I stayed here for 2 nights; the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the bed and pillows to be quite comfortable. The downside to this place is that the walls are very thin. Also in my room the thermostat for the AC wasn't working properly so it wouldn't stay, making it too hot in the room for my comfort level at night. Overall I would definitely stay here again. This hotel has everything you need. I've spent a lot of time in Cranbrook in the past couple of years, staff at Prestige Rocky Mountain have been extremely welcoming and professional.

Customer service was fantastic! The hot tub was out of service but other than that, a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean :)

It is a beautiful property, in an amazing location. What’s lacking is the small and intuitive amenities that excellent resorts have. They are small like lemon ice water in the lobby, washroom in or very close to the lobby and handicap automatic doors to access the room hallways. Once again, these are very small things but are important to take a top-notch resort from great to excellent.

Matched our hopes and exceeded expectations Had been a little concerned about some less than great reviews about dining in the Nima …..well. We were more than happy. Excellently cooked(rare) steak and bison short ribs for us. The accompanying vegetables were so well cooked that this may have been the first time I had to leave ribeye because I needed room for the heritage carrots and garlic potatoes...

The sauna and steam room were not operational as this is why we went there to relax aching bones and muscle issues with our group of three persons. (Didn’t find out until arrival that was not working) The food at ****** resturaunt was terrible. Being going there for over 20yrs, this was the worst. I never complain, but something has changed for the worse at St Eugene

Have always wanted to stay, did not disappoint. Room was clean and extremely comfortable. Great options to dine onsite. Great amenities. Beautiful buildings and history.

Good location for a stop between Langley and Lethbridge. Only issue: no sparkling mineral water in the lounge

I just had a wonderful dinner with my daughter. We had the luxury of meeting the new manager. The service was on point and the food was excellent. Cranbrook, do not forget about this place. We will be back! Cheers

I think they were the friendliest people that I have ever come across at a hotel. The only thing I don’t like is these taxes and the prices for hotels these days are pretty expensive and I would consider Airbnb.

One night in Cranbrook :-) We booked room for 5, so we got separate bedroom with own bathroom. Nice living room, with pull out sofa bed, with kitchen and dining table. We stayed one night only but room is so Spacious that is more than enough for longer stay. Pool is clean, slide is good for kids and parents too. Overall, very good place to stay.

This is a Lovely Hotel. Room was huge with a couch and a desk. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cranbrook.

The Prestige Beat Western is a place to stsy one night on the way to your ultimate destination.

Excellent location allows a short walk to many restaurants. Air conditioning made the rooms comfortable in the blistering heat (if not cool). The TVs from 2004 are bulky and underwhelming. The WiFi is slow enough that wireless data was often preferable. Amenities we're otherwise suitable.

The hotel was clean and the service fine. The beds were a bit on the hard side and the place could use a bit of updating but it's nicely located within the city and like I say -- clean!

Breakfast was amazing... eggs made to order, bacon and toast. I paid 1.50 more for hash browns. Room was fairly modern and roomy, we walked in and booked it, it was the "cheapest" decent hotel in town.

They supposed to return security deposit but they take a small cut for no reason.

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the location and breakfast. We couldn’t plug the bathtub and the hairdryer didn’t work but that wasn’t a big deal because we could shower and had our own hairdryer. Overall, we had a good stay. Wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the pool.

Nice bed for sure. Hotel is a little older but staff are kind and happy to help. I’d recommend asking for a room not on the highway side (even numbered rooms). This side is a little noisier otherwise a great breakfast with custom omelette station included in the room rate.

The stay was sufficient. Traffic noise was excessive, but, they are on a main road. If I ever need to stay at this location again, I will request a room away from the hwy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The first room we had smelled of cigarette smoke. The tub also had something splashed in it. The door also didn't close all the way, you had to pull it to lock it. The second room we were given was better. The door handle wouldn't lock. We had to put the card in to turn the handle so we could close the door. No discount was given for our inconvenience...

Been staying here for medical appointments. All the staff have gone above and beyond their duties. They have made us feel more than comfortable. Rooms are always clean and very quiet. Beds are so comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Staff are very friendly

Great hotel, good bed, bathroom (a little cramped), refrigerator and chairs. Directly next to the hotel is Denny's where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are nice but a little noisy (you can hear the neighbors shower) and there is no 'vitrage' for the windows, only a night curtain, which makes the room very dark during the day.

Really nice place to stay at while out West working. Staff was very friendly and always had the room cleaned up coming back from shift. Everything you could require during your stay is within walking distance. The indoor pool is fairly cold, but nice after a long shift in the heat.

Room was nice and the price was lower than most other options in town. Everything is still shut down here for COVID though when other hotels have gotten things back up - pool, hot tub, breakfast nook and hot breakfast - don't come expecting that. Breakfast is a bag with juice box, muffin, and apple/orange. Better than nothing, but you'll spend more money for an actual breakfast you'll need to buy so...

