The local receptionist was very unprofessional. I felt like he was giving more priority to the locals. Had to wait for a long time to get a room.
Got the room with the help of the Indian or Bengali guy in the reception. He was really helpful.
Room was good, a neat and quite place; but for the money i paid i expected a little more good service. There was no drinking water in the room. Called the reception for a bottle of water and they said i had to pay extra, which i was ready to. They wanted Bhd 2.000 for one 500ml bottle of water. The price of a 500ml bottle of water outside is BHD 0.100. Charging me BHD 0.500 was also fine by me, lets say its mineral water from a 4 star hotel. But BHD 2.000, that was definitely trying to loot me thinking i dont know the local prices.
No towels or dental kit (Tooth brush and paste) provided. These are the basic things expected to be provided by a 4 star hotel.
I would recommend to people if the rooms are at a cheap price. For high rates, i'd say there's a lot of other better places.

Unprofessional receptionists..
The behavior of hotel receptionist omar is terrible he is the worst receptionist ever, and I had to bring the police to him and file a report. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

neat n clean hotel recommended for families. its away from central area location is not that good . it’s located on highway but no direct entrance so u have to go round the area to reach hotel.

I experience discrimination from their own staff (security) and we are told that our check out is Thursday (sign the paper stating the said info) but when we ask for another night they told us we need to pay for 2 nights because they mistakenly count our days of stay (in which for my part was not our fault). I will never recommend this hotel specially if your a different nationality. Only in this hotel a security can be rude and tell a guest you should answer them immediately when ask.

Got AC, but doesn't cool. The old thin guy Receptionist at night duty is rude. He keeps coughing as well tho he doesnt put his mask on, its just on his chin. My guest arrived, and He literally told me to pay for my guest, with a rude expression and face, without looking even at my reservation details first! Check before you tell me! No slippers, no extra towels! The floor is dusty and freaking hot! We even called the maintenance to fix our AC. The toilet are too old that it has black thingy inside and the water flows are coloured yellow!. There is shower gel complimentary but its half the bottle already.

The hotel is good, Room and Cleaning services are a bit slow but still workable. The rooms are very spacious and price i hot was also reasonable. They have some clubs inside. Pool is good but was dirty. They have alot of parking and the area is also hood near to many high end Restaurants and the good and cheaper ones as well.
