Worst experience…!!!!
I booked from agoda, the management is a rip-off (Ravi) charged me extra when I checked in saying you haven’t booked for 2 people and the price has now changed.
Pathetic service and poor cleanliness the hallways smell like vomit the music sound didn’t let me sleep all night overall terrible experience.

I am having the worst hospitality experience ever right now, I have lost my key room yesterday and since then, they won’t give me a key for my room until I pay extra…. The receptionist his name is Ravi was not cooperating well Also, I called for cleaning room but no one come. I am very disappointed, unfortunately I already paid for 4 night

Save your money and book somewhere else!

Although the noise, missing towels, and sometimes faulty key cards is annoying, those things I can handle compared to the rudeness of the receptionist we spoke to.

Maria, the receptionist, was trying to fool us that we are in a non-smoking room - but there were ashtrays and strong smell of cigarettes (even the floor staff said it was a smoking floor). She tried to have it masked using air fresheners instead of moving us to non-smoking rooms that we rightfully booked and paid for. At one point she sarcastically told us to go down if we do not like the smell instead of accommodating us with our respected reserved rooms.

Prior, they made us wait long times before being accommodated and said that the building is fully booked (we booked and paid in advance so it is no excuse to wait almost 40mins in total to get us our rooms).

Very slow system and rude receptionist. Your money is valued elsewhere. Especially for a hotel marketed as a 4-star, this is deceitful.

!! WORST EVER: Extremely Rude Filipina Receptionist

1. Unnecessary long wait to be accommodated upon arrival
2. No good system/operations when it comes to distributing paid booked rooms
3. Booking details neglected especially non-smoking room request
4. Disrespectful receptionist - Maria was extremely rude and sarcastic
5. Faulty key cards and missing towels

When we entered the premises, it took the reception 20mins before accommodating us, and this is without any other present customers/lines. They took so much time because their system is flawed and slow. We were speaking with receptionist Maria, she could not assert which rooms are available and cleaned on time. She then mentioned this is because rooms are on a first come first served basis, and that we would need to come back after another 20mins for our 2nd room. Mind you, we booked and paid well in advance, the rooms should have been ready right on our arrival.

When we were being escorted to our first room, even just by the elevator, the smell of cigarette smoke is already apparent. We called receptionist Maria to remind her that we booked a non-smoking room to which she tried to solve by only spraying air fresheners. We called again to express that our family has asthma and the smell is unbearable, she tried to deceit us by moving us to the room next door and it was very obvious that the room still smell of smoke but they just over-sprayed air fresheners in hopes to cover the smell up. On the third call with Maria, she then sarcastically told us “if you can’t handle the smell, then go down”. This was uncalled for and an extremely rude response, we rightfully booked and paid a non-smoking room which should have been given in the first place. Even the floor staff admitted it was a smoking floor, and that there were even ashtrays on the tables.

Moreover, our key cards stopped working multiple times and we had no towels in both our rooms.

The amount of wasted time on our vacation during this process is one thing. But for a rude staff to neglect her duties by being disrespectful and paying zero attention to her customers was the worst part of the stay.

Very few people in the bar. Service is average.. the good thing is no one will disturb you there.