Rooms were clean and adequate. Service was friendly. I like my morning coffee and this is where they failed me only one coffee pod in the room for two people so went to lobby and only the draggs left in the one pot they had brewed there. Brown bag breakfast

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Had a bit of a dorm feel and is at the very end of town so you must drive everywhere. No ironing board in the room if that matters.

Nice little motel. A bit pricey for my taste but it was the only place that had any room left. I believe there are slightly cheaper, slightly better accommodations in Cranbrook. Certainly worth a stay if you're stuck though. Service was also very nice and the rooms were very clean

Great service, was able to find a pet friendly last minute room. Room was clean and air-conditioner worked great despite it being +35. Room had a mini fridge and microwave. Will definitely be staying here again. Staff where incredibly friendly and helpful.

Honestly didn’t go here but was biking nearby on a trail, the most beautiful views you can get pedalling through the mountains with plenty to look at and do along the way!

We came here on a bike trip and I would give this place a 6 stars out of 5 but google only lets you pick 5. The rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. Hospitality was amazing. Doug and Dale treated you like their own family and made sure you had everything that you need. If you are in to any type of fishing this is the place to be.

Fantastic hospitality & exceptionally delicious breakfasts! We stayed for 3 nights in December 2018, entered the spotless modern cabin, had a lovely sleep, comfortable pillows and bedding. Woke up to fresh brewed coffee, homemade muffins, and every morning was a different (very filling) breakfast with fresh fruit! Dress for the outdoors! Can't wait to return! ❤❤🗻🗻🇨🇦

Dale and Doug were excellent hosts. The facility is amazing -- sparkling clean, modern, and all the amenities we needed. The proximity to both Cranbrook and Kimberley was very convenient. We appreciated the extra touches, and the fine food provided. We will definitely be back!

Hotel 6 was a budget friendly hotel located within walking distance of concert venue. Rooms were clean comfortable and quiet.

Love the location… close proximity to Rock the Kootenays venue… limited parking… unable to enjoy sitting outside due to profuse smokers outside the doors to our room… room amenities good, full size refrigerator!

Low cost hotel in the heart of Cranbrook. The room was very nice and very spacious. It was exactly what I was looking for in a quick one-night stay. There's a few restaurants nearby and the mall/movie theater is about a 10-15 walk up the street.

Good for the price. A couple worn spots but the beds and pillows were comfy and it was clean and tidy. Just fine for a travelling.

When checked in , the guy at desk was very nice and helpful. Listened to me and when finished check8ng in, asked if anything else was required. When checked out. Older guy was busy buf blunt and short to me. Said just put room card on counter, and back to what he was doing. Only downer about stay

The bed was actually good. The bathroom could be better cleaned like the ceiling had some kind of residue on it. Other than that decent budget hotel.

It's an older motel but the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Nothing fancy but if fancy is what you are expecting, I'd suggest going elsewhere. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

Great experience of staying in this motel.All the given services were perfectly performed i changed my stay from 2 to 4 days due to their facilities like housekeeping on daily basis .we were able to get a new look of beds and all the scattered things by us on their place every day when we return from a new visit to the cranbrook area.👍

After a long drive, my son and I stopped at Travellers Motel. They had a double room available for a very reasonable price. Room was clean and neat, bug free and quiet. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our stay was excellent! The two queen suite has separate bedrooms and a kitchenette Oue room was extremely clean and the beds were comfy. We arrived at 2230 and the owner was sitting outside to greet us! You can really tell this is family-owned and their hard work is paying off!

Everything you need included for monthly living. Owners are amazing work hard to treat guests with excellent service. Smoke free rooms with kitchenette and all the fixings. Fire pit for fun and warmth in the winter available for guests couldn't ask for better will always stay here when needing a room in Cranbrook. Can not be beat and the prices are fantastic.

Very nice cabin style room. Quiet, clean, spacious. Wifi was very weak. Check in not good. Office locked no answer to the door bell or to the phone. The barking dog finally got the attention of the checkin person working out on the field behind the building

We stayed a mere night... Nonetheless we had the softest linens and toilet paper. We had everything we could need a kitchenette with cookware, clean washroom, TV, a bedroom with a door. Twas perfect! A freaking steal of a deal. Keri the owner was amazing to boot. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a cost efficient stay.

This is a fine little motel on the south end of Cranbrook. Good size room with 2 full sized beds, nice clean shower, cable TV. The bed was clean and very comfortable for a traveler with a injured spine. I know what a comfortable bed feels like and I had a great sleep. Very quite little spot and the owners are very pleasant and accommodating. Worth the stop, to be sure as the price for the night is...
