Sheraton Laval Hotel

Overall I am very happy with my stay. Aya, James, Stephanie, Karina, Manuel and Yvon were all pleasant to deal with and talk to and worked quickly to try to resolve issues. I like that the hotel has made an effort to keep their most frequent members happy. They were quick to acknowledge a mistake and compensate for it. I leave the hotel with a very positive impression and look forward to coming back.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, and I must commend their commitment to cleanliness – the hotel is always impeccably clean. However, it's worth noting that while the rooms are comfortable, the style feels a bit dated. Nonetheless, the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness make it a solid choice for a comfortable stay.

We had our Christmas party at this hotel, and it was really enjoyable. The buffet offered a variety of delicious options. There were two choices for the main course, and I opted for the fish, which was truly spectacular. The drinks were decent but not the best. The music was pleasant. However, the presence of other parties in nearby large halls with loud music became too noisy since our area also had music, making it a bit uncomfortable as we couldn't fully enjoy any music in the end. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Such a great experience at this hotel, staff are so accommodating and sweet. ( especially with our children)

Francoise the manager from the restaurant downstairs really topped off our stay by providing the best service. ( the brunch on Sundays are great, highly recommend)

The hotel is very very clean and decorated beautifully. We love the 24hr cafe downstairs also!

My mom and I were there for one night. The lobby is beautiful, inviting and bustling. This Sheraton offers many great amenities which weren't able to explore due to the short nature of our visit. The room was spacious enough and very clean. Front desk was courteous and professional at check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when returning to Montreal.

The hotel has gone some renovations and has a fresh feel all over the place. It is ideally located and offers good service. The gym is well equipped and the hotel offers free parking. The prices have increased tremendously but this is all over in Montreal not just this hotel. Overall good value for money.

8 Stars. Awesome service. Great mixologist who knows how to make an old fashioned. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Very nice lobby and rooms. Pool is nice though busy around dinner. Overall an exceptional experience. Will be back.
