The room was big and clean. With the hot weather, it’s multiple carpark was great! It’s basic that provided in the room but they responded fast to our request whenever we needed. Two downsides were the aircon was noisy, and the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Overall its value for money.

It was an apartment rather than a hotel and nothing like you see in the trip.com advent photo. Oh and no swimming pool.

An amazing place to live in. It is right next to City Center Bahrain. Closer to Manama. Breakfast is really good. And House keeping is the best. In fact I want to mention a name, Triana it is, she is the best house keeper. I would say it is good 4 start hotel.

I stayed for a whole month at Ramada city center where I was super comfortable, all my needs were met. The staff is super courteous and kind, customer service at it's best there. They have very accomodating staff, best thing, they won't let you skip your meals. They will call you. The room is well maintained and housekeeping staff are polite and friendly. Good hotel in the Jufair area. Excellent breakfast, close to a shopping center with a currency exchange and a large grocery store. On the first floor of the hotel there is a pub and a barbecue restaurant, you can drink beer or alcoholic cocktails, play billiards. On the third floor there is a night club. We lived on the 8th floor, there were no problems with music or noise.

We have celebrated our son's birthday here. It was a great experience and hospitality by all the staffs was amazing. Especially the food was mouth watering and could able to prepare authentic odisha state cuisine. Thanks to Mr.Aman, F&B Manager who is experienced in Bengoli cousins and Mr.Rajesh the Head chef and Mr.Mustaq the Sales Manager.

Overall location is good, but way too many flaws considering it’s a “4 star hotel”. The furniture are very old and tacky, and the carpets somehow always feel wet. Also, the bathroom wasn’t provided with basic necessities like “shampoo, shower gel, etc”. The parking space is very limited for guests, sometimes we had to park far away near a bumpy sand area. Finally, terrible wifi.

Fantastic hotel, one of the older buildings in this area (if you can call it old) but very smart. Huge rooms (basically an apartment), great staff, superb pool and roof top bar with an outstanding buffet on a Saturday night. Gym is good and the bar on the eleventh floor has an amazing city view at night. Can't fault it other than the newer, much larger hotels are swallowing it up!

The room was big and well managed eventho old. The bad things was the low ground room was so noisy because of the club right below the floor. The music too loud and very inconvenient. The staff finally moved us to other higher floor room. Better avoid to give rooms to customer to this floor, instead use it for some facilities!
