Great stay.. room was nice and spacious also had a patio which was a nice surprise. The pool heater was down, and the pool was cold. Beds are not the most comfortable but a good stay overall. Nice area close to Cranbrook and Kimberly. 8/10

Our starting point was St. Eugene's Casino and Resort daily for any excursions. We drove to Balfour to grab the ferry. It was another 15 minutes of driving once we docked. This was by far the best hot springs I have ever been to.... hands down!!! I stayed in the caves for an uninterrupted 3 hours. It was 3 hours of total bliss💫✨️❤️

Booked a room and a round on our way home from Montana. We were late for our tee time due to border crossing and traffic. The staff allowed us to still golf and were more than accommodating. Course is beautiful, staff are great. Stayed in the hotel, where the rooms were clean and comfortable, air conditioner worked great. Eat at the casino and the food and service were great.

Love going to this hotel. The golf course is spectacular and offers a mix between challenging tough tees and wide open fairways. Long hitters are rewarded on this course. Hotel room is starting to look a little tired but more than perfect to pass out in. Restaurant is amazing highly recommend the bison dip with bannock as a starter. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the location and breakfast. We couldn’t plug the bathtub and the hairdryer didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal because we could shower and had our own hairdryer. Overall, we had a good stay. Wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the pool.

Nice bed for sure. Hotel is a little older but staff are kind and happy to help. I’d recommend asking for a room not on the highway side (even numbered rooms). This side is a little noisier otherwise a great breakfast with custom omelette station included in the room rate.

The stay was sufficient. Traffic noise was excessive, but, they are on a main road. If I ever need to stay at this location again, I will request a room away from the hwy. I travel for work and have stayed in quite a few hotels throughout BC. Unfortunately there aren't any really nice hotels in Cranbrook but the Best Western is my favourite. Our stay was pretty good. I can't say I felt very welcome when we checked in. The room was clean and a good amount of space but oddly didn't have any floorboards. The coffee available in the lobby was cold at 8:30 am. For the price of staying here it's surprising that a continental breakfast isn't included.

Only stayed one night on a road trip through. The one bedroom suite was spacious and having the kitchenette was nice to have. We were close to restaurants to order take out (east side marios) and the pool with slide was fun for our 11 year old. Beds were sufficiently comfortable and 2 bathrooms in the suite was nice to have as well

Stayed with them as they were finishing up renovations so breakfast was not available. Rooms were good. Great. Nothing bad, nothing stank. If you have an attention to detail, you might be bothered by paint peeling and unfinished trim. There was a slight hiccup when me and my colleague arrived but they sorted out within 30 minutes.

I just had a wonderful dinner with my daughter. We had the luxury of meeting the new manager. The service was on point and the food was excellent. Cranbrook, do not forget about this place. We will be back! Cheers

Great hotel. Very clean. Beds are pretty comfy. Not too loud considering its on a busy street. Breakfast at the restaurant was great.

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past and the staff are great, the rooms are always clean and it's one of the more affordable hotels in town!

My car broke down and I was stranded in cranbrook for several days. Was unsure when I was leaving. The staff was very accommodating and friendly with the uncertainty of the day to day situation and I never felt rushed or hurried out. Although the rooms are a lil dated I can't say anything negative beyond that. Customer service was 100% and made all the difference in my situation. Thanks!

Very nice place to stay. We were quite happy with our room. The pool isn't fancy but clean and perfect for families. Room was a good size, beds were comfortable and it was quiet and clean. The room had a coffee maker and mini fridge.

The accommodations are clean and neat but pretty tired. Could use a face lift and a bit of love. Staff were friendly and helpful.making the stay quite pleasant.

This is a budget motel. Clean room, pet friendly, comfortable bed. We really appreciated the ful kitchenette with fridge, hot plate, microwave, and sink to wash dishes. If you're looking for budget friendly no frills accommodation this is great choice!

I had lived in Motel 6 for 15 days before I found a permanent apartment. As an old man in Mr.Sung's 70s, he is a diligent and warm-hearted boss. He just expressed himself in a direct way. Travelling on a very strict budget, this motel was perfect. The room was clean, air conditioning was efficient, and the breakfast was satisfying. Having a pool and a playground right outside the door was nice. Absolutely no issues, excellent for people travelling modestly.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The first room we had smelled of cigarette smoke. The tub also had something splashed in it. The door also didn't close all the way, you had to pull it to lock it. The second room we were given was better. The door handle wouldn't lock. Been staying here for medical appointments. All the staff have gone above and beyond their duties. They have made us feel more than comfortable. Rooms are always clean and very quiet. Beds are so comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Staff are very friendly

Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Located on the stretch, closer to potential trouble areas of the city. I just treat it as a place to sleep and refresh.

Great hotel, good bed, bathroom (a little cramped), refrigerator and chairs. Directly next to the hotel is Denny's where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are nice but a little noisy (you can hear the neighbors shower) and there is no 'vitrage' for the windows, only a night curtain, which makes the room very dark during the day.

Really nice place to stay at while out West working. Staff was very friendly and always had the room cleaned up coming back from shift. Everything you could require during your stay is within walking distance. The indoor pool is fairly cold, but nice after a long shift in the heat.

Although the building has seen better days, the rooms were clean and very reasonably priced. Thee staff were very friendly, would stay here again.

Mirka was kind, hospitable, and engaging to talk with. The place was perfectly clean and tidy, but also cozy. Breakfast was delicious. Ari, the schnauzer, was a great companion, too. 100% recommended!

A lovely place, very friendly owners. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent! Their dog is very cute and chill. The owners doted on our dog too and even lent him an overnight cuddle toy since we forgot his. Would definitely recommend!

The reviews are right: this is an incredible B&B. The 12 minute or so drive up to the B&B is very scenic - we must have seen deer about eight different times. Once you get to the property, you’ll find it quiet, secluded, and as peaceful as it gets. There’s a huge wooded area nearby for any long walks you might want to go on. We loved this bed and breakfast. The hosts Mirka and Paul were so amazing, friendly and gracious. They even offered to make us dinner as we were so tired to go out but we couldn’t accept that. Our room was very comfortable and our breakfast was so delicious!! If we were ever back there again we would surely stay there. Very highly recommended. 😊
