Been staying here for medical appointments. All the staff have gone above and beyond their duties. They have made us feel more than comfortable. Rooms are always clean and very quiet. Beds are so comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Staff are very friendly

Gym unbelievably poor lighting, no lift so we had to bring bags up stairs to room that was mercifully close. Woken up by the train passing just behind the room. Vagrants methodicalky searching the bins in the morning pretty much topped it off. Redeeming feature was the breakfast at Dennys. We will not be back.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The first room we had smelled of cigarette smoke. The tub also had something splashed in it. The door also didn't close all the way, you had to pull it to lock it. The second room we were given was better. The door handle wouldn't lock. We had to put the card in to turn the handle so we could close the door. No discount was given for our inconvenience of having to switch rooms.

Great staff. Comfortable rooms. Located on the stretch, closer to potential trouble areas of the city. I just treat it as a place to sleep and refresh.

Great hotel, good bed, bathroom (a little cramped), refrigerator and chairs.
Directly next to the hotel is Denny's where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The rooms are nice but a little noisy (you can hear the neighbors shower) and there is no 'vitrage' for the windows, only a night curtain, which makes the room very dark during the day.

Gave me an uncleaned room and dirty dishes were left in corridor all day

Really nice place to stay at while out West working. Staff was very friendly and always had the room cleaned up coming back from shift. Everything you could require during your stay is within walking distance. The indoor pool is fairly cold, but nice after a long shift in the heat.

Glad that we stayed here. Staff were helpful and professional. The room was well appointed, thoroughly clean and the beds very comfy. Despite being adjacent to a train track on the map, there wasn't any noise issue. The indoor pool is small, but it was maintained and in decent shape. The Denny's next-door was convenient, although several restaurants were within walking distance, although not open very late.
