Outstanding room, on the 15th floor. They didn't just take care of me, but my room was always in perfect condition. Naveen was who took care of my room and definitely a 5 star rating to him. Thank you for making me feel comfortable every time I returned to my room.

This hotel and amenities are 10 star level. The Continental breakfast beyond imagination. The service of these crew: Rana, Chef Rawan, Ali Dinish, Rana Vince, AlAmed, Tamer Osama, and all the team are really exceptional. Amazing team. Thank you. House keeping team are awesome. The rooms are professionally cleaned daily. The reception team are unbelievable. They are very Respectful and meet demands above and beyond. The bell boys are very patient and helpful. Direct traffic and open doors for all personnel and guests. The hotel is connected to Bahrain city's beautiful mall but very quiet. The variety of food the serve are ver delicious. So very nice hotel so completely and so good a lot of drinks have a very good service of the staff very elegant hotel so clean and also have a fools at the rooftop of the hotel I like to visiting this hotel ever I feel good to relaxing and you can go a nearby mall a lot of things you see inside of the mall anything you want feel free to roaming around the hall places to enjoy your self with your own family or friends I am so grateful to visiting the awesome place have fun and enjoy to stay in Westin city hotel be happy and me I god blessed you all

The house keeping staff Tamseel takes pride and their work, and it made my stay much more comfortable . I highly appreciate their efforts and would definitely return because of the high standards they maintain and Tamseel made me some toy with the towel.

The pillows are really soft and comfortable, the size of the rooms is excellent, the smell of the hotel, the cleanliness, everything is excellent. The staff are very kind and of course the location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is a first class family hotel and I will use it for future trips.

I rate this hotel as 99, percent good service I recommend this to my friend even the food is very good the staff is very nice accomodations the room is net and clean also the room service very accommodating love this place ♥️♥️♥️

First time here - great location, connects to the City Center mall. Room was pretty comfy, nice view of the city. Fitness room was pretty good, with a selection of equipment and cardio machines. Free weights were also available. Breakfast buffett was superb....good spread, with an egg station as well. Lots of optoins.

I have been staying at the Westin Bahrain City Center for the past seven weeks and would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the following staff members that made my stay feel like a home away from home. Ashiek and Shara in the Club Lounge, Chit and Tamseel with house keeping, and Rahim, Wen, Sanjay, and Imane at the Furn Bistro for breakfast. The management should take great pride with such dedicated and over achieving staff. Thank you all.

The hotel is quite good, connected to the shopping mall, and eating and shopping are in the same building.
