I’ve stayed here for conventions many years and have not seen too much change. The rooms are spacious and some views are better than others. The food is good there are also lots of restaurants in the area if you choose not to eat in the hotel. The gym and pool area is loaded with everything you need, water, headphones and towels. The sauna is small but still great. Parking is a bit tight. I’ve always managed to get parking in the hotel parking area.

Great place. The lobby smells great front desk are a bunch of professionals and kind people!! Literally all of them are super nice! The room though I wasn’t expecting that at all, it wasn’t that great the carpet was dirty and the room smelled like an old retirement home which I didn’t like however the location made it all worth it at the end. overall

Parking underneath was extremely tight. the beds were creaky and the pillows were way too big without an option for a smaller pillow. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Being right downtown Edmonton is great for conferences.

Atrtended Gala on Saturday and from arrival to departure Service Top shelf, A special thank you Tameka in events , Being an event planner myself in hotel -hospitality industry she was amazing at answering questions , welcoming Directing and ensuring all were taken care of The front desk staff So welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect from a Marriott brand. love this Westin

I run a DJ company in Edmonton called Market Sound Entertainment. We do a lot of events around Edmonton so I know the hotel scene very well. I can tell you that the Westin is wonderful to deal with.
The location couldn’t be better and they are very accommodating when it comes to helping you plan the perfect wedding or corporate party. The staff is super friendly and eager to help if you need anything.
We are in the thick of three straight days of events at the Westin, during this period the food was awesome, and I could not be more happy with how the staff has treated my company and our staff at this event. If they treat us this way, they will surely take good care of you as well.

Decent hotel. Nice size rooms and friendly staff. Overall I thought it was lacking a bit of atmosphere though. For a Westin it's on the lower end of the quality spectrum.

We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. Front staff were always pleasant and efficient. The lobby smelled amazing, and the bottled waters, lemonade, and coffee are a really nice touch.
The rooms were clean, and the service staff were great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. Will definitely come back here.

The Westin was an incredible experience, quite possibly my best hotel stay.
The team here lives and breathes customer excellence.
This was the first time at any hotel that I felt the staff were truly genuine in their kindness, focus on care.
From the moment I entered, I was greeted and taken care of.
Most notably, by Gerard B, the Omelet chef and Ken, one of the doormen. They went above to ensure I was accommodated.
I wish I had grabbed the names of the front desk staff as they were all incredible.
The only feedback I have that is constructive is the gym is a little lacking, but, I need to temper my expectations here.
The breakfast buffet was incredible and loaded with everything. So i highly recommend it!
I can't wait to stay here again.

Room was large and very clean. Staff were quite friendly. Not a hotel that's ideal for large truck parking they have very few, close parking spots for large trucks. They are one of the hotels that have done away with having an assortment of toiletries. Instead they have a good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Which is nice and not as wasteful. I also appreciate they have lids for the coffee cups, I can easily brew a cup in the morning and take it to go.
