Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Edmonton North

I have yet to stay here as I have an upcoming reservation. My two phone calls to this property were terrible. I have a reservation with a group block. I am in hospitality so do understand how group blocks work. I was merely trying to change one of the rooms to only one night, opposed to two. The girl on the line wouldn’t help me and said I had to call back when the person who looks after the groups was in. So I figured I would call back and just change my reservation without mentioning the group the next morning. I did so and the person made the change (funny how she could but the other wouldn’t), but this person was quite rude. After she made the change, she said the change is done and then hung up. No thank you, you’re welcome, just a click. I hope that the in person service is better than on the telephone.

Declined housekeeping services as I always do since I am not comfortable with anyone in my personal stuff. They went into my room anyway and threw my personal stuff on the mast floor. I walked in to find my pajamas and pillow on the floor.
I had my laser with me and that was also on the floor in the bathroom after I believe dropping from the towel
Bar when they put in clean towels.

Recommend this hotel. Especially for the price. Other parents stayed at better hotel for less money just 2 miles away.
