Great stay, very welcoming staff, immediate check-in, rooms are spacious and well equipped. Nazmul at the pool was great, provided floaties and offered tips to the kids on swimming. Two bedroom suite was just perfect for a family of 5. Breakfast was ok, could do better but would get boring for more than 2 days.

Very neat and clean rooms with beautiful views to wake up to. Rooms have all essential amenities. The restaurant is slightly on the expensive side but serves food packed with flavour. The staff are the ones that need special commendation for their dedication and customer centric behaviour. They make you feel at home.

Visited the hotel pool area, and our little boy had so much fun. Greeted and welcomed by pool and spa staff, Nazmol (lifeguard) is very friendly, he made our son experience safe and fun, with the swimming tips and pool floaters. The area is clean and well maintained. Would love to come back again.

Comfortable hotel with exceptional service. Starting from the front office team that are very friendly, welcoming, attentive. The room is spacious and clean to the point that the cutleries are sealed, housekeeping delivers services in a timely manner with personalized services ensuring they meet all needs. We order breakfast and it was good.

Chose this as we’re a small family (me, two teenagers and an 11 years old) and been looking for a quick road trip over the holidays. The hotel is located in the heart of the diplomatic area which is not crowded if you’re lucky and know when to depart and arrive. We had a two bedroom suite Let me mention what I liked: -Huge parking levels within the hotel. -Furniture was in very good state. - very clean and nice smell all around the hallways and in rooms. - very quiet and comfy for a family looking to wind down and relax. - house keeping were pretty quick and responsive. - many fresh bakeries and coffee shops nearby and within 3-5 minutes walk. What I didn’t like: - the prices in the room service menu were exaggerated. - sliding doors get either stuck or locked, it locked us out of the bathroom. - due to the size of the hotel and dimensions, the lobby is pretty tight and the hotel has nothing going on of activities.
