My experience was very good .
The location of the hotel is perfect 👍
The sweet was very clean and comfortable ( professional 👌) . The staff was helpful and kind ... the swimming pool was very good and safe for children ...
The breakfast wasn't that much . Parkings are a problem !
But in general, it is recommended 👌

Best hotel experience.. From reception to servers, room cleaners, security etc. are so accommodating, professionals and polite…
Rooms, Hall and every where is clean and smelling nice…
Food from Bfast buffet was good however will be even better if variety per week will be there..
We will definitely comeback and refer to family and friends

The attitude of the Indian guy in the reception is bad ,we asked for another key access and he refused to provide us for the second key. The furniture is old it’s the same since the last time i checked in 2016. The size of the king bed is to small.

Great location and value for money (however we had corporate rates).
Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable -however it may get noisy at night (clubs in ground floor). Breakfast buffet is ok to good.
Needs some rejuvenation (furniture and decor) and will easily give it 5 stars next time.

I love the hotel, the service is great, good ambiance and a lot of amenities. Room quality was good and service was excellent. Would recommend

Very very noisy. Worst night i spent there. Music all night then people shouting until 8:00 AM. I regret every moment spent there. Smoke smell everywhere. WiFi never work.

It is a 4 star hotel and it should have baby play area because the one on visiting for couple of months, they can’t can’t take out babies so they should have play area for babies

We went there for the Christmas 🎄 lighting ceremony. It was a superb 👌 event with lots of gifts 🎁 and goodies 😀 for the children. They had live music and the ambience near the pool side was superb 👌.

Went for a wotld cup match n take them 3 time to make strawberry mojito n lastly one of my coleague make it n in menu its shows veg sanwich in baget n when it comes on a white toast.pinacolada was just pine apple juice without alcohol n neither whipcream.the seats are wet n non of the management around to explain .
