfy your hunger if you decide to not dine in the hotel restaurant.

The worst experience I have ever had.
Imagine, I arrived at 8:55 pm , the front service desk “Anita” said your room is not ready?!
This is the way to welcoming the customer!!
Then , the second worst case with the duty representative (HEGAB) , you will see another story with another approach to deal with customer!
Guys!
My room should be ready @ 3:00 pm and until I arrived at 8:55 is not ready!!!!

Rooms are nice and clean, and the location is obviously great. Service leaves a lot to be desired though. While the staff are friendly and polite, everything takes an unbelievable amount of time to do.
- Check in was late, and delayed a further 30 minutes after they told me to take a seat until they get me the keys.
- Asking for extra pillows took 3 different calls and 3 hours until i got them. Each call was cordial and ended with a "sure sir, coming right up."
- Asking for a sewing kit took 4 calls over another 3 hours period. Same as above.
- Simply asking for a porter to come take my luggage so I can check out imvolved multiple calls and me waiting from 12:30 until 1:30 for the gentleman to come up.
Astonishingly bad service.
